The hotel is very close to the station, which makes transportation quite convenient. There are also some small supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. While the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are still clean, and the congee for breakfast was a nice touch.

All was good. We liked the view from the rooms and the breakfast. You need approx. 15 Min by car to the Red Square. Shops, drugstore and metro quite close.

New hotel, very nice environment, English service, water, fruit and other food in the lobby. The room is quite new and big, breakfast is quite rich, the waiters don't speak English very well, but they are also quite enthusiastic, except that sometimes the housekeeping is quite late (5 or 6 o'clock).

Facilities: Meets the standards of a resort hotel.
Cleanliness: The pool is cleaned and maintained by staff every morning.
Environment: Very suitable for family vacations.

I especially want to commend the hotel's service this time. If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give it 120!

1. Our vacation happened to coincide with my wife's and my 10th wedding anniversary. Even before check-in, the hotel warmly greeted us via email, thoughtfully inquiring about our needs. Upon arrival, they not only meticulously decorated our room with 10th-anniversary bedding but also surprised us with a lovely small cake, making our anniversary even more memorable.

2. What's even more touching is that during our stay, my wife experienced an upset stomach late one night. The hotel staff proactively accompanied us to the medical room for treatment, and the doctor even provided medicine free of charge. The hotel staff was by our side throughout the entire process, showing meticulous care. Shortly after we returned to our room, the hotel thoughtfully delivered a hot bowl of congee. We've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time we've encountered such attentive and detailed service – it truly enhanced our vacation experience significantly!

A huge thank you to the hotel staff, Gun, Cyrus, and Quin. Their warmth and care made us feel right at home.
Next time we come to Phu Quoc, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Hotel was strategically located. All was good except for 2 things. 1) the hotel should have the squeezing shampoo, and body liquid fixed in their bathroom. No need to always keep using the smaller shampoo and body liquid which to me is a hassle open. Also waste of plastic which is not so environmentally friendly. 2) is the free in room internet which is slow and keeps disconnecting. This complain is not just me but also other guest. I might come back if they improve that 2 feedback I gave.
