This was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay.

We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water.

After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.

Everything was nice. The room was clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The life guard at the swimming pool was especially very nice and kind. We loved the pool and the continental breakfast. The room was spacious.

The only Negative point is the noise coming from the club late at night.

The service is great. Able to deposit luggage when there. 
Upon check in, just need to inform that pre check in is done. 
The room is big to have 2 big luggage open at the same time. 
The toilet is having basin and bath/toilet separated. Allowing 2 different ppl to prepare at different times.
Cleaning every 3 days.
Will be great if there are more shampoo/Conditioner and soap. Cos the bottles are too small for 2 pax for 3 nights.
I am too lazy to ask so I use mine and let my partner use theirs.

The front desk staff was welcoming. Good value for a short stay. Basic breakfast provided. However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been waived. There were a few missing amenities such as an iron and ironing board, and the pool was not ready for use during our stay. Noticed a strong odor upon entering room also when the AC was turned on—possibly due to nearby smoking areas. Would not recommend for families with young children or non-smokers.

Great stay. Enjoyed. Allowed a slightly later check out. Clean

This is definitely a go to for me when I'm at the beach! The guy that's in the office is awesome!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!
