"Facilities: The room was very spacious and thoughtfully sectioned, giving the guesthouse a really stylish design. It came with a private pool, a cafe, and even complimentary sand baths. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Environment: The entire guesthouse is expansive and beautifully designed. It's incredibly pleasant to just relax here without even needing to go out. Service: The housekeeper was very responsive and promptly addressed all our requests. Overall, a really great stay."

"I am confused how they got so many good reviews after staying here. First, they said offer they tickets to get into Grape Valley and it ended up no tickets are needed. Second, we went out for dinner, restaurants on the right side of the hotel, as the hotel suggested, are 3X more expensive than the normal price. Third, a worker at our hotel offered to drive us to a restaurant but we declined. Later, we found out that he was trying to take us to an overpriced restaurant with no customers. I guess he was looking for a commission from that restaurant. Fourth, we asked one lady in the touristy area, how far is the night market and she said 25 km, we checked on line it was only 7 km away. Even though the room itself was fine, I would advise against staying here or in Grape Valley altogether. Although a visit here for 1 or 2 hours is fine."

The staff are authentic and warm - always ready to help and share their vast knowledge of the area. It is welcoming, and peaceful, giving us a real sense of Grape Valley’s charm and hospitality. And everything is spotless & clean - the staff take a great deal of care to make the rooms extremely comfortable and the surroundings ready to welcome you. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet ideally situated close to all the attractions. It was easy to enjoy Gaochang, Jiohe, Kerez and many more while still having a calm retreat to return to. One of the highlights was the outdoor sitting area, which was a cool respite during the day under the shade of beautiful 100+ year-old elm trees. In the evening, it became the perfect place to enjoy dinner under the stars s💫 A true 5-star 💎💎💎💎💎 experience and so much more!"

"Couldn’t be happier with the stay. Arrived early morning at Turpan rail station and the owner granted early checkin without a fuss. Super convenient given the tiring overnight train journey. Owner was also kind enough to arrange for tour driver for one day sightseeing. The area is awesome! Next door is a local vegetable and fruit shop where things can be purchased super cheaply. Bought a large watermelon (in season) and the owner lent a knife to cut it open. Delicious! The room is great; well appointed, clean, breezy. Only slight issue with the bathroom where the water didn’t drain fast enough so need to shower carefully to prevent overflow into the room. Overall, it was a stay well beyond expectation. The owner was super nice and helpful."

"Don't say, it's quite amazing. We decided to travel temporarily. Turpan was hot. The family ran for a day and was very tired. The boss's tofu fish made us full of blood, hahahahaha. The boss is from Chongqing, warm and thoughtful. There is also hygiene obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the room for us is clean and there is no smell. The yard is covered with grape vines, a little breeze, no sun, cool and cool. I really recommend this homestay to everyone. Especially this tofu fish. It's so cool."

Staying at this hotel while visiting the desert was super convenient. In the afternoon, the kids could rest in the room, and by evening, we went off-roading in the desert. Coming back exhausted, it was great to have a comfortable room to shower and relax. The service was particularly good, which I really appreciated. You can't compare a 300-priced hotel to one that costs 500 or 1000, but overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money. My child forgot their glasses, and when I called SF Express, the staff helped me arrange the shipping smoothly. The only minor downside was that the laundry room was always busy with a queue.

The room felt like a large tent, with the bathroom and sink located behind the bedroom area. Water splashed out when someone showered, but otherwise, everything was fine. Ventilation was decent, and there wasn't a strong odor. The only real perk of staying in the desert was being able to watch the sunrise the next day and have the entire desert to ourselves before the first tourists arrived. I had hoped to enjoy the desert the evening I checked in, but it was too windy and sandy after sunset to do anything. One area for improvement is that the hotel stay doesn't include admission to the scenic area, nor does it cover the shuttle bus tickets for children. We had to buy extra tickets at the entrance, which wasn't a great experience. The hotel price is already quite high, so for a hotel located within the scenic area, this should really be included. The complimentary hot pot dinner was good, with generous portions, enough for two adults and one child. The complimentary 'Lost Loulan' VR show is also worth watching.
