I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day.

The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack.

The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from.

Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place.

Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room.

The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. It was a great location for family staying. Despite a bit distance from the main tourists' places like Tenjin or Seaside, you can get there by walk taking 5~10 min, not that far. Even better, The river Naka is just next to the hotel, which is a beautiful night scenary. The room was spacious compared to the room size in regular Japanese hotels. All the staffs were kind and friendly. Many local shops and restaurants were lacated on just around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again when I visit Fukuoka back.

Modern hotel, twin beds were bugger than usual. Interesting room layout, making optimum space for beds and bathrooms. 

In between Tenjin and Hakata, if you don't mind waking 1km radius, access to both areas. 

Even though 2 per a room, the hotel involve willing to give one access card, which was unusual and inconvenient. Due to location, not convenient to go airport by public train.

A very interesting hotel with incredible design. The lobby, the corridors — everything is beautifully designed. The room was very spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you could need, including skincare products. Also you get a box of welcome chocolates)
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was good — nothing particularly special, but definitely nothing bad to say about it either.
If I had to point out one downside, even though it’s difficult to find one, it would be the elevator. The hotel isn’t that big, but one lift doesn’t seem to be enough, and sometimes you have to wait around 3–5 minutes.

Located in a residential area, it feels very local. The hotel provides a wide range of toiletries. There are dining options just a stone's throw away, with authentic local izakayas offering better prices than the business district. A 24-hour convenience store is a 5-minute walk and is very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. I could go back and forth while shopping. The staff is also very nice and friendly, they helped me to call taxi to airport very early in the morning too. There are amenities for you to pick up at lobby so you can grab as many as needed.

Location: About 1.5km walk from the nearest train station exit, which may be challenging with luggage. Fine for backpackers. The hotel is centrally located near Dotonbori, close to the night market and not far from the Glico sign.

Cleanliness: Very clean. No issues. Water heater works well, especially during winter.

Service: Staff are helpful and can speak both English and Japanese.

Facilities: Decent and suitable for solo travellers. Quiet at night with minimal noise. Water dispenser and laundry are available.

Overall: Slightly far from the train station but well located for exploring Dotonbori, night markets, and nearby malls. Rooms are a bit small, so for two people, a larger room is recommended.

This was our very first stay after arriving in Osaka, and honestly, we picked this place randomly — but it ended up being one of the best decisions for our trip. The location was absolutely incredible. It’s right in the heart of Shinsekai, one of Osaka’s main attractions, and there was literally a festival happening downstairs during our stay. The atmosphere was lively and exciting the moment we stepped outside.

One of the best things about staying here is the convenience. Just walk downstairs and you’ll find endless restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and things to explore nearby. For a first-time visit to Osaka, especially bringing my mom along, it was such a perfect and easy introduction to the city.

The hotel itself was great, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone had a great attitude and genuinely helped us whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually decided to extend for an extra night.

We also got the breakfast package, and it was honestly excellent. There was a huge variety of food including salmon, grilled fish, soups, curry, noodles, rice, salads, pastries, coffee, tea, juices, and more. It was a really satisfying way to start the mornings before heading out to explore Osaka.

The hotel also provided basically everything you would need — toothbrushes, towels, washing sponges, and other amenities, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. Another useful feature was the luggage storage area downstairs where you could securely lock your bags if you wanted to leave them for the day before checking in or after checking out.

The only thing I felt was missing was a proper lobby or lounge area for guests to relax and rest in. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka — families, couples, solo travelers, really anybody. For the location, convenience, hospitality, and overall value, it was an amazing stay and a fantastic way to begin our trip in Japan.

The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity.

The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with.

The staff was really helpful. We were able to check in right away. There was only one outlet but an extension cord was provided. There were also vending machines in some floors so it was really helpful when we forgot to buy drinks from the convenience store. With its location, we walked daily to shinsaibashi for shopping and meals.

The room was very compact, which is fairly normal for Tokyo, but keeping luggage open was definitely a challenge. I wouldn’t recommend the queen bed for two plus-size guests, as space is quite limited. The location is great, away from the busy city center but still close and convenient to get into Tokyo. One downside was the lack of full room cleaning; only towel changes were offered, which felt a bit letdown for a multi-night stay. Amenities were decent and what you’d expect from a business hotel. There’s also a common coin laundry just a block away, which is convenient since the hotel doesn’t provide one. Overall, it was good value for the price, and staying here is a great way to be more budget friendly while remaining close to central Tokyo.

The room was a bit small; we could barely open two suitcases. It's located about 1 km from Shibuya Station. The surrounding area is a shopper's paradise with plenty of dining options, making it a great spot for a shopping trip. However, the hotel is on a slope, which made hauling luggage a bit tiring.
