"The location was great. The service is okay, quite slow in terms of calling for room service or requests, but other than that, the staff are approachable and warm— always greets and smiles. The cleanliness is on another level. They always make sure that the pathways are clean. The internet connection, however, needs improvement. Sometimes, there are areas in the hotel that has no reach or in low connection. The food is superb, it's affordable and delicious. Overall, our stay in La Carmela is great. Will always try to come back whenever we are here in Boracay."

"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "I stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one. Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to."

"I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"The most satisfactory hotel in Boracay. I also stayed in Movenpick and Mandarin afterwards, but this one is too cost-effective. 1. Ctrip is really good. When I found that other platforms were more expensive than it, they directly refunded me the difference. 2. For two nights, I got a massage and salt bath for two people. Its spa is the best in Boracay☝️. It also provides round trip to the airport. It is round trip. Even if I stay in other hotels later🏨. 3. The appearance of the room is very suitable for taking pictures, which is much better than the stereotyped🏨. 4. The hotel is not big, and there are not many rooms. The service is particularly good."

"I recently stayed at **The Lind Boracay**, and while the hotel **looks great from the outside**, my experience with the **service and facilities** was disappointing. Despite the hotel's stylish and modern design, the **service felt unprofessional**, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The overall experience felt **bland and empty**, with little effort to make guests feel truly welcome or valued. The **biggest issue was the room's maintenance**. Inside the shower, there was a **leak from the ceiling, dripping through the lightbulb**, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the **bathtub lid wouldn’t close and remained open at all times**, which was frustrating. The only truly positive aspects of the stay were the **breakfast, which was enjoyable**, and the **aesthetic appeal of the building itself**. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I believe there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of service quality and room maintenance."

"Choosing this hotel for my trip was an absolute stroke of luck! I rarely write reviews, but this time I really have to share my experience. It completely exceeded my expectations. I initially picked this place after reading some great reviews and seeing that it's run by Chinese owners. When I arrived, I found out the hotel manager is also Chinese, and more importantly, they are incredibly wonderful people! The couple running it are both amazing. I booked for 7 days, and those 7 days were truly unforgettable, filled with daily surprises. It felt like destiny when we discovered that the manager's friend was actually from our hometown. For the rest of our stay, we'd go out during the day and then come back to a lively atmosphere, like a Chinese New Year celebration, with all the Chinese guests having dinner and drinks together. The foreign guests staying here looked on with envy! The hotel staff are all so warm and lovely. This trip was free and easy, and I hadn't planned much, but the hotel manager gave me excellent recommendations for food, drinks, and activities – not a single bad pick, whether it was water sports, live-ammunition shooting, or seafood. The value for money is just incredible! The hotel facilities and hygiene are excellent; even the toilet is fully automatic. The hotel has three floors, with a swimming pool in the middle. You can even dive and get certified right here! It turns out the hotel manager is also a diving instructor. Lucky Tito Diving and the hotel are the same brand, the same company, which explains why every morning I'd see so many foreign guests studying theory in the pool before their diving certification. Watching everyone learn so enthusiastically was a joy in itself. The beach is right outside the hotel, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. To the right of the hotel entrance, there are some small cafes, and not far away, there's a crooked palm tree that's great for photos. You can also head straight out from the entrance for water activities – it's just so, so convenient! As for dining, breakfast offers six choices, and the taste is excellent. The kitchen even has a trained Filipino chef who can cook Chinese food, so if you don't want to go out, you can order from the hotel to satisfy your Chinese cravings. The owner also runs a dumpling restaurant on the island (they're handmade, with thin skins and generous fillings!) and a Mala Tang place, both with authentic flavors! Eating these here made me incredibly happy. Even more fun, we later bought groceries and had the hotel prepare them for us, and we all drank and dined together – it was a blast. The manager also knows other Chinese restaurants, so the hotel can help you order from them directly, and they'll even deliver to the hotel. Boracay is very, very safe, and the hotel is also very, very safe. It's perfect for team building and meetings; the ground floor restaurant can be used for meetings and even singing. I'm planning to bring my family here for Chinese New Year next time; the manager said they'll have family rooms by then. I'm flying home today, and I already miss every single day I spent here. Honestly, among all my travels, especially abroad, this is the most pleasantly surprising hotel I've ever stayed in! How can I describe it? It's a full-service, one-stop experience! I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend it!"

"They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever. Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions. It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all. For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed."

"Henann Garden Resort is an excellent choice for families, offering four massive swimming pools and spacious family rooms that provide plenty of space for everyone. While it isn't directly on the beachfront, it offers a private path for a quick walk to White Beach and a peaceful atmosphere away from the main crowds. It’s highly recommended for its attentive service and overall value, making it a reliable and comfortable home base in Boracay."
