"Unlimited access to Mutianyu Great Wall tickets during your stay (excluding round-trip cable car): This is really great! We checked in on Saturday and went once, and could go again on Sunday. It's linked to your ID, so you can enter and exit as many times as you like with your ID card. Buying cable car tickets at the hotel also saves you a bit of money.
Ambiance: It has quite a rustic, mountain feel. It would be absolutely beautiful in spring. The rooms are scattered across multiple courtyards, some on the hillside, some on the ground floor, which is quite interesting. Especially in spring, it's very lovely.
Facilities: The room has an antique charm, with a wooden-beamed ceiling. It really gives you a vacation vibe. Many rooms come with a small private courtyard, which is great for letting the baby play outside when the weather is good. The facilities inside are decent, and I think the value for money is pretty good for the price.
The hotel has its own restaurant, and the food is good. The prices aren't cheap, but for a scenic area, they're acceptable. The breakfast buffet ends quite early, so remember to go early.
Transportation is surprisingly convenient. You can go up the mountain with your Ctrip order number. Before entering the hotel's private parking lot, you just need to call the front desk and tell them your license plate number, and you can get in. It's quite easy. The hotel parking lot is very large, and there's a direct elevator to the lobby after you park."
