"The room was spacious and clean, with a vanity mirror for easy makeup application and a smart toilet. The host was very friendly, offering free shuttle service and homemade healthy breakfast. The twin room we booked was perfectly adequate for the three of us, and they even provided a sewing kit. There are a few parking spaces in the courtyard, making it convenient for those driving. Food delivery services are a bit far, so I suggest adding a self-service vending machine for food and drinks."

"This is a family-friendly hotel we keep coming back to. During the summer weekend, it's packed with kids, but it's much better outside of peak season. The hotel offers plenty of activities. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, and in the evenings, the indoor pool is also available, which includes a shallow kids' pool. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, and you can also visit Squirrel Kingdom or the arcade nearby. We also went to the petting zoo, which had a wide variety of animals, even porcupines, foxes, and raccoons. The kids had a fantastic time. The room was quite spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower, plus a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. Overall, it was a good experience."

"The day before check-in, I received a call from customer service. They added me on WeChat beforehand and provided directions and special offers, which felt very welcoming! The room was super clean, a one-bedroom apartment layout that was simple and bright! The bathroom was large; although there was no bathtub, the shower area was spacious, making it very convenient to bathe the children! (Since I had kids, I even used an alcohol wipe to clean around, and there was no dust, which increased my good impression!) The breakfast was very rich, and the ingredients varied over the two days, which was a pleasant surprise for us – even the elderly were very satisfied! The kids' play area had plenty to do, and the younger children had a blast! The water park was also excellent, and the water was very clean. We arrived early and were lucky enough to get beach loungers, which made the whole water play experience even better. We tried the Western cuisine at the Waterfall Restaurant, which was decent. The Peacock Restaurant was also quite good, with a clean and tidy environment. I experienced the foot massage at the wellness center, which was great, and I had a good night's sleep! When checking out, the kids were still reluctant to leave. I'm sure visiting in winter to try the hot springs would be a different kind of wonderful!"

"The complimentary snacks and drinks available all day were so abundant, my stomach simply couldn't keep up! Plus, there were free cocktails in the evening! You definitely won't go hungry here! If you do find yourself peckish, you can always order room service, and for breakfast, you can choose whatever you like, whether it's Western or Chinese. The service is truly excellent. The hotel views are quite different between morning and evening, offering unique vibes. Strolling around the hotel or along the surrounding tree-lined streets, you can really feel the leisurely and relaxed atmosphere here. You could easily spend your entire stay within the hotel, enjoying its tranquility. They also offer a variety of activities like qipao dressing, essential oil sachet making, yoga, a gym, and spa services, all of which are wonderful experiences. The room was fantastic too, spotlessly clean. This time, I opted for the hotel's latex pillow, which offered great support and made for a better night's sleep. All the hotel staff, including the cleaning crew, were very friendly. Durrant at the front desk was particularly polite and enthusiastic. I absolutely loved my stay this time."

"Enjoyed my stay here. It's a massive hotel and it all looks very new. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room a little on the small side, but complementary drinks and snacks were provided which was a nice touch. Comfortable bed and a very good shower. Breakfast was okay and they did try catering, albeit in a small way, for westerners which was thoughtful. Would stay here again if travelling back to Jingshan."
