It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially for someone travelling to Dubai for the first time. The location is very close to the airport and within walking distance—though with luggage, it may be slightly challenging. The staff were courteous and generous throughout our stay. A special mention to Monica at the Reception for kindly arranging an upgrade, which was truly appreciated.

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨

The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.

The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly.

One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛
It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨

The rooms were generally good, but it was incredibly noisy, making it completely unsuitable for a business trip. Every night, I could hear loud club music. One night was particularly outrageous; at 11 PM, the banquet hall downstairs was still blasting music for a party that the entire hotel could hear. When I called to complain, they said it was a wedding and would be over in 15 minutes, showing a complete disregard for other guests' comfort. We had two twin rooms booked, but were given king-sized beds instead, and the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake. Even after we repeatedly expressed our dissatisfaction and showed them our English booking confirmation (for twin rooms), they still insisted we contact our booking agent. We finally compromised and got an extra bed, but by then it was already 2 AM.

Very good overall and would visit again.

Likes :

-clean large room with large bed and sofa with 2 TVs and very clean modern bathrooms.
-3 swimming pools very clean, gym is good too
-clean fresh food for breakfast but lacks variety. 
-Good location, close to JBR and Emirates mall with some shuttle service.
-very nice kind staff


Dislikes:

-The paid extra child bed was old, small and very uncomfortable, sleeping on the sofa would have been better

- Very uncomfortable pillows.
 -The children pool was old and lacking, could not intetest my 5 and 10 year old, maybe 3 year olds would like the splash zone 
-The breakfast was just ok.

High EQ staff, genuine Kindness here, Sabina at reception, Nancy at security.  Observed over my stay that they are very nice with all guests.  Especially wheelchair guests.

The Hotel is located at the edge of Dubai North, its  the closest 5 star hotel to Almamzar beach ⛱️

I'm very satisfied with both the price and the cleanliness of the environment. The staff are even more conscientious and responsible. I'm extending my stay for a second day today, and I'm definitely writing this review. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'll choose this place again next time, I really like it. Highly recommended! There are also many restaurants downstairs, and it's very convenient to get a taxi. It is a good hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The water pressure though, was a bit disappointing. 

The f&b was average although the desserts were to die for. The breakfast layout was intuitive for me.

Overall not a bad stay and can recommend the hotel.

I needed a place to rest, and this hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made the start of my stay effortless. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking truly mind blowing.
A special shoutout to Rubel, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was kind, helpful, and attentive to every little detail, making my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you!

We love this hotel apartment the moment we arrived. Even before we finish unloading our luggages, the porter is already out and helping (two thumbs up) At the reception, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and throughout our stay, everyone we meet from Mövenpick are kind and helpful. Our 2 bedroom apartment is big. Both rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and spotless. 
There are several 24hrs convenient stores, supermarket around the hotel vicinity. A minute walk down the road is the entrance to Dubai Mall, may restaurants and shops.
Location of this hotel is just perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of stay, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning sea view that stole the show every morning.

The hotel’s quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, and its prime location made it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the free parking, which was a huge convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile.

Hi. I’m so glad that I chose Movenpick hotel. I have had a stay in the past only one night so I couldn’t realise how nice and convenient it’s was. This time I did spend 3 nights in Movenpick hotel I really love it. Beds, pillows and all facilities were great. Thanks to the management and workers a specially young person in the bar Seda, she was incredible, polite, friendly and really nice young lady. Thanks to receptionist they were very nice and friendly too. If visitors prefer to have a different food then outside of the hotel is too many nice places where to eat. Thanks

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is delicious and serve very good kebab.

However  the breakfeast 8s quite simple and need to improve.

It was our second time at this hotel, and everything was perfect—from the warm welcome and early check-in to the cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing, and we will definitely visit again soon. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to the metro and various bus lines.

The staff proactively brought my luggage to my room and introduced it to me. The room, which didn't have a view of the historical building, was quiet and comfortable. I really liked the Mövenpick toiletries; they weren't slippery and the cleaning power was just right. It's also very close to the food street and pedestrian street—just one underground passage away. The convenience is quite good. If you couldn't book a bay view room at the last minute, you can try staying here.

I have to admit, I've never experienced such first-class service in a hotel. We were treated very warmly and had a truly excellent 24-hour service. The room was very clean and more than adequate for my brothers and me. We really didn't lack anything. Both the living area and both bedrooms had air conditioning. I really value cleanliness and have to say I was more than impressed with the bathroom and toilet. The exercise room, sauna, and indoor pool provide additional relaxation for families, and it was truly quiet. The location is a bit outside of the center, but if that doesn't bother you, it's perfectly fine. There's a bus stop two minutes away, which also takes you to the metro. If that's too inconvenient for you, you can also order a ride using the Uber app. Breakfast was very generous with a wide selection. There was even a special menu for vegetarians. I would definitely stay there again. 👏🏼

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems:
1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep.

At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available.

The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it.

Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc travelling as a large family group with young children. The villa setup was excellent for families, spacious, comfortable and great for spending time together while still having privacy.

The service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful family-friendly touches during our stay.

The resort itself is beautiful and very relaxing with plenty of pools, beach access and facilities to enjoy. One unexpected highlight for our kids was the daily complimentary Chocolate Hour at the lobby lounge from 3–4pm which quickly became part of our daily routine.

We also loved the Elements Spa, the cocktails at Waverly Lounge and the overall relaxed atmosphere throughout the property.

The location is a little more peaceful and removed from the busy central areas of Phu Quoc which we personally enjoyed, although you will likely use taxis/Grab if wanting to explore further around the island.

Overall, a fantastic resort for families, groups or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday with excellent hospitality and good facilities. We would happily return.

The hotel provided a birthday cake for us, which was a lovely touch. The hotel pool is huge and connects directly to a private beach. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options available. The hotel staff were also very helpful; they could arrange taxis for us to other destinations. Their English was fluent and they were friendly, making communication seamless. This hotel is a top choice for a vacation.
