"Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price."

"The location of the hotel is good, not far from the famous eateries area. The basement of parking is limited and parking in another building js available. There is a free shuttle connecting parking B to the main building. However it only runs between 8am till 11pm. There is a 7eleven convenient shop at the lobby. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a pantry in every floor for water refill."

"Location is good but the photo not same with the actual condition. If anyone is not care for the quality should be okay, if need quiet place for a stay better look for other places. Near mosque so when early morning will noisy and room will directly smell when use toilet. So far cleaning still okay. But my room tv is broken when i check in."

"The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there."

"Hey, just scrolling through reviews, huh? 🙈 Just book it, don't overthink it. The unit is super clean and comfortable. I'd give it 10 stars. Everything is complete. Prayer mat, hairdryer, even a steam iron, washing machine with laundry detergent, towels, shower gel, and shampoo are all provided. Only toothbrush and toothpaste you'll need to bring yourself. Everything else is fully stocked. The unit offers a partial mountain view, and you can watch trains go by while watching TV. The check-in process was easy. After booking, the host will WhatsApp you with all the instructions. The location is very close to Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun. Mikerfood Kinta Riverwalk for dining is also very nearby. It's about a 20-minute drive to Tasik Cermin. Good location, close to many attractions."

"(Unit 6-13) I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open. I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay. "Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us. Thank you and pls keep up the good service and nice maintenance of the house."

"Four people booked a 4-person room with a loft. The house is very beautiful. The downstairs is indeed decorated in a European and exquisite style. It is very photogenic. However, the loft is small and only has a mattress. The mattress is very soft, so the two people sleeping together affect each other, resulting in poor sleep for two nights. The location is relatively remote, about 1.5 kilometers away from Lao Huang Ya Cai Chicken. Taxi drivers often can't find the place. Local friends who drive to find it will go the wrong way. There is no food, drink or entertainment within a radius of 1 kilometer, and it is dark at night. The hygiene and service are good, and the front desk girl understands Chinese."
