My friends and I chose the Shanghai Pinrui Hotel when we visited Disney, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which was incredibly convenient – no need to worry about finding a taxi after watching the fireworks. The room featured a smart home system with electric curtains and smart air conditioning, all very easy to operate. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for a good rest after a long day of fun. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot congee, freshly made noodles, pastries, and fruits – just what we needed before heading into the park. Thoughtful details like the food delivery robot and 24-hour self-service laundry room were a nice touch. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. It's very close to Disney and offers excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the park!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The recent renovation looks stylish and feels comfortable, especially the celadon-colored tiles – they're really soothing to look at. With a mall downstairs and various restaurants right across the street, dining options are super convenient. For this price point, the disposable amenities are quite good. Plus, the tea set and tea bags add a touch of elegance. Overall, I'm quite happy with it.

The check-in experience is very good, the bathroom is very new and the quality is very good, the room is spacious, the price is very high, the breakfast is superb, very hot, the aunt's fried eggs are delicious and beautiful, the store is very intimate, specially set free washing machine and dryer, It is too practical for long-term business trips or travel, and easy to solve the problem of laundry cleaning. What warms me the most is the service of the staff. When I ordered the takeaway, I accidentally filled in the wrong room number. After the takeaway was delivered downstairs, the service staff took the initiative to help retrieve it and send it to the room. The whole process was gentle and polite. Any questions and inquiries were patient and meticulous. Answer, the response speed is very fast.

I chose a family room, which faces the railway. There are about ten trains passing by every hour. I wore earplugs to sleep, but I was woken up countless times. I got sick the next day. There was a hospital one minute away. After seeing the doctor, the hospital said that the medicine was sold out and asked me to go to the pharmacy to get medicine. I was ignorant and didn’t know that the hospital could be out of medicine. The hotel has no advantages except that it is close to Dongguan South Station and there is a large supermarket nearby. I will not stay there again.

The hotel is on the side of the road, it has not been opened for a few years, and the facilities are quite new. Clean and hygienic, there are snacks in the alley downstairs, and you can park at the door, which is very convenient.

The hotel's smart system is quite novel, so it's worth checking out. You can control the curtains, lights, and other features by voice. It even tells you the WiFi password. It's pretty convenient overall. The bed is standard, and the toilet is also nice – it's a smart toilet. It has a warming feature, so your backside won't get cold when you sit down. They also have smart delivery robots and things like that. Breakfast was decent. If you're traveling alone, this place seems to be quite affordable.

The environment is satisfactory and the service staff are very enthusiastic. There are enough bottles of water in the laundry room and gym at the elevator entrance for self-service.
It's kid-friendly. Children will be provided with special slippers and toothbrushes when they check in. My kids are so happy when they see the little yellow duck that they have to wear duck slippers when they go out to play.
Fully automatic smart check-in, no need to bring room card, swipe your face and take the elevator to enter the room, the forgetful star is ecstatic
The smart experience in the whole house is quite good. The children have become good friends with ”Xiaodu” and ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” as soon as they enter the room🤣🤣🤣
The area that needs improvement is that the corners of the square table in our room are very sharp. It is dangerous for children to run around. It is recommended to put up anti-collision strips and clean the rooms for consecutive stays. It is a bit rough.
