"Within walking distance of Silver Beach, making it very convenient to get around. The high-floor view is expansive, and the room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The apartment-style layout feels cozy and comfortable. There are many dining options nearby, especially places to eat seafood. Free parking is a plus for those driving. The front desk service was enthusiastic; after checking in, they specifically escorted us to our room. We needed to get a temporary ID, and the front desk even helped us by providing information about the nearest police station and sending the location. When checking out early in the morning, the young lady at the desk even said, ”Please be careful on your travels,” which was very heartwarming. Overall, the experience was great, and it offers excellent value for money."

"For this May Day holiday, I chose the Shangri-La Hotel, and as an established hotel, the service was indeed excellent. Long before our arrival, they assigned Ivy, our butler, to assist us with various arrangements, making our check-in incredibly smooth. The hotel breakfast also has a children's area, though it's a bit small. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were answered promptly, and they even helped us book children's activities and a travel photoshoot."

"The high-speed rail at 9 am the next morning, with a family to stay, the hotel is next to Beihai Station, you can see it upstairs in the hotel, very close, get up in the morning and eat breakfast slowly for about 5 minutes, it is super convenient. The breakfast dishes are rich, the hotel environment is good, clean, the bathroom is large, the bath water is large, it is more convenient to bring children, especially to mention that the pillow height is more suitable for children, very friendly. Downstairs is a wholesale market selling dry goods specialties, shopping is convenient, there is a big shopping mall (and peace) next door to eat and walk 600 meters."

The housekeeper Yuan Yuan has been patient and serviced, warm and gentle, and sent various gifts! Great value! ! ! Okay! ! ! The hotel is almost 0 distance from the beach. It takes two steps to the beach after leaving the hotel. I took the children to the beach for 4 trips in two days. They had a great time! Let me realize painless baby. Overall, give 4.9 points. The only hotel breakfast that needs to be improved is Western-style. Many dishes are not very friendly to children. I hope the hotel can add some children's dishes. "The homestay booked for this trip to Beihai 🏨 is not bad, the community is very beautiful, it is also very close to Yintan, walk 10-15 minutes, ride a shared bicycle for 5 minutes, two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and one balcony, the balcony is very large, you can see the sea! There is a swimming pool downstairs (there is a charge, when we went to Beihai, it was raining, so we didn't go swimming), and there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself (if you need to cook, you can ask the landlord for cooking utensils), if you don't want to cook, there are noodles and snacks at the entrance of the community, and it is convenient to order takeaway. "The hotel is very clean and has a great environment. It's within walking distance of Silver Beach and Chao Diao Square, and nearby restaurants and Wanda Plaza are also very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, with a smile, patience, and courtesy. Any questions were quickly addressed. The room was spacious and clean, with two sinks, a smart toilet, and a wide variety of breakfast options. A wider selection would have been even better. The hotel also has a laundry room and an outdoor seating area, which was a nice touch. Cookies and candies are also available in the lobby. The infinity pool is beautiful and the water is clean. I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay here again."

Guest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

WuliuqiqibaStayed at Crowne Plaza Beihai Silver Beach again during the Dragon Boat Festival.
1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach.
2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families.
3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members:
First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service.
Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite.
Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout.
Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai.

It takes about ten minutes to get here from the train station. The hotel is located in Beihai Golden Beach, very close to the sea. The room I booked was spacious and well-laid out. It's very convenient for getting around the area. Dining at the hotel is also easy, with various food options available. The service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel environment is also excellent, a top choice for a relaxing vacation! 😂 All in all, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

The hotel is very close to Silver Beach, right at the entrance of Silver Beach, within walking distance, and there is a restaurant on the first floor. It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.

This stay at Guanling Mountain Villa in Beihai truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a huge shout-out to Ms. Ziyuan and Ms. Shuwen! They were incredibly kind and considerate, patiently helping me with any issues. Their excellent attitude made me feel very warm and welcome.
I booked a sea-view room, but after seeing the rooms, I decided to upgrade to a sea-view room for an extra cost, and the experience was so much better! The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea, with incredibly comfortable scenery. The sea breeze was so relaxing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the overall environment was very quiet. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness; it was spotless, with attention to detail, making me feel very safe and secure. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. It was so peaceful and pleasant to stay here. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beihai. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport.

Dalanmao1. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat; there was a power outage. Power was restored after about ten minutes.
2. I only realized I needed to bring my own toilet paper and tissues when I went to the bathroom. I don't know if the hotel didn't provide them or forgot to.
3. I found two or three clumps of dried glue on the sheets; the staff said it was glue residue.
4. The only good thing about the hotel is its super convenient access to the beach; the beach is right outside the back door. The downside is that the boardwalk leading to the beach is a bit old and in disrepair.
