"As a backpacker, I've traveled to many places, but this spot truly made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless and the bedding was incredibly soft against the skin. At night, you literally fall asleep to the sound of the waves, which is fantastic for anyone with trouble sleeping. The rooftop viewing deck even thoughtfully provides cooking utensils, perfect for those who aren't used to local cuisine and want to cook their own meals. They even offer free eggs for guests like me who prefer a milk and bread breakfast, so you can fry your own! The owner, in particular, is incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions or requests from guests. My experience on Koh Larn these past few days has been the best since I started my Pattaya vacation. The fine white sand beaches, the jelly-colored sea, and the friendly guesthouse owner all left a deep impression on me. If I ever come back to Koh Larn, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. "This hotel opens directly onto the beach you see in the pictures, and the water quality is great. It's not crowded at all, so you won't feel like you're packed in like sardines, and there are water activities available. We booked for two people, and it was only about 150 per person… I also have to praise the hotel's breakfast (which is free)! Upon check-in, they give you a breakfast voucher per person. In the morning, you just go to the front desk before 10 AM and say you're there for breakfast. Then you can pick your favorite spot by the beach and wait for a server to take your order. Breakfast is à la carte, with options for either Thai or Western style. We originally thought we'd order Western for the photos, but it turned out to taste really good too! 👍 If you want to relax comfortably on the island for a couple of days on a tight budget, I highly recommend this place."

"Facilities: The facilities were excellent and well-equipped. Our room came with a hairdryer, and there was even a hammock right outside, which was a lovely touch! Cleanliness: The hygiene was impeccable. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily and were so considerate, even wearing slippers when entering the room. Ambiance: The ambiance was fantastic. I booked a sea-view room, and the comfortable balcony was a real highlight. Service: The service was superb. Staff were polite, attentive, and always offered service with a genuine smile."

"Everything was impressive! While the accommodation isn't directly on the beach, it's only a 5-minute scooter ride away. The place is peaceful and secluded. They offer convenient pick-up and drop-off service to/from the pier. If you arrive before check-in, you can store your luggage, enjoy a welcome drink, and then leisurely explore the island on a scooter while waiting. You don't even need to rent one, and it comes with a full tank of gas! 😁 The owner is incredibly kind, offering recommendations for sights and restaurants. You can call them anytime if you have any questions. The room had a soft, comfortable bed and a wonderfully cool air conditioner. You only need to bring your clothes. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and refreshing orange juice. On departure, they even gave us a unique and adorable souvenir! Highly recommend!!! Extremely impressed! It felt so warm and welcoming 🥰"

"We originally booked 3 nights at Tawaen Beach Resort and ended up extending for another 3 nights — and honestly, that says everything. This is not our first stay. We were here six months ago, stayed in the same resort, and deliberately came back again. Consistency matters, and Tawaen Beach Resort delivers it every single time. The staff are outstanding — professional, genuinely kind, attentive, and always accommodating. You feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of from the moment you arrive. The food and coffee pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to neighboring resorts where prices feel exaggerated and borderline absurd. Here, you actually feel you’re getting value without being taken advantage of. Cleanliness deserves special mention. The hygiene standards are truly top-tier resort level — rooms, lobby, common areas — everything is spotless and well maintained. This is something many resorts on the island fail at, even if they look nice on the outside. Location? Simply unbeatable. You step out of the resort and within seconds, you’re standing in front of a magical turquoise-blue sea and perfectly clean, soft white sand — genuinely one of the best beach fronts in Koh Larn. They have beach lounges and chairs where you can relax all day, and the beach staff constantly adjust the umbrellas as the sun moves — a small detail that makes a huge difference. Service is attentive without being intrusive. What truly impressed us: Over the past few weeks, we met multiple couples (not one, not two — FOUR) who stayed at nearby resorts and had nightmare experiences — poor hygiene, bad rooms, disappointing service. After visiting our room, lobby, and seeing the standards at Tawaen Beach Resort, they immediately canceled their bookings and rebooked here. That alone speaks volumes. We live just outside Pattaya and come to Koh Larn almost every month. One thing is absolutely certain: We will never stay anywhere else. Ever. The pricing is very fair, especially compared to the nonsense prices next door that don’t deliver even half the quality. Try this place once — and you’re hooked for life. We proudly consider ourselves lifetime clients. Couldn’t ask for better. Period."

"Great little place. Short walk to harbour town for ferries, restaurants, market and bus stop to go to beaches. Friendly owners, helpful, generous and friendly. Room was ideal but basic. Large fridge, big comfy bed, hot shower and balcony. Fresh towels, toilet paper and toiletries every day. Loved it...and went back after travelling a bit."

"I liked this hotel but ky gf didn't like the shared bathroom situation. Share bathrooms were pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the tent even has AC. The view was lovely. Breakfast was alright. We ended up checking out early but that was mostly GF decision."

"Cute hotel with a good view on the sea. Nice rooms but you can hear the people walk by and the room darkness isn’t really good if you want to sleep late in the morning. Breakfast served directly in the room around 9am. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t really good. Our stay was positive in general!"

"Only Service and location is good but check in 2 PM is not convenient anymore. But check out is 11 AM. To be honest, not convenient. While waiting for the room, toilet at lobby is terribly dirty. Toilet and basin in the room is also dirty. As overall, nice to choose this hotel. But as for cleanliness is really bad."

"For a small island, this hotel is excellent. It basically has the beach all to yourself, although the water is a bit deep – perfect for taking photos. Located on the north corner of the island, it's very secluded, and I slept very well at night. Because of the beautiful scenery and few people, many people come specifically to check it out. We could sit on the bed, enjoying the air conditioning and admiring the view, or soak in the hotel pool while enjoying the sea view – very relaxing. The hotel is so close to the beach; it's practically right outside the door. It's very close to Taven Beach, making dining convenient, and you can even watch the fireworks display at night. The hotel service is excellent, with free port shuttle and free motorcycle rental. I accidentally broke my room key, but they didn't ask for compensation. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying on the island."
