"Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price."

"I am so glad I chose this hotel. Upon arriving, the staff greeted me a warm welcome. Mathan who worked as a receptionist was so nice, and also all the doormen. I loved my room. They did everyday make up and replenished all toiletries. They provide water dispenser on every floor too. One more thing was that the hotel provides in house movies. My view was river and I loved it much. Hotel location is very accessible to Ipoh train station, airport and everywhere. The money I paid was worth it. This hotel deserves another star⭐️"

"A really comfortable n clean 3 rooms apmt. Tv with android box full of selection live tv and movies. Self checkin n out really easy n fast. Will definitely repeat on my next visit. Communication wise was immediately responsive.The only minus point was the parking spot in d 5th floor was quite a challenge 😜. Overall happy with my stay ."

"Everything as described.. clear direction for check in and check out procedure.. Proposal to the owner.. should add on racks and hangers for clothes and towels. The toilet needs an exhaust fan to make the floor dry. Overall we are happy for the stay. Nice morning sunrise view.."

"After check-in, I was taken to the first room on the 3rd floor. The water pump that might be located above was very loud and noisy. It is too loud to sleep. I asked the staff to check and change the room for me. Luckily, there is a vacant one that I can move to. There is no elevator, so I do not recommend to anyone who has a big luggage."

"A very satisfying stay! The parking space is downstairs, close to the elevator, very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, daily necessities are well prepared, and towels are provided. The space is large enough to accommodate 6 people, very suitable for family travel. I will book again next time!"

"(Unit 6-13) I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open. I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay. PS : You cannot lock the door or you will be penalised RM100. You may refer photo for more info."

"Fast respon upon placed booking. Proper guideline for me to check in. I’m very satisfied with facilities & cleanliness. Towel & bedding cover smell fresh. Would appreciate if check out time can be done at 12pm as most of hotel & homestay apply the standard timing. Highly recommended for family stay."
