The hotel is spacious, very cool, smells nice, vibrant and alive as upon check-in there was an ongoing wedding expo with lots of participants. Upon check-in, Ms. Cherry Lyn at the front desk was very fast, very nice and accomodating. She was the kindest, easy to talk to concierge we have ever encountered as a family. We also didnt wait long as she was very effective in her duties. As we stayed, we were struck by an earthquake of magnitude 6 more or less, the hotel was very fast in dealing with the crisis, effective in crowd control and emergency evacuation. Staffs made a fast sweep structure check and evaluation of the entire hotel's structural condition while making us comfortable with drinking water, hot coffee, first aid and nurse'' table. They made us feel safe and secured during the time of crisis. The breakfast buffet the next morning was abundant with different selections of cuisines from filipino, chinese, indian, desserts, noodles, fresh fruits and greens as well as free flowing drinks of your choice from juices to infused water, coffee and sikwate, freshly squeeze orange, melon, tomatoe and pineapple juices..there are even wide variety of nuts and dried fruits like apricot, mango, prunes, almonds, pistachio, pecan, chia and a lot more. There are a lot of reasons why we love Rad. We will surely be back again.

A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect!

From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special.

During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property.

The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.

The hotel is very spacious and clean, with a large and welcoming lobby. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom included a bathtub. Even though the hotel is about 11 years old, it is very well maintained and the service is excellent. The location is also convenient, within walking distance to many food and shopping options as well as the BTS. I managed to book the room at a discounted rate on the app, which made it very affordable and worth the stay. Definitely recommend!
