"Top location. At once beautiful bay. Sustaining was darkened by the power and water shutdown in the first day. The hotel was not ready - there seems to be no generator, so when the island is a problem with electricity, the hotel is dark, although the nearby hotels included generators. According to the room itself - no criticism, acceptable, although there are ants and very old air conditioner in the room. But it works, so there are no downsides here. The service is minimal and very non-invasive. In 5 days cleaned once."

"We made a rookie mistake on the way to the resort—ended up in Port Barton (town) instead of San Vicente. After a long drive and coming straight from a Shanghai trip, we were exhausted and decided to cancel and book another hotel in PB last minute. That hotel wasn’t great, but we just needed rest. We reached out to the resort to ask if a refund was possible, and the owner personally called back. Instead of turning us away, he offered to cancel just Day 1 (no refund which was valid) and he offered to pick us up from our hotel the next morning—nearly a two‑hour drive. That level of customer service was next level. It turned out to be the best decision. BAIA was amazing, peaceful, and the restaurant menu deserves a special mention. I’m a chef in London, and I can honestly say the food was amazing. My only small feedback is to add a bedside table in the room, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended—I’ve already told friends and colleagues visiting the Philippines to check this place out."

"A brand new hotel, very clean, with a pleasant pool. Wonderful, attentive, and caring staff. Everything is clean, there's free drinking water, and the hotel managers are happy to help with any questions. The bed is comfortable, the linens are clean and pleasantly scented, and the air conditioning is new and quiet. A quiet, secluded place. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is located not on the shore itself, but on a hill. There are wonderful views of the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Walk to the sea no more than 10 minutes. We lived in a separate house. The hotel involves living in nature: the area is very quiet, only the sounds of birds, frogs, etc. can be heard. The windows are not glazed, but there is a mosquito net over the bed. The floor air conditioner worked, but could barely cope (in April during the hot season). There is not always water in the shower, and ants come. We regard this as the price we pay for living in nature. The staff was friendly and helped us contact the dispatcher and call a public minibus to the hotel in order to get to Puerto Princesa without transfers."

"This is a separate bungalow at the price of a bed-place in the hostel!!! The hot water and air conditioner work. Water smells of course iron, but it is El Nido. First there was a family room, it was super, then extended, gave a normal dub, there was less nishny, but tolerable). Staff mental). If you go to the road, on the left there is a rent of bikes, took there for two days, everything is normal, without bail and leaving the passport. When you get out of the alley on the road, on the right there is a super massage salon)."
