Not the freshest. I've stayed at other hotels in this chain, and they usually have a mini-bar with snacks and drinks. This one only had two bottles of water and no bathrobes. The furniture is quite worn, and the hairdryer is pretty old. At another hotel in this chain, in China, they even had a Dyson-like hairdryer, modern and powerful, but here it's a relic of the past. Plus, one of the outlets in the bathroom wasn't working, and there was no signage about the required voltage, which other hotels in the chain usually have. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night. I was traveling and just needed to get some sleep and eat (though I couldn't really eat, of course).

All was good. We liked the view from the rooms and the breakfast. You need approx. 15 Min by car to the Red Square. Shops, drugstore and metro quite close.

The hotel service was warm and attentive. A lovely young lady provided a free travel adapter and even helped me book a taxi online. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Thumbs up!

Conveniently located about 8 minutes’ walk from BTS Asok and Terminal 21. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained. While the amenities provided could be improved in terms of quality, additional items like toothbrush sets are available upon request. There's a rooftop bar and hotel guests get to enjoy some discount. Plus, there are options for massage in close proximity. Overall, a comfortable stay in a good location.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and one of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still offering a relaxing environment. The amenities are also a standout — I especially loved the swings and hammocks, which added a unique and peaceful touch to the experience. They’re perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.

However, the transportation services need improvement. The free shuttle to Grand World and the bus going to VinWonders were quite disorganized during my stay. There was no proper queuing system, and it often became messy and confusing, with guests crowding and cutting in line just to get on board first. This made what should have been a convenient service feel stressful.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its location and amenities, but better organization of the shuttle and bus services would significantly improve the guest experience.
