"The hotel facilities are excellent and well-organized with clear distinctions between areas. It's clean and tidied up regularly. The nearby subway station makes transportation very convenient. It's also very quiet in the community. The service is exceptional, and the front desk staff are very patient."

"The place had a wonderful ambiance and was spotlessly clean. The location is super convenient, just steps away from both the subway station and bus stops. Taxis are easy to hail, and you'll find plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores in the vicinity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it comes fully equipped with a shower, kitchen, and laundry facilities. A really pleasant stay overall."

"The hostel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to West Lake, Lingyin Temple, and other attractions. The front desk staff are professional and even offer guided services. The bathroom is also spacious and separate from the toilet. There are plenty of places to dry clothes. The only downside: the bed creaks with every movement. P.S. Some guests checked in at 3 or 4 AM and were talking loudly. It really comes down to individual guest etiquette."

"This hostel boasts an excellent location right next to Wulinmen subway station, putting it close to key attractions like West Lake. The atmosphere throughout the hostel is very cozy and welcoming. It's well-equipped with amenities such as a microwave and laundry room. The rooms are fantastic, and the rooftop terrace is a major bonus – it's really charming and romantic. I'll definitely be back next time; it's incredibly romantic. The views from the rooftop are superb. I highly recommend this place for young travelers."

"Considering it was a bustling Qingming Festival holiday, the price for this hostel was quite reasonable. The room itself was decent and felt pretty private, with a curtain on the wooden partition. It has shared bathrooms, and you have to change into slippers upstairs. It's located in an alley next to the Chocolate Museum on Hefang Street, and I almost missed it the first time. Even though it's in a commercial area, it's surprisingly soundproof; I couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. It's just a short walk to Wushan and the Hangzhou Museum, and a couple of blocks to Listening to Orioles in the Willows (Liulang Wenying), so the location is excellent. You can even take an evening stroll along West Lake."

"Traveling to Hangzhou, I chose this Pick Branches Youth Hostel in Xihu District. The hygiene is really good; there's always an auntie cleaning. The facilities are also quite complete, with a makeup room, entertainment room, and study room. The bathrooms all have smart toilets and provide disinfectant and disposable toilet seat covers. The shower rooms have separate wet and dry areas, and there's shampoo and body wash. The rooms also have lockers that can be locked. The beds are cleaned very well, and the auntie even helps change the bed linen, which is very convenient. There are musical instruments in the lobby for singing, and there are band performances at night. There's also a water dispenser and microwave available, which is very convenient for cleaning. Plus, there are cute and gentle cats and dogs. It's really great, everything is done very well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou."

"From this hostel you can access the city center by bike, subway or by walking a little bit, but I'd still say that it is still centrally located. It has a large common area that supplies you with water and toiletries and even has a kitchen corner where you can prepare meals. Wifi is good although it needs signing up using a telephone number. However, the staff is happy to help. Has male and female dorms. Nice laundry area, however, the bathrooms, as mentioned by others, need modernization. Staff is nice and helpful."

"The environment is great, and the bedding is always changed by the auntie. The room type is cozy and particularly inviting. The facilities are excellent, with high-spec computers that meet all needs without any lag. The service is outstanding. The front desk lady is beautiful and kind, always ready to help with any issues."

"This place is okay but I had slightly higher expectations to be honest. Cleanliness is alright, they give you a bag with a small towel upon request, both to be returned. Has free water dispensers, toiletries and a microwave. Common areas don't have a vibe but you can prepare and have your food and play video games as everyone else. The biggest common area is to the right side of the reception, which, as per usual, they don't tell you. There is that Olympic Stadium nearby, but the city center is actually on the other side of the river. From here you will either need to take public transportation or a cab to West Lake or other interesting parts of town. Walking to the light show on the other side of the river bank took more than 1.5 hrs and it is not supposed to be walked. There are no useful signs on the building but the way to get here is to use the ”hotel entrance” and use the single elevator straight ahead. Do not turn right to use the elevators in the elevator room. If you do, only the very right one brings you to the 5th floor where you will check in. Very confusing and no signs to help you. It also might take a bit until the right elevator arrives. The shoe rack was inside the room, which resulted in a very smelly room. Guitar with old strings, barely playable. If I came back, I'd rather try out another place."
