Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, stunning view from the window, and a comfortable bed. The only downside was the lack of a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste kit.

I really liked the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, and I had a panoramic city view from my window. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from one of the pillows, but since there were four, we just put it aside. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel is new with a rich breakfast spread. There's a small park nearby for walks, making it a great choice for business trips.

Excellent! The hotel met my expectations, with delicious and varied breakfasts. To those who complain about repetitive food, I wonder if it's any different at home? :) We were given a Deluxe room with a pool view, even though we didn't request it. We visited during the off-season (August), and 6,000 rubles for a room with breakfast is a steal!!! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers during the off-season. You can grab towels yourself at the pool and beach. The beach is excellent, just a 5-minute walk away. The grounds are lush with palm trees. Free bicycles are available, as well as a kids' club. A buggy takes you to Grand World, which is about a 10-minute walk. To get back, you just press a button at the stop and they'll pick you up. There's a supermarket nearby. There's also a convenient pass-through to the neighboring Wyndham hotel. Transfers to Safari and the park are also available on a schedule. Free airport transfer is provided.

I stayed for two days alone, and then my daughter joined me on the third day. Since I had initially booked for two people and mentioned it at check-in, my daughter's check-in was seamless. After I left a $20 tip, toothbrushes and bath salts started appearing in the room from the next day onwards. Countries with tipping culture are interesting! The breakfast had great reviews, so even though I hadn't booked it with my stay, I paid to try it, and it was a very extensive buffet – definitely lived up to its reputation. There was almost no Thai food, though. I also checked out the rooftop bar, but decided not to use it as it had just rained. I forgot to check out the pool, but overall, this hotel has a great location, is clean, and the staff are friendly. I noticed there were many high-quality guests, mostly Western and diverse nationalities. Highly recommended!
