"We had a really good stay at Homa Hotel. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool—you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed sunset view right from the pool, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a kids’ room available that kept the little ones entertained. Another big plus is the location: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, and there’s a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The hotel area is beautiful and well designed, and the rooftop area with the pool is especially nice. The fitness center is great and very professional. There is even a trainer, which I really appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Tuang at the reception for her excellent service and support. Communication with the reception via WhatsApp is extremely convenient and makes everything much easier. Another big plus is the 7-Eleven right across the street, which is very practical as it is open 24 hours. One small negative point was that there was no hair dryer in the room, which I found a bit unusual. However, after messaging the reception on WhatsApp, a hair dryer was delivered to my room within 5 minutes, so it was not a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. "The reception guy was polite and helpful. The position of air conditioner was not strategic as it was places directly facing the bed making it too chilly at night. We booked 3 rooms in total for 2 nights.All 3 rooms we got were different in sizes.One was really small ( 501 ). Toilet and shower are together with no partition.Whole bathroom floor will become wet when you shower. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Overall this is a good 2 star hotel. Check in and check out was easy."

"This is definitely the top pick for value for money during peak season. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach, or you can take the hotel's free shuttle. Right outside, there's a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, and various restaurants along the road, including a Burger King. The hotel has two swimming pools, which, though not huge, are perfectly fine for kids to splash around in. Breakfast costs 250 baht for adults and 150 baht for children; the selection is good enough to fill you up, and it's never crowded. The family room comes with a bunk bed and a 1.5-meter large bed. The quality control is impressive – no deposit was required, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. To have such a good experience during peak season, I'm extremely satisfied. There's a big massage parlor right at the entrance, including a mini Green Leaf branch. There are also two ATMs, one orange and one purple."

"Warmly welcomed by the staff with a huge coconut while waiting for check-in. Room was decorated nicely (upon request) and the whole villa was pretty clean with only one or two flies. Loved the bathtub/shower which had strong current and steady hot water. Private pool was relatively clean and staff were really friendly. Counter receptionists speak good english and the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes (asian & western) with some changes in menu everyday. Although the overall experience was good and would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Phuket, the location can be quite out of the way (~30mins to Phuket Old Town). If you don’t have your own transport, there are bicycle/bike/car rentals on site at affordable rates, and shuttle buses to some destinations."

"We travelled with a 1 year old Child. It was clean. Every Day New towels and Walter was provided. Room had balcony. Air conditioner functioned well. Only ” problem” was on the Last Day that the Walter hasnt functioned for a couple of hours and sometimes when turning on the shower to warm, came warm then Cold then Again warm. But I don t see this as a big problem just minor things that should be managed. Location good. 7 eleven next to the hotel. Many restaurants and bars in promity of the hotel. Bangla road 15 mins away."

AArinaWe stayed here for 5 days. The hotel lives up to its name: the area is quite quiet and calm. Pros: 1. Wonderful hostess! Very kind, attentive and caring. Always accommodating and ready to help. It is obvious that she cares about her hotel, so everything is clean and tidy. 2. Delicious buffet breakfasts. Mostly eggs, but we never left hungry. If you stay here, I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. Or at least trying it. 3. Cleaning. The area is cleaned daily, practically throughout the day. The cleaning of the rooms themselves is also high-quality. 4. Cheap bike rental. Cons: 1. The first and most important minus for us follows from the plus - room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were given several towels, during our stay and daily cleaning, the cleaning service changed them. When checking out, they tell us that we are missing one small towel in our room. We are shocked, how could this happen. It's not that we didn't take them with us, we didn't use them at all! That's why we didn't keep track of how many small towels we had every day. We always took only large ones. Moreover, I took my small towel from home (from Russia), so we didn't need someone else's. As a result, after their statement, I go through all the suitcases at the reception, thinking maybe they threw it somewhere with the things - it's nowhere. They go to look in the room - they don't find it there and say that we need to pay 200 baht for it. Of course, we paid, but leaving the hotel as ”thieves” is not very pleasant. As soon as we checked into another hotel, I went through all the things again and naturally I didn't find any of their towels. I don't want to think that this was set up on purpose, so I highly recommend that the hotel sort things out with the staff, because If we didn't take this towel, then someone else took it. Or they simply didn't put it in for us during cleaning. P.S. The hostess was not there when we checked out the room. Maybe she would have sorted out the situation. 2. Road noise. You can hear it loudly, even if the windows overlook the yard. We only slept with earplugs. Bottom line: If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is your option. But be sure to check the availability of towels, etc. after each cleaning, if you don't want to end up in our place. We ourselves would have wanted to come back here later, if not for this situation.

