"A truly perfect travel memory! Huge thanks to Daisy from the culture and tourism department for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations! The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~ The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more! Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable. There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining. The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic. Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~ And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!"

"To be honest, I was a bit hesitant before choosing Raffles, but after staying there, I felt it was totally worth it. The sea at Clearwater Bay is indeed beautiful; the sand is as fine as flour, and it feels wonderful to walk barefoot without any discomfort. The hotel's gardens are even more stunning than in the pictures, especially in the evening when the light slants down—every photo turns out perfectly. I made sure to visit the noodle bar at breakfast every day; the broth was incredibly fresh. Chloe was fantastic; I added her on WeChat, and she took care of any request I had right away, which made things so easy and stress-free. I was quite sad to leave; I'll definitely stay for more days next time."

"This was my first time at Hoshino Resort, and I stayed for 4 days, trying two different room types. The Supreme Ocean View room, located in the main building, offered perfect ocean views and was spacious. The 'Bixin Rabbit' room was in the shorter building, great for keeping the kids entertained when it was hot outside. Both room types were fantastic, each with its own unique charm. The best part was the butler service, which was incredibly responsive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The room amenities and facilities were excellent, and the overall hotel stay experience was very good. Hoshino's service was impeccable – they met every request with lightning speed, and were friendly and patient. This was my first time traveling with my 7-month-old baby, and they really put all my worries at ease. Everything from food, bedding, strollers, to crib railings was provided and arranged perfectly by Hoshino. My older son, who is over 5 and has been to Sanya many times, loves hotels with kids' activities, and he had a blast here. There are a total of four pools. He got bored with the front ocean-view room, so we switched to a room with a slide, and he was absolutely thrilled. There's enough to keep kids occupied at the hotel all day, no need to even leave. The breakfast experience was also excellent, with a variety of dishes that kids love. Dinner is also highly recommended. Overall, it's great value for money. The only negative point was the photography service – it was an absolute rip-off and really hurt the hotel's reputation. It was terrible. I've stayed at many hotels and had professional photos taken numerous times, often willingly paying extra for good photos. But here, it was such a scam; I only added one photo for 80 yuan each."

"Our butler, Taozi, added me on WeChat a day in advance and thoughtfully prepared two sets of children's amenities in the room. Booking through Ctrip gives you access to an exclusive check-in/check-out counter, so there's no waiting in line. We booked an Sky Pool Room, and Taozi proactively helped us reserve a perfectly located room, almost in the center of the hotel, with an amazing sea view. For three days, Taozi was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests. There were tons of kids' activities; the children absolutely loved making cookies and sandwiches. There's also a huge play area with trampolines, inflatable castles, ball pits, and slides – everything you could imagine. The Sky Pool Room was also fantastic. The sun no longer hit the pool around 1 PM, so we could play in it all afternoon. It was so refreshing to jump into the pool right from our room! The businesses on the basement level offer great value with package deals; for less than 200, you can enjoy eight different activities. The escape room was really fun, and the small animals were adorable. We'll definitely choose a Sky Pool Room again next time; it's perfect for kids. Our only small regret is that we couldn't go to the kids' splash area at the water park because it was under maintenance. We'll have to go next time!"

"Our first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home."

"We booked this hotel for one night to visit the park, but we really should have stayed two! They upgraded us to a more spacious room for free, the breakfasts were delicious, and the grounds were beautiful. The park is huge, and it was so hot that we got a bit lost and didn't even make it to the water park. In the evening, there was a lovely fireworks display and a BBQ on the hotel grounds. During the day, there were activities for kids with entertainers, balloons, a foam party, and workshops. Everything was great, except the taxi back to Sanya was incredibly expensive – 300 RMB! 😱"

