"Upon check-in, the customer service upgraded me to a non-smoking executive floor room with a lake view. The lake view from the 18th floor was stunning. They also gave me a welcome gift. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is designed to five-star standards, and the room was well-equipped with everything needed. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were of high quality. It's a garden-style hotel with excellent landscaping. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. All the staff were kind and friendly. Definitely worth staying here."

"Well maintained hotel among mountains. Very clean and modern setting rooms. Love the complimentary afternoon tea and supper while admiring the views. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel close to main attractions. Dinner at the hotel was nice. The only negative is limited breakfast selections. We had a driver so was able to also visit Aizhai suspension bridge. I would recommend this hotel and in fact this hotel chain."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very beautifully located next to a stream. Even though I didn’t speak Mandarin, the owners were very helpful and kind. They have a nice restaurant downstairs where you can have a lovely dinner outside. The town and the area is the most beautiful place I have ever been. 谢谢你!! I will be back."

"The hotel boasts a super convenient location, with rooms offering views of Quanzhou Old Town. It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"The twin room is spacious and transparent, the lighting view is particularly good, and the green outside the window is very comfortable. The bedding is clean and soft, sleeping peacefully and not stinging, and the whole house is clean and odorless. The room is soundproofed online, quiet and not noisy, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. The front desk service is gentle and intimate, check-in is efficient and worry-free, cost-effective, travel accommodation is the first choice, will come again next time!"

"If you're visiting Qianzhou Ancient Town, this hotel is an absolute gem! I stayed here for one night and couldn't have picked a better spot. It locates by the river! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the main ancient town attractions. Within 2–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach two very unique river-crossing bridges that full of local charm and character. Very nice spot to take picture right at the doorstep of hotel. The room overlooks the river, scenic bridges, and Qianzhou Ancient Town directly across. The views are gorgeous during the day and even better at night when everything lights up! The hotel features a stylish blend of modern aesthetic and traditional Chinese design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Their hospitality is outstanding! The front desk was so helpful, one call upon arrival and they came right to our drop-off point to assist with our luggage. The owner is super friendly and welcoming! Some of great restaurants, cafes, teahouses, and bars right around the corner. Definitely giving this place 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Will 100% stay here again next time!"

"The room was very clean and tidy! The landlady was incredibly friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and down-to-earth! The hallways on each floor of the building are spacious enough for dancing and other recreational activities! The location in Aizhai Town is excellent; you can see the Aizhai Bridge just by looking up! There's a bus stop right outside – Aizhai Primary School Station – and it's only 3 stops from the Aizhai Bridge and Dehang Grand Canyon, very convenient. The buses all come from Jishou Railway Station! The breakfast was also plentiful. We came from Biancheng last Monday, stayed for two nights, and then went to Ganzhou Ancient City in Jishou. The owner kindly took us there, thank you so much! The owner's aunt is also a very nice person, always smiling, friendly, and down-to-earth. She owns a rice noodle shop right next to the guesthouse, and her braised pork is also delicious! They are Miao and Tu people, very friendly, hospitable, simple, and kind! I love the people here! I wish them peace, happiness, and a peaceful life!"

"This time I stayed at Lingxi Elegant Restaurant, and I was completely amazed by the view of the room! The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow you to enjoy the cloudy karst peaks, the blue tile hanging tower and the gurgling stream without leaving home. When the fog rises in the mountains in the morning, it seems to be in a fairyland. The room is warm and clean, the bedding is soft, and the living is quiet and comfortable. The homestay is right by the Dexu Jiulong River, two or three minutes away from the visitor center. It is very close to the bonfire party at night. The proprietress is kind and will recommend local food and tour routes in addition to free pick-up service.    Listening to the stream, looking at the distant mountains, fleeing the hustle and bustle of the city, this journey is because this homestay has too many points, I love it, and I will stay here next time I have a chance."

"Beautiful location, disappointing stay The location of this guesthouse is excellent, right in the center of Dehang Miao Village, with a lovely view of the river that runs through the village. The village itself is very charming and picturesque, and the setting could not be better. Unfortunately, our experience with the accommodation was not as positive. Compared with other places where we stayed during our trip in China, the room was not particularly clean. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and dead insects, which may have entered through the window after cleaning, but they were still there when we arrived. Our room was on the top floor, where renovation work was apparently still ongoing. Water was dripping from the ceiling directly above one of the beds. The owners had placed adhesive tape around the ceiling light where the water was leaking, which looked quite unsafe and raised concerns about a possible electrical short circuit. The larger double bed had an extremely hard mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning unit was positioned so that the airflow blew directly onto the bed. However, turning it off was not really an option because the room quickly became hot and humid. The owner was kind enough to pick us up and drive us back to the village entrance with his car, which we appreciated. We had also asked about breakfast for the following morning. We were initially told to wait until the next day because the owner’s wife was not available. The following morning she kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us, but unfortunately we had already planned to leave early. Communication was difficult because the only way to contact the property was by telephone. As we do not speak Chinese, we had to ask the receptionist at our previous hotel to call on our behalf. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of information provided about the village. Nobody explained what there was to see or do, nor did they provide any information about Miao culture, local traditions, or typical dishes. We discovered by chance that there was an afternoon performance taking place in the village, and we found the trail to the waterfall only after searching online ourselves. Despite the positive reviews, our stay did not meet expectations, and we would not choose this property again. On a positive note, we had an excellent meal at the restaurant in the main square, the one with the hanging corn cobs and fans outside. The two ladies working there were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was among the best we had during our visit."

"It was truly a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable. On sunny days, you could see the Aizhai Bridge directly from the room, and when it was foggy, it had a tranquil, deep-mountain forest feel. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cliffside infinity pool was stunning. Overall, the comfort was excellent, and I felt it was great value for money at just over 400 yuan. I rarely review resort hotels like this, but this one was truly exceptional. I felt the scenery and service were even better than some Hilton hotels I've stayed at abroad."
