Romantic Hotels in Phuket

"It doesn’t look impressive from the outside but the inside is decorated and designed quite nicely.  In terms of location it depends on what you are looking for. It is fairly close to the central mall (probably max 10 minutes walk even if not walking very fast) but I did not have time to go as there were too many other things to do. It is about half an hour moderate to slow speed walk into the middle of old Phuket town but if you don’t feel like walking there is a bus stop within ten minutes walk max with lots of buses either to the beaches or town centre depending on which side of the road you wait in."

"Room itself was great, and Id come back again at the price. But ay attention to the reviews....this place is not the typical Phuket experience - it's very isolated, far from the beaches, very limited options for food and supplies in the locality. I was expecting it to be out of the way and it's what I wanted, but I did see some guests who seemed disappointed at how out of the way it was - seems they didn't do even a cursory check of the location and the reviews talking about it!?"

The reception was very much welcoming with a smiling face..buffet breakfast was well organised staff were very friendly,had many options of dishes and had live cooking counters. The bell boy was always available...The staff was always smiling..The overall experience was above expectations...The hospitality was extremely good..Had a great stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"

"Waking up to the sunrise over the sea felt magical. The place was calm and private, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions. We went for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel made it extra special with a thoughtful room setup. Every detail was beyond what I expected, and the staff took such good care of us. As we left, they warmly invited us to come back and without a doubt, we surely will."

"I stayed on the 20th, but the air conditioning in Room 20 wasn't very cold. The next day, they promptly moved me to a different room, which I was incredibly impressed by. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely come back to stay here again if I have the opportunity! :)"

"The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, everything is perfect, just the dome (not grand the regular ones) the pool is little bit small, not big, also the water temperature you can’t adjust, it was set on a specific eco mode, not too cold not too hot, but it just keep switching alot idk. Everything else is perfect. They allowed us early check in from 10 am which is unique, many good food places around. Riding bicycle or motor bike is a must for a perfect experience. There are many nearby places to go to around 2-3 km each. Too tough to walk, too costy by bolt/grab car around 200 baht. Motor bike rides or renting is the best."

"The location of this resort is good situated right in front of shops, and beach. Plenty of parking space if you are driving. Big compound and rooms might be recently refurbish, new and thoughtful with umbrella, slipper, double pillow, and etc. Our pool access room is right in the middle assessable to whole resort. Staff are kind and good manner especially the front counter staff by the name of Lily, she is friendly and can converse well in Chinese. But the crowd are 90% Russian and I hardly see Asian there. Breakfast are more western style, and is the same almost everyday but they keep refilling to make sure you are full and they cater for vegan too. Also, they give small token to kids who completed a simple mission. Good job! Only drawback is the lady at the spa counter is not very friendly. Overall experience is good but if the hotel provide mosquito repellent will be superb."
