Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the outlet mall. The facilities are a bit dated. No smart features like whole-house sensors, smart toilets, or coffee machines – these could definitely use an upgrade. The air conditioning and heating weren't very effective. The gym is quite small, but there are coaches on rotation at the pool. Service: Check-in was a bit slow; at one point there was no room, then no breakfast. Getting a late check-out felt like pulling teeth, requiring repeated communication. Eventually, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Check-out was quick. Hygene: It was decent, but don't look too closely. Environment: We parked on the wrong floor and had to drive around the building. There's construction nearby, so a lot of dust. The soundproofing is good; the corridors and lobby were relatively quiet. Big shout-out to the garage attendant for the effective guidance and directions. Breakfast: It was standard, nothing special, but the value for money was acceptable. It would be even better if they could separate the dining areas for suites and regular rooms.

All Seasons Hotel is indeed an All Seasons Hotel! The price is affordable, the price-performance ratio is very high, the service is also good, and the main thing is that the stay is very comfortable! Facilities: Standard configuration, supporting materials are proportional to the price, and the quality is not bad Hygiene: The attention to detail is very good, clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and the sheets and quilt covers are very soft. The overall decoration elements are in soft colors, with a wooden structure theme, bright lights, and the overall appearance is refreshing and hygienic. And it's very quiet at night, no noise. The pillows are also very soft, and they are also carefully equipped with several different styles of clothes racks! The corridor is also very quiet and the soft lighting creates a cozy atmosphere! All Seasons Hotel, a friendly positioning, a cost-effective fast hotel!

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. We came during the off-season and saw that it was the top-rated hotel nearby – definitely the best among the highly-rated ones. The service attitude is excellent, though one auntie seemed a bit stern. The front desk staff and other aunties we passed were all very nice. It's also very close to Hongqiao Railway Station, just a 10-minute metro ride, and Happy Valley is conveniently on the way. I'll definitely book this place again whenever I visit; I highly recommend it!

Lilian at the front desk! When checking in, she was not only very quick, but also carefully informed me of the precautions, and her smile was very warm throughout the whole process. This hotel in the Greater Hongqiao area offers unbeatable value for money. Although it has been open for many years, its exceptional value and generous member benefits have made it a favorite for countless guests: · ✈️ Golden Hub: Just a 10-minute drive from Hongqiao Hub (airport/train station), it also provides free shuttle buses to and from the National Exhibition and Convention Center and Xujing East Station on Line 2, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers and exhibition attendees. · 👑 Excellent Benefits: It's very generous to IHG elite members. Platinum and Diamond members often receive executive lounge access, room upgrades, or even direct upgrades to suites, showing genuine hospitality. · 🍽️ Facilities and Dining: The Executive Lounge is quite rare for a Holiday Inn; at the ”2000 Food Court” all-day dining restaurant, breakfast offers not only a rich buffet but also freshly made specialties like jianbing. Happy Hour also provides a good selection of drinks and hot food. · 💁 Attentive Service: From the enthusiastic front desk managers Pan, Chen Long, and Maggie Zhao, to the efficient housekeeping staff, the service is professional and warm. · 🌟 Popular Highlight: It was a filming location for the TV series ”The Temptation to Go Home,” allowing guests to check in and experience scenes from the show, adding a unique cinematic touch to their stay. Overall, the charm of Holiday Inn Shanghai West is its perfect blend of business convenience, home-like comfort, and exceptional value for money. It's not just a place to stay overnight, but a home away from home that brings pleasant surprises and warmth to your tired journey.

We stayed here overnight because we had an early morning high-speed train from Hongqiao Station with our child. The hotel is super easy to find, less than a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The environment is great, and they even offer free healthy meals in the evening. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I forgot my charger when we left, but the front desk contacted me quickly and promptly mailed it back to my home. Our stay was excellent, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we need to catch a train or flight.

This hotel is lovely and has a lot of character. The subway runs directly beneath the building, which my child was keen to experience. While it does generate some noise, the front desk staff proactively informs guests about this. The location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs, like 'Xiao Yang Jian Bao' and 'Mixue Bingcheng,' which my child particularly enjoyed. Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was good – not expansive, but it covered all the essentials.

CCiky2023Our romantic winter getaway began the moment we stepped into Dino Starry Resort, immediately feeling a warm welcome. Unlike a typical hotel's impersonal atmosphere, the staff here felt like old friends, making us feel right at home and completely relaxed. Getting to Disneyland was a breeze with their Mercedes shuttle, which departed at our pre-arranged time. Breakfast was plentiful, and our room was spotless and tidy. The overall environment was lovely, and there were even small animals in the backyard that we could feed for free. The biggest surprise, though, was experiencing authentic winter fun. We gathered around a traditional earthen pot stove, warming ourselves and chatting, or enjoyed a steaming hotpot cooked in a vintage hanging pot. On sunny days, we even had a lively outdoor BBQ with plenty of smoke and laughter. From the rustic charm of the earthen pot to the nostalgic feel of the hanging pot and the vibrant energy of the BBQ, this place had it all. Dino Starry is more than just a place to stay; it's a wonderful space where you can unwind, leave your weariness behind, and relive cherished moments. Come and gather with your loved ones here, and collect a whole winter's worth of warmth amidst delicious food and laughter!

