Although voco Monaco Dubai is often advertised as an adults only, party-friendly destination, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a much deeper and more serene charm during my stay. The moment I wandered through the property, I was captivated by the gentle sound of birds singing and the breathtaking view of the sunset it truly felt like a scene from a dream.
Surrounded by beautiful olive trees and a peaceful landscape, I found myself drawn more to the natural beauty of the place than the nightlife itself. One of the most magical moments was watching the golden sun dip behind a docked ship. The beach water was so inviting, it felt like it was calling out to be enjoyed.
The food experience was another highlight,  both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, and even the in-room dining exceeded expectations. Every detail of the stay felt thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and a unique, tranquil escape from the busy city life.
If you're looking for a place that blends a lively vibe with unexpected moments of peace and natural beauty, voco Monaco Dubai is a destination worth experiencing.

Best hotel, taxi n Uber are just outside . Staff are honestly the best love them 😍😍😍. It’s an easy location for those who r looking at going for fun activities , restaurants etc u would find them here  or at less 25 mins or less away from the hotel.

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

Nice hotel located near hotpot restaurant and KTV.  Felt like I was back in China!  The front desk clerk was not there upon checkout… I just left the key. Love the airport motif.

*Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transportation and dining options. I appreciated the pleasant amenities, such as the comfy one-time-use slippers. 

*Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.

The room was a bit small, but clean and tidy, and the front desk service was good. We are here to visit the Metropolis, so book here, convenient to the Metropolis and Central Park.

had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I arrived earlier than expected and was really grateful that they accommodated an early check-in without any hassle. It made a big difference after a long journey!
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone

This hotel is quite good. My friend was staying here for a business trip in Shanghai, so I booked a room as well to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in years. It seems to be a rebranded property undergoing gradual renovation. The service is impressive; it's rare to find a mid-range hotel with a doorman these days. Check-in was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the smart toilet seat's bidet function sprayed cold water instead of warm.

The hotel's 30-meter pool is quite large. Its deep end reaches over 1.7 meters, which is the deepest I've ever encountered in a hotel pool – I'd suggest making it a bit shallower.

While the hotel breakfast was decent, it was nothing special. However, the executive lounge offered a good spread of 2 meat and 2 vegetable dishes. The lounge manager even offered cocktail-making, which was a really nice touch, and the drinks were delicious.

Finally, a big thank you to Molin at the front desk. I forgot my glasses at breakfast, and he helped me retrieve them.

I was very satisfied with choosing VOCO Hotel for this birthday trip. The hotel facilities are very new and the staff service is excellent. In particular, the front desk manager Dashu who arranged it for me was very professional. He also arranged fruit tarts, which made my birthday full and fulfilling. I will come again next time I have the chance!
