"Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. The surrounding environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a truly immersive holiday experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Hainan, Wanning Shenzhou Peninsula – it's truly an ideal choice for a vacation in Hainan! It boasts a 700-meter golden coastline, surrounded by tropical coconut palm gardens, and just steps away from a private beach with crystal-clear water and soft sand. The sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with superb ocean-view balconies where you can take in the blue sea and sky right from your bed. The facilities are complete and thoughtful, with attention to every detail. The huge outdoor water play area is fantastic, with lagoon pools and ocean-view pools scattered throughout. The kids' club and pet park offer excellent amenities for families, making it perfect for vacations with children. The service is impeccable. The butler was warm, attentive, and responsive, ensuring an excellent experience throughout. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including Hainan specialties like Hou'an powder and Qingbuliang, all fresh and delicious. Whether you're on a romantic getaway or a family trip, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wanning!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the Sun and Moon Bay riding stable and the Legendary Water Park, so you don't have to go out of your way to visit nearby attractions. Parking is convenient if you're driving, and the apartment's surroundings are quiet and full of greenery. After a day of exploring, coming back to the apartment to relax is pure bliss – it's perfect for a relaxing getaway."

"This is the most expensive and largest DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. The hotel's overall facilities are decent, but the management clearly isn't up to par. The hot spring pools are also quite small, with only a few open. I booked a lake-view room, but they assigned me a room on the fifth floor where you can barely see the lake. The front desk even tried to trick me by saying that the fifth floor was the highest for this room type. The beef noodle soup from room service was truly awful, and expensive to boot. The hotel is quite large, but the lakeside is overgrown with weeds and poorly maintained. The room maintenance is also mediocre; the air purifier in the room was so noisy I couldn't sleep, so I had to turn it off."

"This is my second time at the Westin, and I absolutely have to commend our butler, Mile! She is truly wonderful! She checked in on our location while we were still en route, and seeing the long queue for check-in, she didn't want us to wait too long. She rushed over to check us in after assisting her previous guest, huffing and puffing. Every day, she proactively informed us about all the hotel details and asked if we needed anything. It's important to remember that she serves many guests daily, so it's a one-to-many service, not one-on-one. She is incredibly attentive, dedicated, and hardworking – she definitely deserves a raise, haha! I also have to praise the housekeeping staff. Having stayed in hotels for many years, she is the most meticulous and kind person I've ever encountered. She replenished our toiletries so meticulously every day, not missing a single item. She even placed a new set of toothbrushes next to our used ones in the guest bathroom. Almost all other hotels I've stayed at, before check-out, would often miss refilling certain items. While they are small things, it truly makes a difference in the guest experience, and a hotel's reputation is built on its employees' work ethic. I'm still very satisfied with this stay and look forward to my next visit!"

"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"Facilities: As it's a newly opened B&B hotel, the facilities are very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. All the bedding is of excellent quality and feel, and all the disposable amenities are also quite good quality. Ambiance: It has a very South of France-inspired B&B vibe. The colorful umbrellas, the swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♂️, and the wall colors all combine beautifully, giving it a strong summer feel. Service: I'm not sure if it's because they just opened, but the butler service is fantastic. If they can maintain this level, it will be the best hotel near Wanning. They are on call 24 hours. My friends and I had tea and a fruit platter in the evenings, and everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, like old friends. The owner is also super attentive in greeting guests and handling any issues. There's also a highly recommended old coffee and tea restaurant nearby. (Just a small note: Because it's newly opened, the rooms might have a slight smell from the wood装修. However, I expect it to disappear after about a month. If you stay soon, you can just use a fan to air it out.)"

In Hong Kong, a room like this would cost more than 4,000 HKD. **Cleanliness:** You can tell they put effort into cleaning; it was very neat and comfortable. However, they should pay attention to the window glass; there were some spots. It's a shame to have such a beautiful view obscured by blemishes. **Environment:** The environment is truly exceptional. The lobby is understated, but the room is anything but. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a stunning sea view, completely consistent with the pictures advertised online. There are also many small animals nearby (like squirrels). However, the calls of geese and chickens at night were, honestly, quite disruptive to sleep at one point. After mentioning it to the butler, it was immediately rectified. **Facilities:** Very satisfied, and very convenient. The various amenities provided in the room were all practical and useful. It's a pity that some TV channels had no sound (and it wasn't a smart TV or had international channels). I really liked the coffee machine and washing machine. The other facilities offered by the hotel were also pretty good. Breakfast was beyond words! The juices were freshly squeezed, with plenty of pulp, and the coconut water was genuinely made from coconuts picked fresh from the tree (I witnessed it myself). **Service:** The butler's responses were very prompt. I'm someone who values timely feedback, so my demands for butler service are quite stringent. The butler for this room reservation was excellent. They promptly resolved any issues and had great coordination skills, without showing any impatience. Very thoughtful. The staff at the buffet restaurant were also very good. I needed to pack some breakfast for my husband, and the staff member (I forgot to ask her name) patiently packed it for me and even gave me extra pastries. As for the other service staff who frequently delivered takeaways and items to us, they were also quite good. However, I'm not sure if it was because they were hosting more guests during the May Day holiday, but a few staff members seemed a bit sluggish. I hope the hotel can provide its staff with necessary humanistic care."

"A perfect place to just chill! I was so surprised by how close it is to the beach; you can hear the powerful waves as soon as you open the balcony door. A quick walk across the lawn from the pool takes you right to the sea. The best part is how uncrowded it is – so much quieter than the bustling Shimei Bay. Initially, I saw a lot of reviews complaining about slow buggy service, but personally, I found that you only really need a buggy for luggage when checking in or out. Otherwise, walking is perfectly fine; you can reach any part of the hotel in about 10 minutes. The buggies not only make you wait, but they also have one-way routes that sometimes take you on a big loop to your destination, picking up other guests along the way. It might not even be faster than walking. Plus, the hotel's garden landscaping is absolutely stunning, and walking with family often reveals little surprises that you might miss if you took the buggy. The room was decent and good value for money, though not particularly spectacular. Check-in was indeed very, very slow, but once you get through that, the experience gets progressively better. They offer the usual online concierge service, and 'Hamburger' from the front desk added me on WeChat beforehand. She was very prompt in responding to any requests during my stay – highly recommend! There are plenty of delivery options around, and the hotel delivers food to your room. However, I personally recommend walking out of the hotel for meals; it's so close! I usually walk more with my dog daily than I did here, it's incredibly leisurely. And seriously, this garden view never gets old. Two nights were definitely too short. I'll be back to try a sea-view room next time!"