GGuest UserThis Bund hotel stay was absolutely amazing! It's just a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and my room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a perfect view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' – I could watch the Oriental Pearl Tower light up at night right from my bed. The smart toilet and automatic curtains were super convenient, and soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the river view was just heavenly! The freshly baked croissants at breakfast were so good they were practically addictive. The rooftop bar had incredible night views, and the cocktails created a fantastic ambiance. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room and sent welcome fruits, and the robot delivering food was adorable. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. Plus, free laundry and drying service was such a thoughtful touch! The location is unbeatable – Yu Garden and Nanjing Road are within walking distance, and the subway station is right outside. For around 400+ RMB per person, it felt like a thousand-yuan experience. As a detail-oriented person, I was completely won over. I'm definitely booking this place again on my next trip to Shanghai!

MMenglitanle. The facilities are great, and the room is spacious. Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay at this hotel. The front desk service is excellent, and the cleaning staff do a thorough and meticulous job. I highly recommend this place; they even have free popcorn at the front desk and complimentary whiskey. My girlfriend and I always stay here. The movies are also great, and there's a free membership that allows screen casting. Rooms with windows offer a view of the plane trees.

IimnotminFrom the moment you step into the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, the elegant charm of Old Shanghai beautifully intertwines with the Bund's vibrant bustle. From your room, you can take in the Lujiazui skyline, with the Huangpu River's day and night flow just outside your window. The personalized concierge service from Aaron Echole was incredibly meticulous, and the entire staff, from concierge to the front desk, exuded the calm sophistication of a long-standing luxury hotel. Enjoying a 'Shanghai Club' cocktail at the Long Bar in the evening felt like stepping back in time to the social scene of a century ago. An absolutely impeccable stay.

GGuest UserThe Peninsula Shanghai, nestled by the Waibaidu Bridge, the Monument to the People's Heroes, and the Bund, might not be described as 'convenient' in the traditional sense, but I found its location perfect for soaking in the unique Shanghainese vibe! The service here is wonderfully old-school and distinctively 'Shanghai' – unhurried yet efficient, demonstrating a clear and deep understanding of guest needs. The rooms are classic Peninsula style, with well-defined functional areas, superb soundproofing, and impeccable cleanliness and maintenance, putting my mind completely at ease. The dining experience was a genuine delight; both breakfast and the Cantonese restaurant in the evening were so memorable. I particularly loved the evening bath ritual – pressing the SPA button and immersing myself in the tranquil, ethereal music, it felt like I was back in a cozy island retreat! My two-day Peninsula experience was a solid 12 out of 10. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai who wants to truly experience its unique charm!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a minimalist Japanese style, with a clean and atmospheric environment. The staff are very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport on the hour, which is super convenient for catching flights – a big plus! However, staying for four consecutive days, the breakfast selection was incredibly monotonous and never changed. It got really boring after a while. The late-night snack options were also very limited, with only noodles and congee available – far too few choices. Furthermore, during my stay, I noticed that the indoor air felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, always with a stale odor. My room was close to the road, so opening the window meant car noise, but closing it made the room stuffy and smelly, which significantly reduced my comfort. On a positive note, they thoughtfully gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service and airport shuttle were good, but the stay would be much better if they could improve the breakfast variety, add more late-night snack options, enhance room ventilation and soundproofing, and eliminate the stale indoor smell.

EElianaCThis review is long overdue! I was in Shanghai for a business trip in early March, and it happened to be raining heavily then. The underfloor heating gave me the warmest, most comfortable night's sleep, and the duvet cover felt incredibly soft. It was my first time staying in a Shikumen building, and the courtyard was so unique and stylish. Both the courtyard and the room's interior design were absolutely beautiful. The unit I stayed in was located on West Yan'an Road, very close to Xintiandi and the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. It was perfect – I could just stroll back after dinner in Bei Li. Check-in was also a breeze. I saw that the host manages several other unique B&Bs, so I'd love to try them out sometime!

JjaspenI've wanted to stay at the W Shanghai - The Bund for a long time, and finally got to during my recent trip to Shanghai. It wasn't as perfect as I'd imagined. First, the good points: The environment is nice, and the cleanliness is decent. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The outdoor bar was the best experience. Now, for the less satisfying aspects: 1. Previously, when staying at hotels, you could contact scalpers or certain individuals on platforms to use their membership tiers for room upgrades. Since I booked in advance, I contacted them early about a possible upgrade. I was told that if there was an available room type on the day, I could be upgraded. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed there were no rooms available and didn't upgrade me. At the time, I checked the Ctrip app and saw that rooms *were* available. I'm a platinum member with upgrade benefits, and I still didn't get one. 2. My Ctrip booking included two complimentary drinks, but the front desk didn't provide vouchers during check-in. I only found out at the bar that I needed to go back to the front desk to get them. 3. I had a lot of things and wanted to use the black bag in the closet. Unfortunately, it was broken, and the hotel hadn't replaced it in time.
