We had a fantastic stay at voco Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Dubai and access major attractions.

The facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend voco Dubai to anyone visiting the city and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable

I stayed at Voco Bonnington Dubai not for business, which seems to be the usual reason for guests, but simply to experience it—and on Christmas Day no less. I went with my friend Hannah, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding to the festive atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a wide variety of options and great food to start the day. The pool was nice and refreshingly cold, though the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to newer, more modern hotels.
A big shoutout to the guy at reception—he was very hospitable and entertaining, which made the check-in experience pleasant, though I forgot his name.
What I really appreciated was the free access to the sauna and steam room, definitely a great perk. The location is also a plus, right in the heart of JLT, surrounded by restaurants, spas, and barbershops, making everything easily accessible.
Overall, a decent stay with some great features, though the rooms could use a refresh.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

Service: Very good.
Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, steps away from Broadway theaters, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel restaurant's cranberry salad and desserts were delicious, and the steak entree was so generous in portion size I couldn't finish it. The gentleman at the front desk wearing a mask provided fantastic service (I'm so sorry I forgot to ask his name!). He not only explained the hotel facilities but also showed me how to use the elevators. If I visit New York again, I'll definitely choose VOCO.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and everything you could need. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the guys who serve breakfast, which is absolutely incredible. They cook everything themselves, and not only is it delicious, but it's also visually appealing. It's a really comprehensive breakfast. Then there are some really cool touches, like having popcorn and lemonade available all day at reception to grab whenever you like. In the room, there's a coffee machine with pods that are replenished daily, as are the water bottles. This is definitely somewhere I'll stay again when I return to New York.

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

Choosing voco Chengdu Chunxi Road was absolutely the best decision of my trip! The location is simply perfect: right downstairs, you're on Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and it's just a five-minute walk to Taikoo Li and IFS. There's an endless array of hot pot, 'chuan chuan' (skewer hot pot), and bubble tea shops nearby – you can eat, drink, and have fun all in one place. Chunxi Road Station for Metro Lines 2/3 is close by, making it super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, and the Panda Base.

The hotel's design itself is refreshing. voco's signature vibrant colors are blended with elements of Bashu culture; the parrot mascot in the lobby is playful and charming, exuding youth and vitality. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in. They even proactively shared local dining tips and advice on what to avoid, and even helped us reserve a spot at a popular restaurant – this thoughtful service was a huge plus!

The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the bustling city. The bedding was InterContinental-standard comfortable, with a choice of soft or firm pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet-dry separation, a smart toilet, a rain shower, and high-end toiletries. Even the soft drinks in the minibar were complimentary – quality is evident in every detail.

Breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant with expansive views. There's a rich selection of Chinese and Western options; the freshly made 'xiaomian' (small noodles) and 'dandanmian' (Sichuan noodles) tasted authentic. Paired with freshly brewed coffee, it was a great way to start an energetic day. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours, so you don't miss out on your workout even when traveling.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome, making us feel the unique warmth and relaxed vibe of Chengdu. The value for money is exceptional among hotels in the Chunxi Road commercial area. It offers the quality assurance of an international brand combined with the personalized warmth of a boutique hotel. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will definitely be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

What truly sets this hotel apart is its 'thoughtfulness in every detail.' The location is superb – nestled in a vibrant area yet surprisingly quiet, and within walking distance of the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. The lobby boasts a modern design with a subtle, elegant fragrance. The ******* staff at the front desk particularly impressed me, offering warm towels and herbal tea upon arrival – it's these little touches that truly show their dedication.

The room was more spacious than expected, and the high-thread-count bedding was wonderfully soft against the skin, ensuring a dreamless night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent; once the window is closed, the city noise is gently kept at bay. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation, strong water pressure, and amenities from a botanical niche brand. The shampoo left my hair feeling soft, not dry, with a subtle herbal scent. The mini-bar is complimentary for the first round, and the inclusion of a capsule coffee machine is a huge plus for business travelers.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options. For Chinese, there was freshly made duck blood vermicelli soup, while the Western spread included made-to-order eggs Benedict. The fruit was beautifully cut and replenished promptly. The 24-hour gym is well-maintained with good equipment. The only minor flaw was the elevators getting a bit crowded during peak morning hours, but this is a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall excellent experience.

Overall, this hotel isn't loud or ostentatious, yet it provides thoughtful care in every minute detail. Upon check-out, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and even offered a complimentary souvenir, which left me with a warm feeling. This is a hotel worth returning to repeatedly – the service is just right, and the comfort is perfect.

Facilities: This is an IHG lifestyle brand, and the hotel is newly updated and opened, with a very British style. All the facilities are brand new, and the stay was very comfortable. 
Environment: Downstairs is Poly Time, which is considered a commercial hub in the southern part of the city, with plenty of dining options.
Service: Excellent! They called in advance to ask about my arrival time. The bed was too soft, and the hotel staff immediately arranged for housekeeping to remove the mattress topper. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the staff were very enthusiastic about preparing coffee for me.

I was in a hurry for work, so I didn't have time to take photos of the room or more. Overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended.
