"This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area."

"Chain hotels are pretty good. I often travel around for business. It's hard to understand why some white-collar workers are so picky when they pay over 200 yuan. I forgot a bag of souvenirs when I checked in. I suddenly remembered that I was missing a bag of things after I entered the room for a long time. When I went down to the lobby, the PA lady said that she was afraid that we couldn't find it, so she didn't dare to take it away. She left it there for us to come back and get it. I give her a thumbs up!"

"Staying here with kids was a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with thoughtful amenities like kids' slippers and toothbrushes. It's conveniently located near Guizhou Road and Erqiao Square, making it easy to get around. The soundproofing was excellent, so the kids slept soundly. The cleaning staff were attentive, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, it's great value for money and a top choice for families traveling with children."

"Advantages: After looking around, this is probably the best-located guesthouse in terms of scale, environment, facilities, and resort vibes of Wanwei Golden Beach. The price increase during the Spring Festival was acceptable. The staff were very friendly, the parking lot was sufficient, there were several charging stations, and a laundry room with dryers – all very practical. The beach is right outside, though not in the center of the beach, making the beach cleaner. Being further west, it's less crowded, even during the Spring Festival, making beachcombing very comfortable and convenient. There were tons of golden shrimp, snails, hermit crabs, and mini sand crabs. Summer might be even better, with three swimming pools for swimming. Breakfast was supposedly complimentary, including eggs, porridge, soy milk, noodles, and fried noodles – enough to fill you up if you're not too picky. The seafood we had cooked at the hotel on New Year's Eve tasted significantly better than what we had outside the day before, even though the price was similar. Disadvantages: The room facilities and furniture were of average quality, the interior was rather basic, and didn't match the perceived luxury of the exterior. Also, the sofa could be cleaned better. Overall, staying at Wanwei Golden Beach is the best choice, and I highly recommend it."
