The hotel service was excellent, and the room design was very clean and refreshing. When we arrived in the evening, a small robot even delivered delicious fruit to our room. The twin beds were quite large at 1.35 meters, making it very family-friendly for those with two children.

This was my second stay, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The front desk arranged a free room upgrade, and this room type was excellent. The only issue was someone wrote down the wrong room number, and a robot delivered takeout to my room close to midnight, which startled me. Otherwise, everything was fine. The front desk promptly explained the situation. Accidents happen, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

On a business trip, I discovered this hotel with a stylish design, and it's quite new overall. The breakfast was good, and there's a dedicated customer service agent providing attentive service. It's a shame I didn't get to try their late-night snacks.

The location is great, right by the road and easy to find. It's very close to Taizhou West Station, only about 15 minutes away. They even give you a souvenir when you check out, and the front desk service was excellent.

We came to Taizhou specifically to sample the local cuisine. We booked this hotel through Ctrip. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and helpful, enthusiastically recommending local food and nearby parks and attractions. They paid great attention to detail, making our stay very comfortable and highly recommended. A special thank you to the staff member responsible for our floor and the restaurant; they made us feel right at home even though we were in the hotel.

Really really really feel that the front desk lady is very fast to enter the house, the hall also provides hot water snacks afternoon tea, there are robots that can deliver food, the room is OK, basically the supplies are quite complete, cotton swab razor cotton head rope is provided, The front desk lady will carefully remind you that there are these supplies. Although some are not used, some people will always use it. It is really worthwhile to come here.

This is hands down the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were so warm and attentive. They offered a comforting tea upon check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The little touches truly made the difference: free laundry and drying, late-night snacks if you're hungry, and even foot baths if you're tired – the whole experience was perfect. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and super comfortable. If you're coming to Xianju, staying at Perfect Hotel is a must, this is my honest opinion!

The service of this hotel is excellent. The staff are always warm and friendly and can provide attentive service to the guests. Xiaoyang at the front desk has a very good service attitude. The facilities in the hotel are very complete, including free breakfast, free gym, free fruit, etc., which can satisfy the guests' needs. The surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, the scenery is beautiful, and the safety facilities of the beautiful hotel are very complete. Guests can stay at ease. The location of the hotel is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. Compared with other hotels, the price of this hotel is very reasonable, very cost-effective, and semi-intelligent Very western style, every room in the hotel feels very warm and comfortable

The room completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and left a lasting impression on me. Overall, the room was very clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The services provided were also very thoughtful and customer-oriented. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip in the area.

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. 
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me.  The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The hotel is easy to find and has parking right outside, making it great for business trips and offering good value for money for travelers. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back. Special shout-out to Leo at the front desk!
