"It’s a very good hotel located very close to a train station with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and much more around. The restaurant offers great breakfast. The hotel also has a conference hall and co-working areas with good media facilities so it’s great for business retreats."

"The room was a bit small but very clean and well-equipped. They provided a lot of free drinks and water, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast; it was incredibly rich and delicious, the best breakfast buffet I've had in Germany. My room had two balconies, which probably offered a nice view, but we were out exploring and didn't pay much attention. There's an amazing Middle Eastern kebab place called MEHAS DÖNER PİZZA FALAFEL not far from the entrance, it was so good we ate there three times in a row. I truly recommend it."

"I want to hear the truth and look down. The location is really good, 128 bus directly from the airport can point to the hotel. Not far from connecting the subway in all directions. Breakfast is indeed good. But still advise you not to live, haha 1. The whole hotel did not have air conditioning in the summer, I experienced the window in the house is broken, can not open, but the front desk smiled to tell you that no room can let you change, you can only endure 30 degrees, then change for you tomorrow, love you! 2. The Berlin Airport is not far from the city, and the hotel is not far from the airport, so if you don't want to sleep, you can count up and down every tenth of the plane. Anyway, when you see the plane, the others in the room are not very clear about you. 3. Under the hotel is a nightclub. If your room is close, then you can fall asleep at 4 in the morning. Of course, you don't care! If you ask me if European tourists are not living well? Haha, I tell you that their lifestyle is different from us, so they can bear it. "The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Overall, it's a good option for business travel."

"This hotel is excellent. The front desk staff were very understanding. Due to a flight issue, I booked the hotel for three days but could only stay for one. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but my own. When the hotel learned of my situation, they kindly upgraded me to a suite free of charge as a gesture of compensation. The room I stayed in was truly wonderful."

"I found all the staff at the hotel to be very friendly. The check-in service was excellent. I was asked about my room preference, which was accommodated. Furthermore, the room was already pleasantly pre-cooled when I arrived, which was great given the summer heat outside. The air conditioning also managed to keep the room perfectly cool on subsequent days, even with temperatures over 38 degrees Celsius. So, it didn't really matter that one of the bath towels was a bit worn out and had two holes :-)"

"It's not a hotel, it's an Airbnb. You have to check in online, but it's hard to get the link to check in. The facilities of the accommodation are almost perfect. Checking in was difficult, but after checking in, I tried to extend my stay. However, the trash from the previous guest was still there, and shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were not provided, so I used the ones I personally prepared."
