"This hotel is right in the city center, located in the lively Funan Mall, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options, making shopping super convenient. It's also easy to get to all the popular Instagrammable spots! The hygiene is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive and convenient. It's a great choice for travelers!"
"The hotel's location is superb, and the lobby and public areas are spacious, grand, and clean. The service from the greeters, front desk, and luggage storage was excellent. The bay view room we booked offered an unbeatable view, and having a mall right next door made dining and shopping incredibly convenient.
The only thing I want to complain about is the room service – it was the slowest service I've ever encountered in my life. Even the most patient person would lose their temper! First, we booked for three people, but only had two sets of toothbrushes and slippers. We called the front desk to request an additional set of toothbrushes, slippers, and a duvet. The front desk staff were super nice on the phone, but after waiting for an hour, nothing had arrived. We were about to leave, so we called again. Each time, a different person answered, and they were always very nice, but the items just never came. It wasn't until I called for the fifth or sixth time and finally lost my temper that everything was delivered instantly.
Later that evening, after returning from sightseeing and ready to rest, I pulled back the covers to find a stain on the bedsheet. So, I called the front desk again, emphasizing that I hoped it would be delivered quickly because it was late and I wanted to sleep. Then began another endless wait. I called three times to follow up. Finally, I was so tired that I called the front desk and told them if they didn't send it now, then don't bother, I needed to sleep. I was already planning to just put a towel down and sleep on it, and *then* it was delivered. I really don't understand why the hotel's delivery service is so incredibly slow; it completely exhausted all the initial good feelings I had about this place…"
"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park City Hall for a birthday staycation with my friend. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and informative, especially since it was my first time staying here.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from City Hall MRT, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The gym is on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed for a good workout. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a lovely place to relax and made the birthday celebration even more special.
Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Park City Hall for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant staycation in Singapore."
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was not very spacious, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would recommend it to others."
"I arrived for check in at 3pm but when I went to the given room, it was still under cleaning.
I met Pearl at the kiosk/ reception area. She was attentive & quick to find another room for me. She introduced the room and the showed me the area where the washing machine & dryer that is free for guest to use.
Pearl and her team, Shannen, Mary, Rome, follow up with ensuring my stay was of top comfort throughout my stay.
I am impressed that the room comes with microwave and huge fridge in the room!
The toilet can be a little small with a little musky smell due to the lack of ventilation.
The location is right smack on top of all the restaurants & bars, be ready to bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Other than that, overall, I am happy with my stay & will book again for their service & comfort of the room."
"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Many attractions are within walking distance, and popular spots like Founder Bak Kut Teh and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh are very close by. There's also a hawker center nearby, which was super convenient for breakfast. The room was quite small and not cheap. We arrived early at 11:30 AM on the first day, and even though check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, they let us check in. We really appreciated that! 😊"
"Had a pleasant one-night stay at M Social. The hotel has a very unique, trendy design that feels modern and fresh. The room was cozy, well-designed, and clean. It’s located in a great spot with easy access to nearby dining and attractions. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. A great choice if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the city!"
"The location was perfect for me, it was near to most places I wanted to go especially to Merlion Park which was around 15-20 mins of leisure walking. I did my morning walk around the park through Marina Bay sands and thought it was great that I could just walk there. It was also near to Bugis Junction where I did a quick run. Staff was really helpful, when I arrived the staff quickly asked if there was any food I wanted to try and gave me a nice recommendation. Also I was looking to use an iron but it was not placed in the designated area, I put in my request in the WhatsApp community chat and was tended to immediately and was provided with an iron and the board to my room. Lovely staff and location, looking forward to coming here again! Also the deck was nice too, I enjoyed my morning coffee there 😀"
"This photo is from my room view. An important things to said if you drive can just consider other hotel. This hotel did not provide free parking as you know the town areas parking at Singapore are expensive. But this suitable who will take mrt, is just right below the hotel which is outram park. The pool have made my mom a bit disappointed because of not really have good maintenance since this is a 4 star global hotel, really cannot compare with Dorsett KL😌
I have met a front service counter staff, I hope she is just tired, because she looks like we owe her. She is very good on speaking mandarin and just nice this hotel nearby Chinatown. Might have a lot of mandarin users."
"Private space but thin walls. Noise from other guests along the corridor can be heard.
Although listed as newly renovated, the fixtures are far from new.
The location is very convenient. Next to MRT station, bus stop and lots of shops and eateries."

Great
GGuest UserThe front desk staff had an abysmal attitude; I didn't feel like I was being served at all. There was absolutely no useful information provided – nothing about the hotel's shuttle service, the fact that the kids' club costs extra, or details about adding breakfast. The service was utterly terrible. Having stayed at so many five-star hotels, I've noticed that only the Chinese front desk staff provide the worst service, while those who speak English are far superior. The Splash water play area was good, but the Buds indoor playground charges a fee. The bakery on the first floor offers inexpensive bread that's huge and affordable. However, the Louge restaurant's prices are outrageously expensive, probably double what you'd pay outside. A bak kut teh, which normally costs around 20 SGD elsewhere, is 40 SGD here – you'd be better off adding breakfast to your stay. The location is also quite remote. Given this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel itself is beautiful, though.
GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. It's truly rare to find this quality and price in Singapore. It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!
GGuest UserTrue to its five-star rating, this hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Merlion Park. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great lighting, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The front desk staff could communicate in Chinese, and the bellhops carried our luggage all the way to our room. The shower pressure was fantastic and very refreshing. Plus, there were four complimentary bottles of water in the room. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!
GGuest UserWe were there as a pre Disney cruise stay. It’s a unique hotel, felt like staying in rainforest. Enjoyed the nature and quiet atmosphere. Location is quite far out but there’s a food court within walking distance. Service at front desk is a bit slow probably due to lack of staff during peak hours. Maybe can do joint promotions with Disney with special rates & transportation arrangements.
SShannn_The room was clean and tidy, with a minimalist design and excellent space planning. They also offer free laundry and drying services. The front desk service was great, and there's a small bar on the first floor perfect for a drink or two in the evening; it was quite lively and had a good atmosphere! There's also an outdoor terrace on the second floor for relaxing. Given the location, the overall value for money is absolutely fantastic!
澳澳洲 楊女士This hotel is in middle of the Orchard Road, endless shopping there from high end to middle range. Room has all the amenities any travelers need. Front desk staffs are helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend Pullman Orchard singapore to anyone visiting Singapore
EEagle1103Had a great stay at Hotel Boss! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a nice bonus — big enough for a proper swim. Best of all, the hotel is conveniently located near MRT stations and popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore Singapore. Highly recommend!
JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.
DDesmond solo travelThe location is consider good if u wanted to visit Sentosa, Mount Faber, Vivocity. The room is clean the space is a bit tight but it's a budget hotel. The check in process is digital. So u can use email link to complete ur check in and then the access card is not a physical card. You will need to download an app and u can get ur digital card to unlocked the door. But if u didn't complete the online register at the email link you need to provide physical passport or ID for registration. Overall is a good stay but the sound proof is quite bad. Can hear someone taking at the corridor and the trolley wheels passing at the street.
YYueguangxiadewanzilunFor a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!
