Castle Hotel is the best place to discover Cairo! It felt like home to me. I was in 8 different hotels in Cairo on my tour: castle hotel is my family and my choice no1 now. I know where to go to on future trips. Castle Hotel :) The hotel is located in the 16th floor, so you have the best view you can find. You can see so far. You can the city, the Nile, a little bit of a pyramid. Best traffic connection because ramses street. Shops 1 minute walk. Abu tarek koshari 5 minute walk, river Nile 5 minute walk. The staff is amazing. Friendly, always willing to help, welcoming, discrete. It’s a very nice vibe up there. The sounds of the city far away. Very relaxing. Next time I book an extra night just to enjoy the view. It’s just vibrant there and you feel the energy of the city. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything! See you!

Hotel location is good, just in downtown Cairo, taxi is very convenient. Free luggage storage. There is a free breakfast: bread (can give two), bananas, eggs, coffee, can eat. The boss was very nice, we returned to Cairo from Hurghada for the second time, he let us choose the room casually, we picked a triple room, very spacious.

We booked a place to stay on short notice and when we arrived late at night the owner still greeted us warmly and introduced the facilities in the hostel. In addition to the beautiful interior and exterior design, the hostel also provides a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots, etc. There is even a swimming pool in the backyard. The hostel has both single rooms and dormitories, but unlike the youth hostels I've stayed in before, this one has very high floors, probably more than four meters, so even the beds in dormitories are very comfortable, and you can stand completely on the upper and lower bunks. The girls' and boys' dormitories are on different floors, and there are special toilets and showers for women only, so girls will feel very safe if they stay there alone. The single room we stayed in was very spacious, fully equipped, and had a balcony with greenery visible from the window. Unlike all the other hotels I stayed in Egypt, the bedding provided by this hostel was very new and comfortable, which is really rare in Egypt. No matter the price of the hotels I stayed in before, even the hotels in Hurghada that cost thousands of dollars a night, the sheets and quilt covers were all pilling, worn and very rough. The hostel provides complete services. Free tea is provided in the public area. There are also many tables, chairs and sofas where you can lie down or sit at will. There are special staff to keep watch at night, so it is very safe. The sanitary conditions of the entire hostel are comparable to those of a five-star hotel. It is so neat and clean that it seems like you are not in Egypt... If necessary, the owner will provide a delicious and inexpensive breakfast, which is freshly made after you order. Because we had just come from the Black and White Desert, it was difficult to wash our clothes by hand, so the boss provided laundry and drying services. The price was unimaginably low, only a dozen yuan was needed to wash and dry a bunch of clothes. There is also a cute kitten in the hostel, and most of the guests staying at the hostel love playing with her. The hostel is in a great location, right in the city center, very close to the Egyptian National Museum, and convenient for dining and shopping. I rarely write reviews seriously, but this hostel is really the most comfortable and reassuring place I have stayed in Egypt.

The hotel is very simple, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me early check in. We stayed 4 days they cleaned the room 2 times, we had to ask for toilet paper every time we needed it. The towels didn’t work very well (polyester), very noisy area, and we were in the first floor were you could hear what everybody in the forts floor were doing in the corridor, nobody controls noicy people.

1. The location is in the city, there are supermarkets and ATMs downstairs, and it is not far from the attractions; 2. There is no sign, so remember to call after getting off the plane; 3. The environment is OK, the noise on the street is not big, there will be sound if there is someone in the corridor.

The room is clean and the service is very thoughtful. The surrounding environment is a bit messy and the hotel is not easy to find
