"Friendly approachable receptionist on arrival from an early morning flight. Massive TV and spacious room for 3 adults. Breakfast was dead. Location is a great easy accessible..Sink was a bit small in comparison to the surrounding counter. Had to ask for amenities I.e floor slippers. The iron blew the socket in the room. Secure adequate 2 night stay. Wi fi was a hassle and unnecessary sign up steps."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Doha. The room was beautiful and always perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was delicious – the staff even prepared fresh gluten-free bread and pancakes for us and made cappuccino with oat milk. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!"

"I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. "We the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience. The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs. The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat. It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day. Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant! So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE. Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location."

"The room was a bit worn out and had a cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff were responsive, and breakfast was good. The heated pool with jacuzzi was a plus. Parking is available."

"Lovely and clean hotel. We got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment on arrival which was nice. The room had everything you need from shaving equipment to toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had a kitchen which had a washing machine, a living room area with extra television and an extra WC for your convenience. The bedroom was en-suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really loved it."

"The room design is innovative and uniquely decorated, with a great view outside the window. The service is top-notch. It has both a shower and a bathtub, and is clean and hygienic. Even though the decor is new, there's no unpleasant smell. The staff are very professional."

"Assalam Alaikum to all!!! This is a friendly, old hotel with good, varied breakfasts, fruit and vegetables every day—you won't go hungry! They give out vouchers and towels for the beach, the staff is always eager to help, and the towels in your room are changed daily, with bed linen every three days! There's a bus stop nearby to the metro, and shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance! We'll definitely be back! We haven't seen all of Qatar, Doha, yet—the architecture is wonderful, and there aren't many people like in Dubai! I recommend it to everyone!"

"Great value for its location, great customer service staff from doorman, bellboy, front desk, and especially the restaurant servers, fantastic breakfast spread, most comfortable bed. Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor. Overall I would still stay here if I revisit as the price offsets the negatives somewhat, whilst its location and staff really made my stay very enjoyable."

"The hotel was wonderful, beautiful, and modern. All the staff were friendly, cheerful, and respectful. The hotel is new and contemporary, with an excellent location offering views of the Corniche. The breakfast was delicious but lacked variety. My only complaint is regarding the check-out time; they bothered us three times, reminding us to check out at 8 AM, then 10 AM, and finally 12 PM."
