This hotel is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an. It's super convenient – just two subway stops from the North Station, and you can see their sign a short walk from the exit. My room faced south, so I got plenty of sunshine during the day, which was lovely. The air conditioning was silent and quickly adjusted the temperature, making for comfortable sleep. The decor is simple and modern, looking fresh and clean, and all the facilities are maintained like new. It's very quiet at night; with the doors and windows closed, you barely hear any outside noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. For just over 100 RMB, it even includes breakfast, which has decent variety and taste, enough to fill you up. There are lots of places to eat around, right to the left downstairs. Definitely worth recommending!

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

The environment is super comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very soft and sleeps very fragrant, the service attitude is good, the price is very high, come next time! The location is excellent, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the health is in place, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the experience is full ✨ the overall exceeded expectations! The room is well lit, well equipped, soundproofed, quiet and at ease, highly recommended ～

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

Really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and refreshing, the front desk service was very good, and the living was particularly relaxing. The service is intimate and meticulous, the front desk is warm and patient, and the experience of staying is full. The environment is quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very good. The location is excellent, the surrounding facilities are complete, the price is absolutely perfect, this is the first choice for future travel, really recommend!

這次出差入住H水晶酒店（西安西二環白家口地鐵站店）體驗超預期！房間的舒達零壓床墊真的太舒服了，出差奔波一天躺下就能放鬆，深眠效果絕了。衞生做得很到位，房間乾淨整潔，智能設備也很實用，響應靈敏。服務態度熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快，位置離地鐵站近，出行特別方便。整體環境安靜舒適，設施齊全，是商務出差的絕佳選擇，下次來西安還會住這裏！

The hotel service was good, and the transportation was quite convenient. The breakfast was also decent; I added it at the front desk when I checked in. They even offer late-night snacks. I had the chicken noodle soup, which was very convenient, especially since my itinerary in Taiyuan was packed, and I didn't want to spend too much time looking for food. The front desk service was excellent. My room wasn't ready yet, and they upgraded me from a smaller room to a deluxe smart room. Very thoughtful, impressive! Big shoutout to the front desk staff who helped me check in.

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

The H Hotel boasts rooms on the highest floors of the entire building, offering expansive views that even surpass Wolf Mountain. The hotel is conveniently located just 2 kilometers from Wolf Mountain. Parking is a breeze for those driving, and you can get free parking by simply providing your license plate number at check-out. For lunch and dinner, there are several small eateries downstairs. For breakfast, I only spotted two bakeries. It's probably best to book a room with breakfast included or order delivery beforehand.

A great business trip and living experience!
 
This time I stayed at this hotel due to a business trip, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The location is too much, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are complete, it is very convenient to catch the early high-speed rail or evening entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, it was too important to sleep well after a day of business trips, and the sound insulation effect was very good, and it was not disturbed by the outside noise.
 
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, and the surrounding traffic and office-related convenience information is also actively informed; the cleaning aunt is very meticulous every day, and the supplementary supplies are timely. The office area in the room is spacious, the lighting is moderate, the network is stable and not stuck, the processing of working documents and online meetings are very smooth, and it is too friendly for the business trip party.
 
The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and can meet the needs of different tastes. Very cost-effective, I will choose here next time I travel, and I recommend it to frequent business trips or travel.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are complete and brand new, and the hygiene is in place. The service is thoughtful and responsive, the location is good and convenient to travel, the price is affordable, and the stay is comfortable and worth recommending. The hotel as a whole exceeded expectations, there is no dead end in health, and the living is at ease. The staff is friendly, parking is convenient, the price is online, the stay experience is great, and the Amway is strong.
