"The time to Xingyi this time was not very good. It caught up with the extreme climate. During the day, the temperature was basically 1 and 2 degrees. The body felt very cold. At this time, it reflected the advantages of the hot spring courtyard. If you want to soak in the hot spring, you don’t have to go downstairs and wear a bathrobe. It’s very convenient and comfortable. The room is a living room with tatami plus a big bed bedroom. It is not big. The two people live very comfortably. If a family of three has to make a bed on the tatami, the space is slightly cramped. The greening of the small courtyard is very good, it can be seen that it is carefully designed, but unfortunately the few days we lived were too cold to sit in the yard. The attitude of the hotel staff is very good, there is a problem to help solve the first time, the service is very user-friendly. Say some shortcomings: there is no dining around the hotel, entertainment is only limited to soup Chinese medicine, slightly monotonous. Because there is no food nearby, I have eaten a few times in the hotel restaurant, the taste is uneven, some dishes are good and some are very general (maybe it is my personal taste problem, here is not criticism). However, the hotel guests have 15% off, the restaurant does not mark the waiter or remind, we asked casually on the last day of checkout, the waiter said that although it is a small matter, but it should not. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!"

Originally booked a big bed on the first floor, the boss directly upgraded to the second floor room type for free, this intimate directly full of goodwill! The service is not to be picked, the little brother took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and also sent fresh fruit, the details are all warm. The room was clean and spacious, and it was very comfortable to live in.   The location is even more unique, the view is wide, and the scenery is super healing when you open the window. It is very close to the net red elm tree, just a few minutes walk, and it is super convenient to punch in. The best thing is that the boss also helped to contact the renting of a small eDonkey, and sent it directly to the door. It is not too pleasant to ride a small eDonkey around!   From room type, service to location, supporting facilities, every place exceeds expectations, must be five-star Amway! "Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away."

"I found my ideal B&B in Wanfenglin! My husband and I stayed here over Chinese New Year and couldn't stop thinking about it, saying we'd come back if we had the chance! Didn't expect to be back for a second time so soon, haha. Last time, the rapeseed flowers were everywhere; this time, even though there aren't any, it still has a unique charm. First, facilities: The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Wanfenglin directly. The moment you open the curtains in the morning, the mountains are right there – so therapeutic. The bedding is also very comfortable. Last time I asked the owner for a link, but they told me it's all custom-made! The bathroom is equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, Bulgari toiletries, disposable bath towels, hair drying caps, bath balls, pajamas, underwear, and even the toothbrushes are soft-bristled – excellent attention to detail. On the table, there were seasonal fruits and a bottle of red wine, all complimentary. Soaking in the tub with a drink at night was simply divine. Next, cleanliness: The entire B&B is spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, every corner is clean and tidy. The carpets are thoroughly vacuumed, there are no water stains or hair in the bathroom, and the bed sheets and duvet covers have no peculiar smell. It feels very reassuring to stay here. Finally, service: The butler is very attentive. They messaged me beforehand to ask what time I'd arrive and if I wanted the air conditioning turned on in advance. When we got to the parking lot, the butler came to help with our luggage and escorted us all the way to our room. The breakfast is also very thoughtfully prepared; their rice noodles are absolutely amazing! So delicious! There's also milk, bread, and fruit – a very satisfying meal. They even gave us coffee vouchers, which is fantastic for a coffee lover like me! I didn't expect to find such good coffee in a scenic area! In short, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Wanfenglin. Highly recommended!"
