Due to a flight delay, we arrived too late for the hotel pickup. They thoughtfully provided a fruit platter and had the sofa bed already made up. Receiving such a warm welcome from the Datong locals immediately upon our exhausted arrival really helped alleviate the travel fatigue. 2. Every staff member at the hotel greeted us appropriately whenever we met, and they were always quick to assist and resolve any needs we had. There were even complimentary bottled water available in the elevator area. My stay experience was perfect. 3. After checking out, I accidentally left some clothes behind. The hotel promptly contacted me and arranged for them to be couriered to my next destination. The handling was efficient and flawless. If I ever come back to Datong, I'll definitely choose this place again, and I'll recommend it to all my friends!

Location: Extremely convenient, not far from the ancient city, and they have their own free parking! Cleanliness: Very good. In the evenings, the staff delivers plum juice and snacks, along with little extras like disposable toilet seat covers and small disposable towels. Facilities: The facilities are quite old. Booked a bathtub king room, which was perfect. After a long day out with the kids, a nice bath was just what we needed to unwind, and the kids loved it! The room was very spacious, with a table that was super convenient for eating and for the kids to do their homework. There are tons of food options nearby, including Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and Haoxianglai. In the evenings, there are also many street food stalls along the road, which is really convenient. Ordering takeout was also a breeze!

I forgot to leave a review before, but even though the facilities aren't top-notch, the environment was quite peaceful. I'm not sure if it was because I requested a quiet room when booking, but our three rooms were on a floor where there were indeed no noisy drunkards or unruly children. Being able to get a good rest makes it a decent hotel. Some hotels, despite having great facilities, have terrible management, which is pointless... Breakfast was average; the lamb offal soup was pretty good, but you can't expect too much from breakfast at this level of hotel. Both service and breakfast were pretty standard, and overall, it wasn't a rip-off.

The room was nice and the shower had good water pressure. Outside the hotel, there's a local market where you can buy groceries, and there's a place to eat knife-cut noodles. It's only five kilometers to the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel also has underground parking.
