AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that. Breakfast was plentiful, and sitting outside was very pleasant! As for the location, it's very central, but you basically need a car to get anywhere, so it's not actually that convenient. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior. If you prioritize space like we do, it's still generally recommended. Oh, and early check-in is unlikely (we arrived on an early flight).

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.
On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

HHaifa MinhajI appreciate the customer service. The room was neat and tidy. All thou pool facility wasn't available, rest all facilities were great. Housekeeping, concierge service and the reception staff, everyone displayed great professionalism and it's highly commendable. We had booked breakfast as well, restaurants maintained their standard. The food and services were great. Taste was great and there were good choices of food. Go ahead and book your stay there. ❤️

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is overall very good. The location is excellent, it’s close to the city center and everything you might need is nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient.
The hotel itself is nice, although the building feels a bit old. Everything was clean and comfortable, so no major issues there.
The only downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t very strong and the room felt a bit warm at times. I would recommend improving or upgrading the AC system.
Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend this hotel 👍

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)
