"I always choose this place when I go on business trips. It is close to the company and the subway station, so it is very convenient to travel. The room on the top floor has a large balcony, which is cool and has a good view. The hotel breakfast is also OK, but there is no Chinese breakfast."
"We landed early in the morning, and the lobby staff saw how tired we were. They were very kind and let us check in before the official check-in time. The translation device in the hotel lobby was incredibly useful and perfectly resolved any communication issues."
"The environment is very good, the service is also very good, and the surrounding food is also very convenient. There are many restaurants to eat at, and the price is affordable. There is a reception room in the lobby on the first floor, which is very suitable for business talks"
"This is a top choice hotel in the Asia region. The front desk staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the location is convenient. The hotel's barbecue is also delicious, and there are various restaurants within 500 meters. Phoenix Chinese Restaurant is a 6-minute taxi ride away, and the journey to the airport takes about 20 minutes without traffic and about 45 minutes with traffic. In short, it's a top choice."
"We could have given full marks. We originally stayed here for the first night in Istanbul. We felt that everything was fine and parking was convenient. We drove back to Istanbul for three nights. It was a non-smoking room. The result was that our room was a smoking room. The whole second floor was smokey. Communication with the front desk, said that the room was full, the result was through Trip.com coordination, the next day to change the non-smoking room, this should not be, we booked a non-smoking room, we must give us a non-smoking room. Full room is not a reason!"
"A relatively good, modern hotel in a quiet location. Basically, everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean, newly renovated, with panoramic views from the window. There's a kettle, tea, water, a fridge, a TV, and even a safe. There's a bar in the basement. They don't speak Russian at the front desk, but basic English will be enough to check in, or you can use a translator. It's a good area, almost the center of Atasehir. Recommended."
"The Place Suites Ataşehir is a fine option for a short stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good price-quality ratio."
"It's a decent place and offers good value for money. Breakfast is provided, but make sure to include it when you book. The surrounding area is industrial, so you'll need to walk about 7-8 minutes to find restaurants. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.
GGuest UserGreat location (though we constantly got lost in those little streets). The breakfasts were decent, we didn't get tired of them over 5 days. The view was absolutely beautiful. Eating with such a view every day boosts your mood by 100%. We didn't use the pool, but we did visit the sauna – a nice little bonus. As for downsides: it was noisy. I don't know about other rooms, but our window overlooked a shopping street, and we could hear conversations and vendors setting up from early in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was fully equipped, and everything worked.
GGuest UserIstanbul's Old City gem! This hotel truly hits the spot!
**Amenities:** The hotel is very new and modern. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and even a small balcony with a great view. There's also a resident cat NPC always by the entrance!
**Cleanliness:** The room is very clean, and the bedding is excellent.
**Service:** The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. When our taxi stopped at the metro station at the intersection, someone immediately came out to help us with our luggage. Yigi THAN, one of the staff members, checked us in, showed us the room's facilities, and even saw us off to our car when we left, all without expecting a tip.
Right next to the hotel is the Governor's Office, guarded by armed bodyguards, so safety is absolutely top-notch! The surrounding area has plenty of businesses, and it's within walking distance to all the major attractions and the seaside. Plus, there are two fantastic cafes right outside, perfect for breakfast.
GGuest UserGood day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.
AAnonymous UserVery outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc.
Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control.
I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious.
Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.
AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
Some top places to stay in Istanbul are near popular attractions like Hagia Sophia, Taksim Square and The Blue Mosque—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
