"Super room, lovely and clean and with an extensive list of in room amenities; iron, fan, heater, hairdryer etc. Service was fantastic, our assistant at the front desk was fantastic and got everything right for us even though she was new and orher staff we came across were cheery and polite. The location is near to the 02, within walking distance, and had plenty of retail shopping for food the other way but if you rely on public transport like ourselves the nearby bus stops are a little awkward to use so its usually easier just to walk all the way to the 02 to get the tube from there, perfectly acceptable except when it rains. Overall enjoyable and recommended."

"So close to the venue! The scenery is beautiful! You can even walk along the river early in the morning! It's so quiet! And most importantly, the service is really excellent! I hope Trip.com can give feedback to the hotel about Atarve, the receptionist! Truly superb! So patient! And they even helped us with an early check-in! Felt right at home! I sincerely hope Trip.com partners more with hotels like this! A perfect trip!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The transportation was also very convenient. The double room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very basic and repetitive; I ate the same things for three days straight and got tired of it."

"My Girlfriend went through to hotel to do checking, at 9 o'clock, the guy was at reception said she wouldn't be allowed to do the checking cause she don't have the same surname then me, even she giving The Booking reservation number ,and showing my ID, I booked this hotel because I had a meeting near this place, so, my girlfriend she was waiting on the sofa from 9 until 23:26 the moment I arrived it at hotel, and the guy was completely rude with her! Hope the GM or whoever is in charge of this place take seriously this case, I did check in on 29/08 check out 30/08 Room 303 the bathroom was leaking while I had my shower, mirror completely dusty, someone just swiped the wet cloth and didn't even use a dry cloth"

"Honestly, this was one of the best family stays we've ever had. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. I would especially like to recognise Alexandra at reception. She provided truly exceptional customer service. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced service at this level. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and even helped arrange a lovely surprise in our room for a birthday celebration. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay special. She deserves a pay rise! I don't normally leave reviews, but Alexandra's outstanding service, along with the excellent support from the rest of the team, motivated me to do so. The hotel is conveniently located, only about a 6-minute walk from Canning Town Station, making it easy to get around London. We stayed with our 3 month old son and found the room to be spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. Everything was excellent – from the room and facilities to the delicious breakfast. Fabulous staff, great location, and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit London."

"Located opposite the city airport in the exhibition center area, this hotel is surrounded by several others. The facilities are decent, and breakfast was satisfying. They offer a good selection of TV channels. However, there aren't many restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Getting around is easy with the DLR line, which goes directly to Tower Bridge."

"Staying at this hotel for 3 days for my conference in the Intercontinential O2. It was easy to get there. Room is comfortable, quite big and I guess I got a pretty decent prize compared to other hotels around that time. Most likely will stay there again if I have another business trip near the area."

"The location was good, and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly, and we got fresh towels and toilet paper every day. The only downside was the lack of places to put our belongings; we had to leave everything on the floor. A small wardrobe or dresser would have been desirable. Also, it should be mentioned during check-in that a hairdryer needs to be requested separately; I was quite surprised there wasn't one in the room. Otherwise, we were very satisfied."

"The front desk service is polite and attentive! Although the language is not fluent in communication, but the query route is patiently answered, and I also found a map for us, which is very good! Close to London City Airport, there will be a little noise when the windows are open, but it is acceptable!"
