"Pros: large room, decent bed, balcony, large fridge, breakfast is limited, but fine if you like Chinese food, however; some scrambled eggs and bacon would be nice. Nice views. The price.
Cons: balcony door did not lock and this made me a bit uncomfortable. I also had to shower in a different room cause my hot water was broken. The WiFi was not great. Not a convenient walk to the shop. No microwave or table and chairs in the room. Also limited lounge chairs by the pool."

"Nice little place to stay same minutes walk to the aiport. My single room was pleasant. However, the many ants throughout the room bothered me. Don't get me wrong, I've always had ants in the rooms in every accommodation I've stayed in, regardless of budget. It seems to be normal, at least on Puket. But having them everywhere, and of course even on my own bed, was too much for me."

"The hotel is very nice and stylish. It was a good value for the price. We had nice room with acces to the pool. The room was clean and big enough for us. TIt could have better tv inside that would be nice to have especially because unfortunately was raining a lot during our stay but thats not hotel issue. The breakfast was ok.
There are a lot of stores nearby and restaurants also some bars. If you want to go to the beach you need to take motorbike that they also rent there so thats nice.
The sea is actually very near the hotel but i dont recommend swimming there.
The hotel has also washing machine that guest can use and a good affordable laundry service.
To sum up, we had pleasant stay and not much more to say there."

"This was hotel was great to stay in. Not far from the beach to walk, right in the middle of everything.
Only down side is there is no lift and there’s four floors. And also the road out front is very busy and noisy all night long.
Not sure what came past one night but it was big and noisy to the point where we thought we were having an earthquake quake as the whole room shuck along with the bed."

"The location of this resort is good situated right in front of shops, and beach. Plenty of parking space if you are driving. Big compound and rooms might be recently refurbish, new and thoughtful with umbrella, slipper, double pillow, and etc. Our pool access room is right in the middle assessable to whole resort. Staff are kind and good manner especially the front counter staff by the name of Lily, she is friendly and can converse well in Chinese. But the crowd are 90% Russian and I hardly see Asian there. Breakfast are more western style, and is the same almost everyday but they keep refilling to make sure you are full and they cater for vegan too. Also, they give small token to kids who completed a simple mission. Good job! Only drawback is the lady at the spa counter is not very friendly. Overall experience is good but if the hotel provide mosquito repellent will be superb."

"It's quite cheap, but very noisy. The soundproofing in the building isn't great, but as a heavy sleeper, it wasn't a big issue for me. The AC wasn't particularly powerful. The staff, however, were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely firm, and I woke up with a sore back every morning. Overall, it was still pretty good."

"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket."

"As a Japanese guest, I had a wonderful stay here! There were very few Asian guests, which really suited my travel style. The hotel has several pools and a perfect location.
It’s true the hotel is on a very steep hill—it was tougher than I expected, so I mainly used motorbike taxis. Honestly, I think the slope could be dangerous for kids, elderly guests, or anyone not used to physical activity. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.
I loved how peaceful it was without children around. The pool bar was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect—I almost don’t want this place to become too famous! Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, though I did meet one chef and one waiter who seemed unfriendly. Luckily, other staff members made up for it with their warmth.
At check-in, the young woman spoke English with a strong Thai accent, which was hard to understand. I recommend asking them politely to speak slowly—it helps a lot. At check-out, however, the staff member spoke very clear English and was extremely kind.
Overall, this hotel was amazing! The few negatives didn’t matter at all. I will definitely come back again!"

GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

A short 5 minute walk to the nearest shops, both beach side & behind locations,, 15 minute walk to Bangla Road. House keeping staff, like all we experienced in Phuket, are so kind & helpful. Overall such a lovely stay. Beautiful rooms with a lovely view. Breakfast was impeccable!

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍
Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%.
There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

However, the sea view suite I booked was in building D, not a beachfront property, and it was a bit old. My room key failed twice.
Also, there's no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

My only complaints is that you could tell the place needed a little updating, there was only a single power outlet in the room and even though it’s in a quiet location, there was nothing within walking distance if you wanted to venture outwards without a taxi.

JJoelbastedoThis resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

AALESTAThe hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok.
