Overall, we had a very good stay at TOO Hotel. The hotel offers modern facilities, quiet and comfortable rooms, and an outstanding rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a drink, the rooftop is definitely one of the highlights. The location is also convenient, with excellent public transport connections.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an unexpected water leak from an upper floor, which flooded our bathroom. As a result, several of our personal belongings became wet and were damaged beyond use.

The reception team handled the situation exceptionally well by responding immediately and arranging a new room for us without delay. However, we were disappointed that the hotel management never followed up. There was no personal apology, no inquiry about the damaged belongings, and no offer of compensation or assistance. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused response.

Despite this unfortunate incident, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend TOO Hotel for its excellent facilities, peaceful rooms, and exceptional rooftop experience. With stronger management follow-up in situations like this, the guest experience would be truly outstanding.

Such a lovely hotel, great room and room service. Such a comfortable bed, Beautiful bathroom. Friendly bartender and free welcome drink. I loved this quiet hotel. Nearest Metro 10 minutes walk Charonne station, the Luke cafe was sweet and also liked the other one, the Belle something … around the corner from hotel. It’s a very lively area near hospital, many cafe & restaurants.

The location is quite convenient, near Porte Saint-Denis. Accor's service is guaranteed, although there was a misunderstanding when I checked out that I didn't pay in advance.
The breakfast is more continental and the coffee is more old-fashioned.
What impressed me was the old-fashioned elevator.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.

Staying at Avista Grande Phuket Karon MGallery by Sofitel exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a two or three-minute walk downhill to Karon Beach, offering a peaceful escape from Patong's hustle and bustle while still being conveniently close to night markets and restaurants. The room was spacious and modern, with a balcony directly overlooking the Karon seascape; the sunsets in the evening were absolutely stunning, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The pool is a standout feature: a beautiful marble free-form pool with a swim-up bar, sparkling clean water, and plenty of loungers. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Western, Chinese, Thai, and Indian options, with the made-to-order omelets and Thai noodle soup being particularly delicious. The front desk staff provided Chinese language service, and upon check-in, we received cool towels and welcome drinks. We even got a complimentary room upgrade! The Pearl Spa massage is also definitely worth trying. This hotel is quiet, clean, and incredibly photogenic, making it suitable for both couples and families. You won't regret choosing to stay here in Karon.

I recently stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery during my trip to Phuket, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Patong area but slightly away from the busy streets, which makes it quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Because the hotel sits on a hill, the view is beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.

Another convenient point is that there is a 7-Eleven just about 3–5 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted very good. The hotel also has three swimming pools, each with a different vibe, so there is always a nice spot to relax.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming. They would greet us warmly every time they saw us — morning, afternoon, or night — which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, almost like being at home.
I would also like to give a special thank you to one of the staff members who helped us during an unexpected situation. We had a small accident with a rental motorbike and fell down near the hotel entrance. The hotel security immediately came to assist us and checked if we were okay. Later, the staff even asked what time we would return so they could help clean our wounds if needed. That level of care was truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we had rented a motorbike from a rental shop located directly in front of the hotel, and after the incident they tried to charge us 12,000 baht for a very small scratch on the bike. We approached the hotel staff for help, and they kindly assisted us in communicating with the shop. They told us the price was not reasonable and helped negotiate it down to 5,000 baht. They also informed us that we could report the issue to the police since the rental contract was not clearly written.

In the end, we decided to pay the 5,000 baht just to save time, but we were very grateful that the hotel staff supported us and helped reduce the amount significantly.
I would like to warn future travelers to be cautious when renting motorbikes from the shop located directly in front of the hotel, as the charges may not be reasonable.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent — beautiful views, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery again on my next trip to Phuket.

Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected. I've stayed in many boutique, niche hotels like this before, but as soon as you enter, the beach is full of street vendors and tourists driving in, which immediately made it feel mediocre. The reception lobby was also small and not very grand. The shuttle took us very close to the room, as the area isn't big. The so-called 'mountain view' was just looking at a rather unattractive hotel across the way, so there was no real scenery to speak of. The only good thing was the rooftop bar; there was a girl there who provided excellent service. Other than that, there were absolutely no surprises or highlights. When I left, I took a bag that was in the room, and they actually charged me 750 Thai Baht for it! Nothing in the minibar was complimentary, which felt very stingy and completely mismatched with the room rate. When I stayed at Capella, everything was complimentary, including welcome champagne. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, right above Tung Chung MTR station, with Citygate Outlets just downstairs and various shops upstairs and downstairs. The hotel's airport shuttle service has been canceled, but there are many bus options, making it still very convenient to get to the airport. Ngong Ping 360 cable car is within walking distance, so I specifically planned to stay here for a night.

The room layout is neat and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The double-glazed windows effectively block out city noise, and the wooden floor is much better than carpet. It would be even better if there were no guests jumping around upstairs.

The only issue with the room was the hairdryer's air intake vent, which was covered with a layer of white, fibrous material. It could be wiped off with tissue, likely mold. Since I was traveling with a child and worried about it affecting him, I didn't dare use it and didn't completely clean it before putting it back in the drawer. Other guests might want to check this before using it.

Also, it might be helpful to include directions to the hotel's elevators. Perhaps due to maintenance, we had to take an escalator to the third floor to a specific elevator to reach the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor, requiring us to transfer to another elevator to go down. We walked around for a long time and asked many people before finally finding the lobby.

My flight was at 3 PM, and I didn't want to go to the airport too early, so the front desk kindly extended our check-out by half an hour.

Overall, the experience was good, and I would consider staying here again.

This was my first time choosing AKI, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Michelle from the Front Office was incredibly thoughtful; she upgraded my room and even provided complimentary breakfast and late check-out. I especially loved the smoked salmon toast at breakfast – it was delicious! The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Central. I'll definitely be back.
