"I loved my stay here. I upgraded to a suite was was especially lovely.
The staff were accommodating and booking through Trip.com I got a great price.
It’s quite a long way from the tourist attractions on the European side but I used the local metro to get around. Also Hilltown Mall is a walk away and is great for food options and shopping.
I highly recommend staying here."
"The hotel has a great location, a 10-minute walk to the subway.
The facilities are new and clean.
The breakfast is quite substantial and meets basic needs.
The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable! I slept super deep.
The best part was how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were.
After checking out, when confirming the fare with the taxi driver, the hotel staff proactively helped communicate with him: firstly because Turkish drivers often have limited English, and secondly to confirm the fare was reasonable.
They were especially nice to the children.
Truly a wonderful travel experience!

"Hi
We suffered a deep cut to my leg while using the hotel pool. This injury was caused by a damaged pool ladder or poor quality that had not been properly maintained.
The situation was made worse by major safety failures:
No Medical Staff: There was no lifeguard or first-aider at the pool to help me.
Staff Misconduct: The pool supervisor on duty ignored my bleeding injury and meaningful assistance.
Thanks,
Ashraf Abouseadah

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness inside the room overall. The pillows smelled bad, the sheets had holes, and there were cigarette burn marks in several different spots around the room. Maybe I just got a bad room; perhaps they have better ones, I don't know."
"I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul, and overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed with how clean the bathroom facilities were, making them pleasant to use.
The staff were attentive and polite, making both check-in and check-out smooth. They were also helpful in answering my questions, so I felt completely at ease throughout my stay.
While the location is a bit removed from the city center, this meant it offered a quiet environment for a relaxing stay. Getting to the city center was no problem using public transportation.
All the necessary amenities were available, and I didn't encounter any inconveniences during my stay.
Overall, I think this hotel offers great value for money, especially for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere or are planning a longer stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Istanbul."
"The welcome was nice. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was not bad. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly."
"The hygiene was excellent (even for someone with a slight潔癖/germophobia like me). The housekeeping staff were very friendly, but the front desk personnel were just so-so. (The security staff were also great, I'm not sure why the front desk staff were so arrogant.)
There's a shopping mall near the hotel, and while the prices aren't the best value for money, at least you won't starve. However, everything closes by 10 PM. If you want to find a supermarket or restaurant after 10 PM, you'll need to walk for over 25 minutes (I've tested this myself), and there's a chance they won't accept international credit cards, so cash is a good idea.
Despite these many frustrations, you won't find a five-star hotel this cheap. To put it simply."
"İş amacıyla geldiğim İstanbul'da tesadüfen bulduğum fevkalade otel. Aile ortamını hissettiren personeli ,temizliği ve sakinliği için ilgililere teşekkür ederim."

Great
GGuest UserPerfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Left was Hagia Sofia. Palace etc, right were bazaars...straight down was the sea. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more. The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul.
Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch.
I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed. If they offered an hour or even part of the day for ladies only, this hotel would be an absolute winner.
One small downside was that our taxi couldn’t drop us off or pick us up directly outside the hotel, so we had to walk about 3 minutes.
That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel!
Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient; everything is within walking distance – the tram stop, Sultanahmet Square. Breakfast was served at a neighboring restaurant, perfectly edible and everything fresh. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view, or rather, a view over the rooftops and then the sea. The bed and mattresses were very comfortable, not worn out. I personally prefer softer pillows. Room cleaning was done daily, even on Sundays. The reception staff were all friendly, and communication was mostly in English. I can recommend this hotel if you don't have high expectations for things like room size, a swimming pool, etc.
QQuanqiuzhendongThe location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. The room wasn't huge, but it was clear the management is very professional; every detail seemed to follow a specific process. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety, and the window view was lovely. If I had to mention any downsides, it would be that the reservation couldn't be changed after booking, and rooms near the restaurant can be a bit noisy in the mornings.
AAnonymous UserThe location is pretty good, close to the bus station and even closer to Taksim Square, just a few minutes walk to Istiklal Avenue. However, the bathroom didn't have any mouthwash cups, which I'd suggest they provide.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. It also has airport pick-up service and the sanitation is very good. I originally booked the hotel for two days. After I checked in, I felt it was so good that I extended it for a few more nights.
AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
