This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and fully stocked with toiletries and amenities. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was fantastic, making for a really quiet night's sleep. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. They paid great attention to detail. This place offers amazing value for money and is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I've already saved it and will choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

I also came here based on reviews I saw on my phone, with a 'let's just try it' attitude. Turns out the hotel was far better than I expected! Traveling with a child, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the housekeeping auntie was also super friendly. I absolutely have to give them a big thumbs up! I really love the city of Xi'an and will definitely bring my family here again next time. Thumbs up!

Hotel location is very convenient, downstairs is the Bell Tower subway station, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk attitude is also very good, the surrounding is bustling, eating and shopping is very convenient, the price is affordable.

The room was spacious and bright, with ample natural light and excellent blackout curtains ensuring privacy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the red accents added a touch of sophistication, resulting in a fantastic sleep experience. The facilities were complete, attention to detail was evident, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This is an ideal choice for a trip with friends; the overall experience exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

I booked this hotel while traveling alone in Hangzhou for business. Firstly, the location is excellent, within a 10-minute walk of the Hubin Yintai shopping mall.

Secondly, the room was well-equipped with a smart toilet and one-touch curtains. The room was also quite quiet. While there was no breakfast, it was convenient to find places to eat nearby or order takeout, which could be delivered directly to the room. Overall, it was very good value for money. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Very average, all aspects are very average, hygienic, aging facilities, the toilet is broken, the lid falls off when I open it, I am afraid to use it. The room is very old, the floor is rotten, and the air conditioner is also very slow. But such a hotel is already a relatively normal hotel in the area of ​​​​Shuichan West Road. Other monster hotels are even more unacceptable. Reading the reviews can persuade you to leave. The area of ​​​​Gucun, Baoshan is really depressed and sad. It is hard to find a decent hotel.

The environment is good, the sanitation is very clean, and the price-performance ratio is high. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.
