"Very simple hotel and rooms but clean and all with a terrace. 4 middle-sized swimming pools with pleasant water temperature. Breakfast is very simple and more Asian than European but they have selection of fresh egg dishes like omelettes. The beach is nice (depending on weather it is clean or not). The service at reception is mostly very good, depending on the person. The service at the pool bar is amazing 🤩 very helpful and friendly. For us the food at the restaurant was mostly delicious, Pizza is eatable."

"We stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great."

"There is free shuttle to the main beach, good breakfast, rooms are super spacious with nice view. The whole complex is roomy and close to naiyang beach. Great experience and services. Close to airportx"

"My experience at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. 1. Tranquil Location & Stunning Views: The resort is incredibly peaceful, with a breathtaking location surrounded by nature. The scenery is simply amazing — a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. 2. Beautiful & Quiet Rooms: The room was calm, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The private pool made the experience even more enjoyable. 3. Outstanding Staff: Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their warmth really made a difference. 4. Minor Issue with Restaurant Credit: There was only one issue during my stay — a misunderstanding with a restaurant staff member regarding the use of the resort credit. Unfortunately, the management handled it poorly by calling in the waiter to prove I was wrong. This approach was unprofessional and left a negative impression, which contrasted with the otherwise excellent service. 5. Amazing Restaurant Experience: The food at the resort was outstanding — delicious, healthy, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. 6. Fast & Efficient Transportation Within the Resort: The internal transportation service was impressively responsive. On one occasion, I called for a buggy and they arrived even before I hung up the phone! 7. Highly Recommended: I strongly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and a unique experience surrounded by nature. Final Note: I would only advise the management to train the front desk staff to handle situations more gracefully. One negative moment should not overshadow the hard work and excellence of the rest of the team."

"I booked this place thinking it would have the multiple rooftop pools (see their images). However, theyve updated to one small L-shaped pool and a section of table/pools that aren't available until after 6pm. It's super deceptive if you think you're getting what the hotel images show. Don't get a balcony - you're just facing another room in the inner area. First night there were a bunch of cockroaches and was told it's the rainy season. Listen, I also live in the tropics and understand seeing the odd one but there were 4-5 roaming around the room in the evening. Told the GM the next day who offered to upgrade/move me, when all I wanted was the room to be sprayed. Was told if they spray more would come so I shifted rooms. It's a great location but the place feels like it's in need of investment. Book it if it's cheap/low season."

"Location was great, walking distance to one of the biggest mall in Patong and food market, many restaurants along the street as well so you don't have to worry about starving in the middle of the night. Check In and Check Out process smooth, you need to put deposit of THB 1,000 for each room. The room was spacious, although it has slight smelly odor at the first time we enter the room. The amenities inside also complete from the toiletries until kitchen appliances, they refill 2 water bottles every day. Recommended for any type of traveler and it was cheap compared to other similar hotel."

"The room was clean with nice view and during our stay the housekeeping kept replenishing all the amenities in the room. When we checked in late night the front desk who assisted us were really nice and very accommodating but on the following day it was a struggle talking to the staff since most of them can’t speak English."
