"First off, the location is incredibly convenient, just a few steps from the pier. Right next door is the island's only walking street with all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment, giving it a prime spot. As for the service, it was good, with nothing really to fault. However, for the price, it would be perfect if they could improve the bedding. I slept on a creaky bed for two nights, and the sheets even had holes in them. Maybe it was because my room was by the pool and quite humid; none of my clothes, not even intimates, dried in two days, and they all smelled like salted fish! Just think of it as a convenient hotel. For the island, the value for money is pretty good at this price, but if this were in a city back home, there would be many more options..."

"Just left and already missing it 🥹 What a wonderful trip! The hardware and software facilities in the room were impeccable, you could really tell the effort they put in. Before bed, a butler would even come to draw the curtains and prepare the bedding, placing water and glasses on both nightstands – so thoughtful! Extremely satisfied. The hotel's public areas are beautiful, though a part of it is still under renovation. It would be even better if the plants were more lush! Besides the beach out front, there's also a public pool 👍👍 The view from the gym is absolutely stunning; exercising in such an environment would make anyone incredibly happy 🥲🥲 The hotel offers many activities, which you can book through their app. I absolutely loved paddling the clear kayak, it was so beautiful. The hotel's massage prices are a bit high, hope they can adjust them in the future. The staff are warm and friendly, and there's even a Chinese-speaking butler named Yaa, who is lovely and talkative, and helped me so much during this trip! I accidentally left some clothes behind and she even helped ship them to Bangkok. I don't know how to thank her. Please, hotel management, give this wonderful employee Yaa a raise!! Next time I come to Koh Lipe, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to all my friends~"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort! We stayed in the Tree Pool Villa, and it was absolutely perfect for our child. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and relaxing. We loved all the amenities the resort has to offer. The complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service to the walking street was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was one of the highlights of our stay—very relaxing and definitely worth it. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Our favorite was definitely the noodle station! The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. One thing that really impressed us was the bathroom—it was almost as large as the bedroom and felt luxurious. The resort’s beachfront location was another major highlight. Our child had so much fun kayaking and snorkeling in the clear water. If you’re staying here, I also highly recommend renting a boat to visit and hike the island directly opposite the resort. The scenery is breathtaking, and it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss. Overall, we had an amazing family vacation and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing tropical getaway!"

"Bulow Casa was an absolute gem and one of the best stays we have ever had. The beach was stunning — pristine, peaceful, and just steps away. It’s the kind of beach you never want to leave. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was wonderful. The surroundings are beautifully maintained and create a truly relaxing environment that makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. The food at the hotel was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety that satisfied every craving. Dining here was genuinely a pleasure. The staff deserve a special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Their warmth made a real difference to our experience. One standout feature that truly impressed us was the complimentary shuttle service around Koh Lipe. Being able to explore the island freely without any extra cost was a fantastic touch that showed how much the hotel cares about its guests’ experience. We would recommend Bulow Casa to anyone visiting Koh Lipe without hesitation. We will absolutely be back."
