"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "Hennan Lagoon Resort is located in Station 2 and a quick walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to D’Mall. Friendly staff and a great selection of food at the buffet for breakfast. We stayed in one of the rooms that had direct access to the pool, the room was huge! Definitely would stay here again."

"My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this accommodation in Boracay. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the hospitality we received was outstanding. The location is exactly as described – very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with all the facilities presented in the listing. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh smell. There was no trace of any damp or musty odour; it was clearly well-ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was impeccable. Each room also has a minibar, which is very convenient if you would like to enjoy drinks or local snacks (available at an additional cost). Breakfast was very tasty, with only a few limitations. You can choose one menu and one drink per person, and not all beverages from the drinks list are included in the complimentary breakfast, but you can order extra items for an additional charge if you wish. We also had lunch at the hotel (paid separately), and the food was delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were always available and willing to help. At one point, I got sunburnt, and they kindly offered me after-sun cream free of charge to soothe my skin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place. We were genuinely disappointed that we could not find availability for more nights, as we would have loved to stay longer. The only downside was the sea directly in front of the property, as that area tends to gather a lot of seaweed, making swimming difficult. However, this is easily solved by walking a few minutes towards Station 2, where the water is much clearer and perfect for swimming."

The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return."

"1. My friends and I were traveling, and they booked this hotel after seeing its good ratings on Trip.com. Initially, I felt a bit uneasy, so I only planned to explore nearby, check out the beach, and go for a swim. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel manager, Vidi, was Chinese. After a few casual chats, we quickly warmed up to each other. He recommended several places to visit and even introduced us to Tom, a local travel agency manager. During the day, we'd go sightseeing, and in the evenings, we'd buy ingredients. Vidi would arrange for the staff to cook for us, and we'd tip the chef. If we got tired of that, we could also order takeout. The hotel also has two Chinese restaurants where you can order dumplings and other Chinese dishes. After all, finding delicious Chinese food abroad is quite rare. Manager Vidi even provided complimentary beer and baijiu (which is hard to find overseas). We enthusiastically invited them to drink and chat with us. This way, we, as Chinese people in a foreign land, experienced a unique sense of camaraderie and liveliness. We didn't feel worried or scared at all. Many Chinese people avoid coming here because they think the Philippines is unsafe now. But after staying at a Chinese-owned hotel in Boracay, we realized how safe it is here. It's a popular tourist destination, and local security is very strict; there's a police officer every few steps on the beach. Moreover, having these Chinese-owned hotels and travel agencies made us feel much more at ease. This saved us a lot of trouble and gave us peace of mind. 2. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic. Every morning for breakfast (I booked a room with breakfast, and you could choose one out of six options). The beef breakfast was particularly delicious. Locals usually wake up late, and breakfast ends at 10 AM. But since we were Chinese and had become familiar with the staff, a few times I woke up at 11 AM, and they still made breakfast for me, which I then had as lunch. 3. There's a swimming pool downstairs where you can directly swim or dive. Or, you can warm up here before going out for a dive; it seems like this place is originally a diving training spot. 4. I stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony. 5. In summary, I didn't have high expectations for this trip; I just wanted to see the beach and swim—basically, a vacation. But I ended up meeting many fellow Chinese people here and received excellent service and pleasant surprises. I enjoyed seafood feasts and barbecues and tried various local drinks, most of which Vidi provided for free. It saved us a lot of hassle. The beach is beautiful. I feel that next time I come, accommodation, dining, and transportation will all be hassle-free. I'm someone who takes a while to adjust to new environments. This time, I came with a few friends, and I only planned to stay near the hotel. But I ended up meeting so many people that I became familiar with the entire island."

"We loved our stay at Henann Palm Beach in Boracay! The beachfront location on White Beach is unbeatable — soft white sand and stunning sunsets right in front of the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing tropical vibe. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a highlight and perfect for cooling off after time in the sun. Breakfast offers a great variety, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. "Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha"

"My stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services."

"I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."
