"The service at the hotel is top notch. The room is big and spacious. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Want to shout out to Bai Yu, the cleaning team and the rest of the staff for the warm and helpful service during our stay. The hotel is about 10-15mins walk to Yu Garden, very near Subway station and right beside the bund where you can see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. There are free coin laundry, mini gym and you can order ******* anytime. They will also help you to receive taobao order before your arrival. 👍👍👍"

"Facilities: The hotel has a gym and laundry room, which is sufficient for a city hotel. The location is very close to the middle section of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and it's about an 8-minute walk to the subway. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness is good, especially since it's a new hotel. Environment: There's a foreign language bookstore across the street, which is a great place for kids to spend time when it rains. Dining options nearby are also very convenient, and delivery from many popular restaurants is very fast. Service: All the staff are very enthusiastic. Since I don't drink beer, they even swapped out the beer in the mini-bar for soda water, which was a nice touch. Complimentary Late-Night Snacks: You can enjoy late-night snacks every day, though we only went once on our first night after arriving from the airport. They offer noodles, rice noodles, etc. – a very thoughtful service. Single Buffet Afternoon Tea: We didn't get to experience the afternoon tea at all, as we were out exploring. Breakfast: Most standard items are available, and the food is replenished very quickly. Issues: During the transition from winter to spring, the air conditioning for cooling hadn't been activated yet. On the first day, I asked the front desk and they said it was still unified heating. So, we didn't have AC during our stay. Luckily, the temperature in Shanghai wasn't too high these past few days, otherwise, the room would have been quite warm. When checking out, the front desk staff member mentioned that after our feedback, the cooling function was made available, but no one informed us, so we were unaware of this."

"My stay at the Sun Island Pet Suites was, overall, just okay. The hotel is very pet-friendly, which is a big plus. The rooms come with separate activity spaces for cats and dogs, and all the pet supplies you could need are provided, making it super convenient to travel with your furry friends without a lot of extra luggage. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The water pressure for showering was extremely low, affecting both the shower and the bathtub, and despite reporting it, it wasn't improved. The smart toilet area wasn't as clean as it should have been and had a noticeable odor. On the brighter side, the buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was decent value for money. The resort also has many family-friendly activities, but most of them come with an additional charge, and they aren't cheap. Staying here on a weekend is quite expensive due to the premium pricing, so it's probably best for a short, relaxing getaway with your pets. If the hardware issues could be resolved, I'd consider returning, and it would also be a good spot for families with young children."

"1. The hotel environment is great, and it has all the necessary facilities. 2. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The reception was welcoming, and since there were no twin rooms available, they specifically upgraded me to a balcony room, which I was very pleased with. 3. The breakfast buffet was truly just okay. On the first day, I only found three hot dishes, which was quite disappointing. 4. During the May Day holiday, they arranged a 'Little Intercontinental Explorer' bird-watching activity for children, which was a definite plus and something I was looking forward to. However, it wasn't well-organized. Since it was aimed at 'little explorers,' shouldn't they have kept a clear count of how many children signed up during registration? It's not right that earlycomers haphazardly received binoculars, leaving no binoculars for the children who arrived later. There was no effort to resolve this; instead, they just said you could still see without binoculars. I find that very unreasonable. But, to be fair, while the organizing skills of the guide teacher could be improved, their explanation was excellent, showing great professionalism and dedication."

Great Location - The Airbnb is just a 15-minute drive from Disneyland, which made it super convenient for us when we wanted to visit the park. It was close enough to enjoy all the excitement of Disneyland but far enough to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet when we returned. 2. Incredible Host - The host was one of the friendliest people we’ve met! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond by cutting fresh fruits for us to enjoy, and even offered to transport us to and from Disneyland. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. 3. Great Activities for Kids - There are a variety of activities for the little ones to enjoy during the stay. Our kids loved playing table tennis, swinging in the yard, and playing with the toys that the host thoughtfully provided. It was a great way to relax and keep the kids entertained when we weren’t at Disneyland. 4. Clean and Tidy Rooms - The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the host takes great care in ensuring that everything is clean and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and at ease in our space, which made for a very enjoyable stay. 5. Perfect for Families - This Airbnb is definitely ideal for families traveling with kids. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the activities provided made it a very kid-friendly environment. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy Disneyland while also having a comfortable and homely place to return to. Overall: We had a fantastic time staying here and would absolutely recommend it to families visiting Disneyland. "Quiet, there are parks nearby for walking, shopping malls for shopping, and umbrellas are provided when it rains. The breakfast provided by the hotel tastes good, the only bad thing is that the room door swipe card sometimes needs to be swiped several times before it can be opened"
