The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, with the subway station directly outside its entrance. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the housekeeping staff provided very attentive service. However, since it was during the summer holiday period, the hotel was extremely busy. The check-in process felt a bit lacking, and we experienced a rather long wait time. Given that guests are usually tired after their journeys, I hope they consider increasing staffing during busy periods. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite limited. Over our six-day stay, the same options were served daily without any changes, which became very repetitive.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, the room layout was perfect, and the service staff were all very polite. I'd like to commend the Hanhua Rui Hotel for its extremely convenient location and a decent variety of breakfast options. The initial minibar was well-stocked with plenty of items, including drinks and iced water. The breakfast bread was quite good, made in-house by the international hotel, and delicious – I even bought two portions before leaving. It's close to all the major attractions, which is very convenient, and there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

The room was incredibly spacious; we could fully open two 30-inch suitcases and lay them flat without feeling cramped at all. It also came with two tea tables and a large desk, which were super convenient for relaxing or temporarily placing items. Housekeeping was punctual every day, and towels were changed frequently, keeping the room consistently fresh and tidy. It was absolutely wonderful to relax in such a clean and comfortable room! The only minor drawback was the somewhat loud central air conditioning; I hope this can be improved.

Overall, it was a decent stay.

**Facilities**: Though a bit dated, they are exceptionally well-maintained, which is impressive. Everything operates manually; there are no smart features.

**Cleanliness**: The cleaning was also very timely. The hotel's cleanliness absolutely deserves full five stars. My three stars, or even lower, are reserved for the F&B department, which I'll elaborate on shortly.

**Ambiance**: The surroundings are also good. There was a security check upon entering the hotel – I'm not sure if it's related to the military parade – but the security measures were certainly thorough.

**Service**: Nothing particularly outstanding, but no major issues either, just like most 4-5 star hotels. Upon entering the room, I found we'd received a room upgrade. Special thanks to the lovely front desk staff for the upgrade.

**Cultural-themed popsicle or drink (choose one)**: Regardless of how many nights you book, you only get one popsicle per booking. I found this a bit peculiar. For a double room, you still get just one. I wonder if I booked two separate nights, would I then get two?

I didn't really take many photos of the hotel's features; all the key information is already available on Ctrip's homepage.

Finally, regarding the F&B department. During breakfast on the second day of my stay, I found something resembling a wire in my noodles. I suspect it might have come from the seaweed. I called a waiter over to look, but he just shrugged his shoulders. I didn't press the issue, but their problem-solving ability is truly concerning, highlighting a gap often seen in older hotels. I simply didn't want a minor unpleasantness to spoil our family trip. (A photo of the wire was taken later.)

Also, when queuing for check-in, I couldn't understand why two gentlemen who arrived after me were served first, while the staff completely ignored me, despite me being with a 71-year-old senior and an 8-year-old child. This 'welcome gesture' left me utterly speechless, though I silently accepted it. Given these issues, a 4-star rating for service still seems appropriate. Usually, I give full five stars.

This is an old, upscale hotel that opened when I was a child. I stayed for one night this time because I had a show at Xiushui Street Building, which was like fulfilling a dream. However, I was very disappointed.

Let's start with the criticisms. First, there was a queue at check-in, and no one attended to us, even though two staff members were free. When I was checking in, a foreigner came to queue and was immediately attended to. Second, because I had a rehearsal that evening, I asked the front desk during check-in if another person would be checking in later for the same room. The front desk said they just needed to mention my name. Yet, when that person arrived to check in, they called me for confirmation. While their rigorous approach isn't wrong, they should have informed me of this requirement when I first inquired. Also, the parking is charged. Even if it's not under the same management, complimentary parking for hotel guests wouldn't be unreasonable. The room feels a bit dated, and the air conditioning is quite loud.

Other than that, everything else was fine. The environment is very good, and the bed is quite comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff and absolutely good service. We however noted the shower pressure was not good enough and the room was with smoke smell. The staff tried their best I believe but the small still stayed after the cleaning.

Nice gym and swimming pool. The room was spacious, but would be better with some storage places such as a dresser.

We took our child to Beijing for a 5-day, 4-night trip, and chose Qianmen Jianguo Hotel for three of those nights. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's about 500-600 meters from Hufangqiao subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was extremely convenient. On our fourth night, returning late from Universal Studios, they even helped us with a room upgrade. When checking out, Ms. Liu at the front desk kindly gave us a souvenir. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and found it to be excellent value for money. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing!

I visited Universal Studios Beijing over the National Day holiday. Front Office Manager Wang was incredibly friendly and attentive, which really boosted my mood. The hotel's decor is stylish and minimalist, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room, an unmanned supermarket, and a gym. The hotel was filled with a subtle aroma, and the rooms were immaculately clean—just the way I like it. I decided to stay for a few more days.

On the first day, I booked a hotel next door, owned by the InterContinental Group. The decor was awful, the staff were mediocre, and the cleanliness was terrible! I canceled my reservation for the next two days that same day.

By chance, Ctrip customer service recommended the Jianguo Hotel. As an established hotel, even though it's a four-star hotel, it's far superior to some five-star options.

Next time I visit Universal Studios Beijing, I'll definitely choose the Jianguo Hotel. It's great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

The Minzu Hotel is located on Chang'an Avenue, with the Financial Street nearby. The transportation is convenient. The hotel also coordinated a house near Chang'an Avenue to see the night view of the street. The experience is very good.

Very nice hotel. New and comfortable. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the high speed train. Great breakfast and gym facilities. The services are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well equipped and the environment is good. The staff is warm and patient, the service is thoughtful, Miss Hyatt is very caring. Looking at the concert, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the gym. At night, the hotel lobby also provided a good taste of hot ginger tea. The breakfast is full and the taste is good. The only thing that is not satisfied is the buffet dinner. Although there are many varieties, the taste is average, and the insulation effect of the dishes in the cooking area seems to be not good. It will be cold when it is taken back.

When I came to Zhengzhou, I chose to stay at Zhengzhou Jianguo Hotel. The service in each position of the hotel was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and they actively helped to communicate if I had any problems during my stay. The transportation near the hotel was convenient. I like the hotel.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and spacious environment with excellent facilities. The private pool, in particular, was a huge hit and kept the children thoroughly entertained. Breakfast was generous, and due to the hotel's large size, shuttle service is required to navigate the grounds. Situated right next to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, the air is wonderfully fresh and invigorating, rich in negative oxygen ions. We would absolutely choose to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

I booked a few rooms for my friends in this hotel, and they gave me good feedback. I really like it! The environment is quiet, the hygiene is very good, and the stay experience is very good. Xiao Zhang at the front desk has a friendly service attitude, delayed check-out, introduced surrounding attractions, upgraded room types, and the room was air-conditioned in advance, which is very heartwarming❤️The location is also good, and you can walk to the beach in five or six minutes. Although it is a pristine sea, the environment is very good! 👍
