The hotel is located within the Silver Beach scenic area, and the rooms are brand new, featuring a Japanese minimalist design with a dry-wet separation bathroom. The front desk and concierge service were both very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. It's definitely our top choice for a vacation, and we'll come back again if we have the chance! 🌹🌹"

"The surrounding sea is beautiful, and there are delicious seafood restaurants. It's conveniently located, and the room is large and beautiful with a sea view from the balcony. However, the room got cold late at night, and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. The air conditioner switch is the kind mounted on the wall, and pressing it didn't do anything. There was municipal road construction downstairs; they were still driving piles at 8 or 9 pm and started again before 8 am. I only stayed one day before leaving."

"Pros: The service was great! I added the front desk on WeChat, and they were very responsive to any questions I had, even recommending places to eat. I stayed in the 180 sea-view suite, which was a nice and clean apartment with a huge balcony and a clear view of the sea. You can cook in the room (though you need to bring your own pots and pans). The location is also decent, about a six or seven-minute walk to Silver Beach. They offer free sand-digging tools, which is a big plus! There's an owner's canteen downstairs for breakfast, which is very convenient.
Cons: There are other residents in the apartment building, and some are renovating. With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long. The front desk is outside on the first floor and separate from the residential area, making it a bit hard to find. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"Although I have never met before, the butler's service attitude is very good. I was originally supposed to check in after 2 pm, but because I had a child and a lot of luggage, it was inconvenient, so I thought I could check in earlier, so the butler vacated a room as soon as possible. . The room is very spacious and the layout is very warm. Especially the kitchen has to be mentioned. The kitchen utensils are really complete, including pots and pans, as well as various seasonings. "The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler.
Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included.
On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation."

"The main building is renovated and relatively new. The air conditioning is powerful, the hygiene is good, and the toilet has some problems. The location is very good. The lobby downstairs leads directly to the beach. It is also within walking distance from Qiaogang Style Street. It is easy to park by car. The road parallel to the seaside at the door has been widened. There is no traffic jam on May Day, and the living facilities are convenient. The service is quite enthusiastic and the hygiene is also good. Especially the bathroom has a dryer, which is the first time I have seen it in a hotel other than a public laundry room. It is a pity that there are no children's toothbrushes or disposable slippers, but there are sterilized rubber slippers, but it is recommended to provide disposable ones at the same time. There's a wide variety of fitness equipment, and the large, heated swimming pool is fantastic! The water is crystal clear, and there are two lifeguards on duty by the poolside. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants are expansive and offer a great selection. The location is superb, making travel very convenient. It's just a 2-3 minute walk to Silver Beach and the entrance to the Fish Tour. There are also plenty of local snack shops, seafood stalls, and convenience stores nearby.

I booked a sea-view room, but after seeing the rooms, I decided to upgrade to a sea-view room for an extra cost, and the experience was so much better! The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea, with incredibly comfortable scenery. The sea breeze was so relaxing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the overall environment was very quiet. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness; it was spotless, with attention to detail, making me feel very safe and secure. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. It was so peaceful and pleasant to stay here. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beihai. Highly recommended!