GGuest UserWe lived a month in the studio room , we liked everything. Staff very responsive and friendly to any appeals responded at once. The villa is not new , but cared for , clean and beautiful territory, clean swimming pool. There are many shops, cafes, massage salons nearby. Let's go back to this hotel unequivocally. We lived with cats, for animals too convenient - on windows and doors mosquito nets strong - will not escape.

GGuest UserWe were settled before the rules were stated, for which thanks, all showed, led to the house. The house itself is clean, furnished, there is a teapot, a coffee machine (old), there is no stove if you suddenly think of cooking. In life, the house was better than the photo, we all remained satisfied. The pool is clean, next to the pool of 2 pieces and showers. There is also a kitchen with tables, the area is small but no more. Prepared well, average prices, breakfast was really pleased. Over the whole territory some kind of home environment, not like hotels, we liked it and the impression of everything around left only positive. To the beach go 10 minutes, may less, near the shop 7-11 and tops daily, personally I recommend the second, there bought a sim-card for 200 batts per month with no limit.

GGuest UserExcellent accommodation for two couples, no problems with evening check-in. No insects, but the owners provided excellent repellents. With direct access to the beach... There is everything you need for a carefree holiday... They even wash the dishes every cleaning... Two air conditioners in the common area!!! a full refrigerator of clean water. Thank you very much! Opposite the villas is a good cafe with Russian and Thai cuisine. The beach is also beautiful, crystal clear water, not as crowded as in the city, I recommend taking a kayak or SUP and swimming to the nearest bays, very romantic.

Много гуляли, смотрели город, рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и в целом, развитая инфраструктура. Весь дождливый день провели в панорамном бассейне на крыше. Было очень атмосферно. Хочется выразить благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Начиная со встречи в аэропорту и заканчивая проводами мы были окружены заботой. Чувствовали себя так сказать «как дома»))) Очень рекомендую брать трансфер от отеля. Все быстро, комфортно, никого нигде не ждали, рейс сильно опоздал, но нас дождались. Не пришлось бежать менять сразу доллары в аэропорту по плохому курсу. Все оплатили потом в офисе, на обмене сэкономили 10%. По апартаментам нареканий нет. Выбирали по фото, все соответствует

AAnicka88Very close to the airport, which is convenient. The bedroom itself was clean and modern, but the bathroom door couldn’t close because the sink blocks it. The bathroom also had several cracks, and being able to close it would help prevent insects from entering the sleeping area. I had checked in online, but I didn’t receive any instructions on how to access the room. Since there is no reception and the property only has a sign on the main road, it was confusing on arrival. I arrived later in the evening and had to walk across several huts to find a man who spoke only Thai. He called the manager, who then gave me instructions on how to get into the room. There was no water pressure in the shower. I reported this to the manager but did not receive a response. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a cheap place to stay before a flight, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And I had many online meetings so I appreciated that. The pools are nice but busy and beware of hornets at the rooftop. The room is generally quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours talking or coughing. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is weird and has low water pressure while the sink has extremely high pressure for some reason. Also lots of ants around. The balcony faced construction so it was quite loud from 7am until about 10pm. Would be nice to have some chairs and a drying rack on the balcony. Not sure why this room didn’t have one. I saw other balconies with this. There’s a lovely restaurant with a nice view. The food I ordered was good, except the breakfast (that was terrible). It’s also far from everything so you need a bike for sure. Overall this place has potential, but needs more attention to details.

11395320****I have to give them a rave review! I almost hesitated to book this hotel after seeing online reviews saying it was in a remote location, but I'm so glad I did. It's better than any villa we've stayed in before, and most importantly, the service is absolutely fantastic. Any problems were resolved immediately, and the cleaning staff were always smiling, professional, and efficient! I don't think the location is remote at all; it's a 5-minute walk to the main road and the beach. Although there's a small path, the streetlights are bright, making it very safe. There's also a local restaurant nearby where you can try local cuisine. Several 7-Elevens are within a 10-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! There are massage parlors all around, and they're very cheap. Our family of four goes for massages every day. There are also fruit stalls and good restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! This beach has a lot of white people, and very few Chinese people!

KKaren LempickaThe best location. Opposite Patong Beach and very near to Bangla Road and Smart Bus station to go to airport or other areas. The room is newly furbished and reopen in Jan 2025, so it looks better. However the water heater did not function well. Theres a flying cockaroach in the toilet. We booked sea view however the view is limited by trees and roof. When they clean up the room they put away the rug (carpet) and the bed throw. It was decorated as we first checked in. Room photos included in the review. We are very pleased with our stay overall. For the price we paid (during high season) we are happy with our choice.
