"Facilities: The power outlets in the first room we were given had issues, but luckily they promptly changed our room. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good, quite clean. Environment: The environment was also pretty good, and there's a parking lot. Service: The service was very good."

"The hotel is conveniently located with direct connection to the airport and main sightseeing sights. The bus stop is closed too. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold selection. I got the upgraded Wifi service as part of the room package which was more than sufficient for business use."

"Nice modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Good location with easy access to public transport and the city center. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Would stay here again."

"Self was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely decorated and lots of wardrobe space too. It was nice having a safe but there was no fridge. The only thing that let this hotel down was the shower. It was not powerful at all and the water temperature kept fluctuating to the point where you were cold and then you were almost getting scolded by the water. Not something I would expect from a four-star hotel. The price reflected the location as it was a 10 minute walk to the underground station and then 20 minutes to the centre of town."

"Very convenient location, it is near all the shopping area and Marienplatz. Approx 30 mins Uber ride from Munich airport to this hotel. Rooms are clean and simply designed but for the price and location it is worth it! Pfistermühle restaurant which is right beside Platzl Hotel is amazing too! Food is superb, highly recommend the steak and truffle pasta."

"The staff is very courteous. Check-in was quick and easy. We were even allowed to check into our room early. Coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room. Bathrobes and slippers were also available. The spa is very well equipped with two saunas and a steam room. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The U6 subway line takes you to Marienplatz in about 10 minutes. The only drawback is the water pressure in the shower, which is rather difficult for those with long hair. Parking is available directly in the underground garage for €29 per day."

"The location of this hotel is quite convenient with good transport access. However, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our luggage up to the first floor quite troublesome. Despite this, one of the staff members, Nina, was extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She willingly took on the task of moving the luggage by herself, and her kind and helpful attitude brought us a sense of warmth. The next morning, however, another staff member named Stella had a completely different attitude—she was quite cold and unfriendly. I asked her about the possibility of changing our rooms to the other side of the hotel where there is a working elevator and where we could have all three rooms on the same floor. Although I explained that I had booked three rooms and hoped to have them together, she informed us that it wasn’t possible that day due to full occupancy. We accepted that, but asked if it could be arranged the following day if rooms became available. While we understood the situation, Stella’s unhelpful and unfriendly left a negative impression—especially in contrast to Nina, who had been so genuinely caring and helpful."

"The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there."

"The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good."
