The ChunQiu Oxygen-Rich Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Lhasa will find that the ChunQiu Oxygen-Rich Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 8km from Lasa Railway Station and 60km from Lhasa Gonggar International Airport. Keeping busy is easy, with Potala Palace, Snow City, Potala Palace and Podrang Sarba, Sakya Monastery all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Lhasa hotel features parking on site. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. This hotel is a popular accommodation for groups of friends traveling together.

"Pros: Hotel staff are friendly and the location is close to the main tourist district and the Potala Palace. There are restaurants available near the hotel. One thing was that I communicated with the front desk staff to not disturb me the next morning and that I will let them know when they could clean the room coz I was exhausted due to high altitude sickness and unable to sleep throughout the night, however, the cleaning staff banged on the door at 12 noon asking if they could clean the room. When I booked this hotel on Trip.com, it says also includes one afternoon tea per day, and I booked 9 nights. It turned out isn't true and was not told until I asked the front desk. The hotel staff only responded that in fact the afternoon tea has been cancelled since Dec 2025 and did not provide anything else. With this incident plus laundry only allows 5 pieces/day and doesn't wash inner wear like socks/underwear. I honestly feel that there are a lot more other choices at this price."

Hotel near Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple,Lhasa
The St. Regis Lhasa Resort is located on Jiangsu Road, the main artery of Lhasa. A 15-minute walk takes you to the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street area, where you can experience the traditional features and lifestyle of the ancient city. It is approximately 3 kilometers away from the Potala Palace, with a cluster of gourmet restaurants in the surrounding vicinity. A 15-minute taxi ride will lead you to Norbulingka, a typical Xizang-style garden renowned for its unique charm on the snow-covered plateau. Additionally, a 20–30 minute drive from the hotel will take you to Sera Monastery or Drepung Monastery, commonly known as the "Three Great Monasteries of Lhasa", allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the solemnity and grandeur of Xizang Buddhist temples. The hotel boasts over 100 guest rooms, ranging from 61 to 178 square meters in size. Every room offers guests panoramic views of the undulating Xizang mountains, along with spacious living spaces, custom-made furniture, and elegant interiors in all guest rooms and suites. The iconic St. Regis Butler Service is specially designed to provide tailored accommodation experiences catering to the needs of global travelers. Home to Social All-Day Dining Restaurant, Yan Ting Chinese Restaurant and Tubo Bar, the hotel is committed to satisfying the discerning palates of culinary connoisseurs.

"My long-awaited trip to Tibet finally began, and I decisively chose The St. Regis Lhasa. The room was spacious, amenities were complete, and the location was convenient, close to all the main attractions. They even have a medical room, and their homemade altitude sickness medicine is quite effective, supposedly with no side effects. Thanks to this medicine, I was able to continue my journey to Ngari. The breakfast was also very generous and varied over my three-day stay, not the same every day. There were also some à la carte options; I enjoyed congee with abalone slices, which was comforting. Furthermore, in an altitude-prone area, the staff's attitude is a big plus. I especially want to commend our butler, Riri. As I was experiencing a bit of altitude sickness, I bothered her quite a bit, but the thoughtful Riri patiently helped me out. I'll definitely choose The St. Regis again next time I'm in Lhasa."

"This was my first trip to Lhasa, and I chose the Even Hotels family room. The room was spacious, very new, clean, and had a diffuse oxygen supply, which helped us acclimate smoothly during our first night. The front desk and room service staff were all very professional and dedicated, patiently answering all our questions. At 11 PM, they promptly brought us nasal cannulas and an oximeter. The security staff at the parking lot and entrance were also very friendly and helpful, truly making us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is also great, making it convenient for getting around. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends planning a trip to Lhasa. It's a perfect hotel, a real hidden gem!"

The Phuntsok Khasang International Youth Hostel (Pingcuokangsang Qingnian Lvshe) is a Tibetan style hotel situated in downtown Lhasa, making transport to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple highly convenient.This four-storey Lhasa hotel offers guests a venue to buy not only local specialties, but also items from India and Nepal, as well as books concerning Tibet, India and Nepal.

"Our 3-day stay in Lhasa was absolutely fantastic, especially traveling with my mom. The hotel's convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service really made our mother-daughter trip much more harmonious. - The location is incredibly convenient. It's about 1.5 kilometers to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and photo shoot spots, all easily walkable. We explored Lhasa entirely on foot during our stay. - They were well-prepared for altitude sickness. The room has an oxygen concentrator that can be used for diffusion or nasal cannula. On the first night, I foolishly took a shower and felt nauseous and dizzy in the middle of the night, doubting my existence. The butler came to help me with the oxygen concentrator in the middle of the night, and I finally got two hours of sleep after using oxygen until dawn. I searched for altitude sickness on Xiaohongshu, feeling like I was on the verge of needing a hospital. The front desk on the second floor has a pulse oximeter, and I felt relieved after seeing my reading was in the 80s. - I can't praise the butlers and front desk enough; their service was perfect! It wasn't the fake kind of luxury service you often find, but genuinely thoughtful and comfortable. - The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Potala Palace, making breakfast a delightful experience."

"The room is very new and the decoration is very artistic. Dyson hair dryer, Marshall speakers, capsule coffee machine, really very practical. I didn't see the Jo Malone shower gel that was commented on before. The room is relatively small. The housekeeper was very considerate to turn on the humidifier. As a result, after eating, the quilt and pillow were all wet. The housekeeper worked hard to change the quilt cover and pillowcase. There was a thunderstorm in the middle of the night, the room was stuffy, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was very clean and exquisite, especially the small buns, which were delicious. You can also park in the alley in front of the homestay. The housekeeper suggested parking in the parking lot across the road, which is a little inconvenient. You can see the back of the Potala Palace from the roof, and it's okay to take pictures. The location is a bit far from the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. It's too much for children to walk from the homestay. In short, it's not as good as the comments, maybe the expectations are too high."

"The hotel has a very stylish ambiance and looks genuinely new, with a pleasant fragrance. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the oxygen supply is excellent. Every evening, we received complimentary drinks and fruit, and the breakfast was quite good. We also tried the special wellness therapies, which were very relaxing and worth experiencing. Overall, it was a great stay. The complimentary hat in the room was perfect for travel photos, and they even stored our ordered cake in the fridge. The only minor issue was that the therapy clothes provided in the room included a ridiculously small size for the bottom, which I couldn't wear at all, haha."
