"Good location but check-in instructions was unclear"

"What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is in a perfect location via Toledo, the room had a spectacular view of the street. The only thing is that check in is made in a different location than the hotel, but if you send them a mail to the hotel, you will get the address where you have to check in. For all the other great!!"

"Within walking distance from Naples Central Station, it is within walking distance to popular pizza specialty stores and long-established seafood restaurants. I was worried about whether I could reach the room in a corner of the residential area, but the owner provided accurate information in advance and I was able to check in smoothly. The room is incredibly beautifully arranged throughout the chaotic city until then, and the room is clean and large. The owner was encouraging to take this request seriously. it's recommended."

"I could not find the hotel, in fact its not a hotel its some rooms inside the building. I could not contact the property and it was rainy and cold I stayed in another place. TRIP service could not help me to receive refund, and they proposed a little compensation with trip coins. I booked a hotel with booking because it had a better price. Usually I use only trip, but this time it was not fortune."

"We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us. Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had. The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished. There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person): Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep) Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples."
