"1. Trouble with the parking lots….not enough spce for the guests. 2. Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city. 3. "The hotel has a charming retro French style, and there's a beautiful, enormous heart-shaped tree. With only a few rooms, it means fewer guests, which was great for avoiding crowds during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's a shame I booked late and could only get a corner suite. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. However, the bathtub was spotless, and I enjoyed a soak while looking out at the sea. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety, but the pork skewers were delicious. We ordered four dishes for dinner, and none of them were great; I'd recommend eating in town instead."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend."

"The hotel had a very modern design, was spotlessly clean, and made for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the view of the coastline from the pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, allowing me to relax and unwind."

"Stayed at The Palayana Hua Hin and enjoyed a restful, laid-back stay. We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended."
