"My trip to Yining was a last-minute decision, so the accommodation booking was quite rushed. Initially, the photos looked good. Let's get straight to the pros and cons!
Pros: The price was reasonable, and the location on Liuxing Street is excellent. Although there's no elevator, the front desk staff were very helpful with luggage, and since it's not many floors up, climbing wasn't strenuous. There's a large terrace upstairs, which was very convenient for drying clothes. The water heater provided quick, strong water flow. Despite facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet.
Cons: The first room we were given had dirty bedsheets, and the drawers contained dust and hair. The owner attributed it to oil from a previous guest's takeout and promptly moved us to another room. It's baffling why a room, if not properly cleaned, would be offered to a new guest, regardless of the mess's origin. The bed in the new room was clean, and while there was still some dust in corners, it wasn't too bothersome. However, at night, I noticed the toilet paper dispenser was full of white powdery dust, which was quite off-putting.
The guesthouse itself is quite new, and the location is excellent. However, the owner seriously needs to get on top of the cleaning!"

Room is nice, good location which is near many food shop and on walking distance to Liuxing street as well as Ili passenger terminal for your daytour. And one bonus, it's quite near the airport that costs you less but more convenient!"

"The best hostel in the city, i did 2 hostel in this city and this one is by far the best. The room is so nice with Xinjiang carpet i love it so much. The yard is big with everything as washing machine or kitchen, and a place for rest with a cute cat and a mulberry tree with free natural mulberry. The location is so nice close to the best place in Yining. All the girls at the reception are so nice and welcoming with a very good english. When i will comeback in the city i will book again this place without hesitation. I hope to see foreigners there in the future."

It's right in Liuxing Street; just follow your navigation. Step outside and you're surrounded by all sorts of food, drinks, and shops – super convenient. Walking back at night, the street isn't dark or isolated, so even if you're alone, you feel safe. The best part is – it's quiet, so you can really get a good night's sleep.
🛏️Facilities
The beds are sturdy; no creaks or wobbles when you turn over, which is super important for guys. Each bed has a curtain, a light, and power outlets, so you can charge your phone, play games, or watch videos without disturbing anyone.
The cafe is good; the black coffee is strong enough. It’s a great spot to browse your phone, edit photos, or just zone out.
The kitchen is available and well-equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need. If you want to save money and cook some noodles or reheat food, it's no problem.

Sometimes in the evenings, they organize communal dinners or casual drinks and chats. If you feel like joining in, you can; if not, no one forces you. "Both the owner and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I found their courtyard on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and loved it, so I decided to visit without high expectations. However, I ended up meeting so many like-minded girls at the hostel and we teamed up for several excursions – it was a delightful surprise for my long-term stay! Their beds are super comfortable, and the bedding is very clean. Entry and exit are secured by keypads, as are the lockers. The common areas offer KTV for singing, a mahjong machine, and plenty of board games to enjoy. Getting around is also very convenient; you can flag down a taxi or use Didi right outside, or walk a couple hundred meters to catch a bus."

"There is a small yard very comfortable when you enter the door. Lying under the jujube tree to eat fruit and drink tea, experience the slow-paced life super comfortable. There is a kitchen that can be used for free, and it should be cleaned up after use. There is also a washing machine 3💰 once, and you can dry clothes in the yard. The weather here is dry and quickly, and the sun can also dry clothes. The girls on the first floor and the second floor are boys, and the bathroom is separated by men and women. "The experience is very good, the boss and the front desk lady are very enthusiastic, just staying will provide a good four-piece set, toothbrush slippers, and eye mask earplugs, this is the more thoughtful point I have lived in other couples, but also help with luggage.

All the luggage, backpacks and boxes are placed by the bed. The advantage is that it is very close to Six Star Street. Go out and turn right and walk 100 meters, across the road!
