"Though km traveling solo, I never felt lonely. The staff in this hotel are so friendly and given their best hospitality for us to enjoy our stay. They offer many facilities outside and you dont even need to book yr island hopping via klook or anything walking distance to night market and shops for food. There are no complaints about here. Suggest u to take the river view facing rooms. Thanks to Pang for the kind hospitality"

"Good location, not far from the sea, a bit hidden from the street, which makes it a quite place. Wonderful pool, rooftop pool and a lot of free activities (pilates and etc.) Fantastic breakfast - while the menu doesn’t change much from day to day, the selection is wide and of excellent quality. Room with private pool - was too humid, need constant control of dehumidifier to keep it under 70%. AC is either extremely cold or not even cooling. Overall - definitely worth staying."

"The hotel is old, needs renovation, the walls are paper thin, shabby as is the furniture in the rooms. The bed is large, comfortable, the bedding is clean, good quality. As others have mentioned in the comments, there are no hand towels in the rooms, soap, the shower flow is very poor, and there is a bad smell from the sewage system. Breakfast is good, service is also good. If you need a place to stay, but you will not be on vacation at the hotel, but will only come back to sleep after tours, everything is good."

"The hotel's location is convenient, everything is nearby, and there are cafes. The pool is small, about 1.10-1.20 meters deep. You won't get much sleep before 1 or 2 AM because there's a club nearby. You can get to the water through a cafe, but there's a smelly river from the city flowing nearby, so not everyone wanted to swim there. There's a club with a fire show right next door."

"The views are lovely, and it's right on Tukka Beach where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and even try some clam digging. The big trees in the common areas are beautiful. The restaurant mainly serves Western food, which got a bit repetitive after a while. When I booked, there weren't any connecting rooms available, so I ended up with a deluxe room and a pool access room upstairs. On the first night, there was no hot water, and even after it was fixed, it took a long time to heat up. I didn't get to shower until midnight in the public bathroom, which was a very unpleasant experience as I was so tired. I didn't even get to have a proper soak. The hotel upgraded me to a pool access room for the second night, which wasn't a huge upgrade but I accepted it rather than argue. Overall, if it's not peak season, the value for money is excellent. During peak season, it's about average."

"We chose this hotel mainly because of the sea view — and it became the highlight of our stay. From the 4th floor, the view of the ocean and sunset is absolutely beautiful. In the evening, it’s very pleasant to sit on the balcony with a cocktail and watch the sun go down. The balcony is not very big, but it’s perfect for a quiet moment for two. The room was clean and well maintained, with good housekeeping and room service. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Breakfast is officially served until 10:30, but when we came between 9:40 and 10:00, many items were already gone and not refilled. The food is tasty, but the variety is quite limited. We also booked a sea-view room like in the photos, but were given a room opposite the building. The balcony had a partial road view and only a partial sea view — not the full “postcard” view we expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is nice, the location is good, and the sunsets are truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but advise confirming the room view in advance and coming early for breakfast 😉 If anyone had a front-facing sea view room — was it worth the extra cost?"

"Besides the convenient location, I really don't know why this hotel costs several hundred for a night; it's quite mediocre, not much different from a backpacker hostel. Pros: It's just a few minutes' walk from Ao Nang Beach, which is very convenient. Across the street, there's a 7-Eleven, night markets for food, restaurants, massage places, scooter rentals, and tour booking offices everywhere. Cons: I understand that toothbrushes aren't provided, but the hotel only gave one bottle of hand soap. The bathroom only had one bottle of unknown liquid that seemed to be for both body and hair, but it was really bad to use. The showerhead also leaked, and the drain was clogged. There were no small towels, just one bath towel, meaning you had to use that single towel for everything, haha. Other: A 1000 baht deposit is required at check-in. The front desk isn't 24-hour, so there's no one available very late or very early."

"We stayed at the hotel for several days in early December. We liked the hotel. The breakfasts were quite varied and always hot, which was a pleasant surprise as we have something to compare it to. The pool was nice. The receptionist was very sweet. Our room was small. We didn't have enough storage space in the room; the wardrobe only had a rail and a high shelf, which was inconvenient to use even for someone tall like me. Our clothes ended up piled on the floor inside the wardrobe. In the shower, there was only one small, steeply slanted shelf, making it impossible to place anything on it. We had to buy a plastic floor shelf for our toiletries. My suggestion to the owner is to address this issue. Another downside was the poor cleaning. On a scale of five, it would be a three with a big minus. The floors still had hair on them, and the shower wasn't cleaned either. My suggestion to management is to improve cleaning standards. This also influences the overall impression of the hotel. One more negative was the large number of plants with dried leaves. It was clear they weren't getting enough water. I constantly felt like watering them! Despite some drawbacks, I really liked the hotel. We took a boat to Railay Beach. The beach near the hotel isn't suitable for swimming."

"The room facing main streets was too noisy. We lost our sleep on the first night then requested to change our room to the other facing which thankfully was much quieter. Overall great service and hospitality from the staffs. Kudos to them being accommodating and sincerely helpful. The morning breakfast was decent and enough options for my family."