"Stayed for a couple of days, and the front desk was great, giving me an upgrade. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time, so I didn't get to see the beautiful sea. There weren't many guests, so I had most of the facilities to myself, which was perfect for someone who likes peace and quiet. The coconut milk and yogurt at breakfast were delicious, and the hot food menu changed daily. The soaking tub was really comfortable. Since I don't swim, I just floated in the pool for a bit; staff came to clean it daily. For this price in Hainan, a pool villa is really excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time in Lingshui, and staying at this hotel was an excellent experience. The hotel room facilities were fantastic. The room was equipped with Marriott Group's signature 'Heavenly Bed' mattress, which had the perfect balance of softness and firmness – I fell asleep the moment I lay down. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I slept wonderfully all night. The air conditioning was also very comfortable, running quietly at a constant 24°C. The bedside table had a Bluetooth speaker, a small alarm clock, and integrated USB charging ports, so I could easily charge my phone and iPad without having to search for outlets. The blackout curtains were also great! I wasn't woken up by the sun in the morning, which was perfect for a late sleeper like me. The toiletries were Marriott's famous white tea scent, subtle and lovely. The butler even thoughtfully prepared body lotion. The bath towels and robes were made of very soft fabric – I want to find the same kind! Hot water came on in seconds. The furniture in the room also felt high quality; the desk was marble, and the chaise lounge was comfortable even for extended sitting. The TV screen was quite large with clear picture quality. The Wi-Fi speed was fast, and I had no lag while gaming – an amazing experience! The lobby was spacious and bright, and the sofas in the lounge area were plush. The elevators were fast, played soft music, and were clean inside – going up and down was completely hassle-free. The hotel signage was very clear. The lighting in the public areas at night was bright, and there were cameras at every corner, making me feel very safe returning to my room at night. The guest room doors had electronic locks and automatically locked when closed, which was very reassuring. I could also borrow umbrellas and a garment steamer from the closet, which was very convenient. The butler had even prepared a baby cot, children's toiletries, and non-slip slippers beforehand – the butler was truly meticulous. I hadn't expected much from a hotel at this price point, but the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The only regret was that the hotel's swimming pool was undergoing maintenance, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle service to a neighboring hotel to use their pool. Let's talk about the breakfast restaurant: It was located next to the pool, with a clean and open space. The tables were generously spaced, not crowded. The indoor lighting was warm, soft, and comfortable. Window seats offered direct views of the garden and sea, and enjoying breakfast with the sea breeze created a wonderful atmosphere. Relaxing light music played continuously, making for a tranquil and uncrowded dining environment. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, and Hainan specialties like Lingshui sour noodles – everything was available. The food stations and utensils were spotless. And let's talk about the hygiene in the public areas and guest rooms: there was no dust or water stains in corners or crevices. The bathrooms and dining areas were clean and tidy. The overall environment was spotless; the hygiene standards were excellent! 👍👍. Among high-end sea view resorts, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. The facilities, service, and hardware far surpassed what I expected for the price. The stay was truly worth every penny! The transportation was convenient. The hotel is located in the Clear Water Bay Resort area, next to a golf course. There are shops within the hotel, and a large farmers market nearby. By car, you can reach Nanwan Monkey Island and Daidai Island, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Now, about the service: I had seen some online comments suggesting the hotel's service wasn't great, but after staying there, I can honestly say the service was excellent! There were bellhops at the entrance to help with luggage. The young man at the front desk who handled check-in was also very helpful, quickly arranging a great room and proactively introducing the hotel's facilities. The concierge who brought my luggage to the room also provided information about the hotel's surroundings. And let me tell you about my butler, Miss Kelly – her service was truly outstanding! Knowing I was traveling alone with two young children, she was incredibly thoughtful, preparing the room and special small gifts for the kids. She even helped arrange a late checkout. She meticulously considered so many things for me. I highly recommend her!!! I hope she's still there when I come back next year, haha. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Lingshui."

"King of value for money for family trips! Overall, the experience was fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely be back! The cleanliness was spot on; I didn't find a single flaw, though some of the equipment was a bit dated. The service was prompt and efficient. The room attendant was incredibly thoughtful; knowing we needed mineral water for our baby's formula, she proactively provided extra bottles. Such heartwarming attention to detail! The front desk staff were also very helpful and answered all our questions. I have to rave about the hotel's new soup and dish restaurant! There was a cold dish that was absolutely delicious – we ordered it two days in a row. The best part is the price, which was incredibly affordable, even better value than ordering takeout from Clear Water Bay. What's even more impressive is that everything is freshly prepared, not pre-made, so you can eat with peace of mind and comfort. The family activities are abundant and well-suited for younger children. The petting zoo has a huge variety of animals. Although there's an extra charge, my child played there for over an hour and didn't want to leave. It was absolutely worth the price, and my baby had a blast. Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. It's definitely a top choice for a family vacation and is already on my list for a second visit!"
