"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "The hotel is located at a strategic area in Bogor and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Mcdonald is 50 metres away. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was reasonably sized for a 3 star hotel, air conditioned cold, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple and good enough to fill the stomach in the morning."

"On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly."

"Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one."

"Fast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items. Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser. Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here"

"Room is simple and a bit outdated, but okay and clean. Public toilet in the lobby was dirty. Location in bogor is close to two museums and the botanical garden (10min walk) Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay for me with fresh fruits and omelette."
