"This was by far the most satisfying place I've stayed during my entire trip through Yunnan. The service was impeccable, truly 5-star. They've thought of almost every scenario in terms of amenities, thoughtful touches, and service. Beyond hand soap, the sink area also had laundry detergent and lotion. When the windows were closed, the soundproofing was excellent; even facing the street, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Laundry left at the door was automatically picked up, washed, and returned daily, perfectly ironed and folded – absolutely no need to worry about it. Daily housekeeping also left handwritten notes, which was a lovely, warm touch. Fresh coffee, tea, and beverages were replenished daily. We upgraded our room and extended our stay by a day. We were even considering extending again for the weekend, but the hotel proactively called us to let us know they were fully booked, so we reluctantly had to end our stay. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered complimentary late-night snacks. The ginseng fruit and oranges provided by the front desk were delicious and sweet; my fruit-loving friend and I enjoyed many every day. I want to commend the staff again. If I ever visit Pu'er again, I will definitely stay here and recommend it to all my friends and family."

I booked a room this time, and it was really high-end, offering great value for money during my trip. In the evening, they even thoughtfully delivered complimentary rice noodles, and supper was also provided – the service was excellent. Parking was convenient too. "Facilities: The hotel is very new and features various smart amenities, which are very convenient. There are dedicated USB charging ports, and what surprised me the most was the spacious room size.
Hygiene: This is the first time I've encountered a hotel providing disposable bath towels and face towels, which I found incredibly convenient and thoughtful.
Service: Free fruits are provided, along with a pick-up service from the station.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious! It's beautifully presented and offers local specialties. The peanut soup and rice noodles were superb."

"The service here is absolutely top-notch! The staff were all incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with luggage and patiently explain local attractions. Any request was met with an immediate response. They offer free laundry, traditional Chinese medicine foot baths, and all-day fruit tea – so many thoughtful little touches. It's also very close to Daijiaxiang, making it super convenient for getting around. The service is so gentle and attentive, it feels just like being at home. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Pu'er!"

"Stumbled upon a hidden gem in Pu'er – the Muyun Garden Hotel! After staying here, I just want to recommend it to everyone!
This hotel is like a secret garden nestled within the city. The orchid and bougainvillea are in full bloom, and an evening stroll here is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are designed in a modern Wabi-sabi style, with natural wood textures and soft lighting. You can enjoy the garden view right from your bed, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.
The smart home features are incredibly convenient. You can control the lights and air conditioning with a smart assistant, and there's also a washer-dryer combo and an air purifier. The bathroom boasts Hansgrohe fixtures and Jo Malone toiletries, adding a touch of luxury.
The service truly warmed my heart: the front desk proactively offered tea and helped with my luggage, and they were responsive 24/7. In the lobby, there's free freshly ground coffee, unlimited snacks, and ice cream. The breakfast, featuring local rice noodles and black-bone chicken soup noodles, is incredibly authentic.
The location is also fantastic – just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For those driving, there are EV charging stations available. If you're visiting Pu'er, staying here is comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely be back!"

"The views from the cabin of the rice terraces, sea of clouds, and sunrise were absolutely stunning. However, it's not very friendly for travelers without their own car or those with mobility issues. Our cabin was at the very bottom of the terraces, down several hundred wooden steps/stairs. Going down was a shock, and coming back up with luggage felt like climbing dozens of flights of stairs at an altitude of nearly 2000 meters. I was genuinely out of breath and felt like I was going to pass out. So, once we got into the room, we didn't want to leave. We even skipped the stargazing activity, though thankfully, we could see many stars from our room. The best spot to watch the sunrise is actually from the breakfast terrace, but the sunrise view from the cabin itself was also incredibly breathtaking. We couldn't get a ride-sharing service to pick us up from the top. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle services, but the front desk did take us down to the foot of the mountain in an electric cart. We sat on the stone steps there, trying to call another ride-share, but still couldn't get one. Finally, one came, but the driver said the location was too remote and demanded an extra 50 yuan in cash to take us. If you don't have your own car, it's really inconvenient. Even trying to go out for dinner felt like a huge ordeal."

"The room was nice. We arrived in Pu'er at 10pm and there was a receptionist at the hotel entrance to help us with our luggage and put us in the elevator. Check-in was also very fast. The hotel is located in the center and it is very convenient to go there. In the evening, the hotel staff also helped us heat up the food we packed back. Thank you very much! The breakfast was also good. The children were very happy after staying for 2 nights. After checking out, the front desk lady also gave us a bag of drip coffee. The service was very good. The whole house is also smart. Not bad, not bad, I will choose this hotel again in the future!"

GGuest UserIt’s a great B&B. I recommend it to every friend. Even my children expressed their most heartfelt emotions. The only paragraph I wrote during this trip was placed on the bedside. I don’t know if the staff saw it. Thank you very much for upgrading our room type. Since there weren’t many people in the off-season, we were given a free upgrade. I’m very happy.
Room facilities:
It is very high-end. I stayed in two room types. I think it is not inferior to the configuration of a four-star or five-star hotel. The best thing is that there is a tea table in the room and it is so refreshing to drink your own tea in the room. And the most important decoration is home-like and retro, which makes it a good resting place after tiring travels. My children particularly like the duplex suite, and they don’t want to come out when they stay in it~

It is extremely rich and has Yunnan characteristics, such as rice noodles, apples and dates, and sticky porridge, etc.
My family’s favorite thing is that when we left on the last day, the B&B gave everyone a souvenir with Yunnan characteristics “a box of Pu’er”
Transportation and Parking:
Pu'er is not a big place, and it takes about ten minutes to get to Daijia Alley, Tea Horse Road, and Meizi Lake. Free parking is available on the first floor of the B&B, and there are plenty of parking spaces.
In the end, the only thing left for such a good B&B is to sincerely wish the owner a prosperous business.

RRS3twoThis is the best villa in the forest! We stayed in a luxury suite, and there were so many animals, all wild and free-roaming, which was amazing to see. If you're staying in the forest villas, you can go on a bug exploration at night. If you're not used to bugs or are scared, make sure to tell the hotel in advance so they can do extra checks or provide a mosquito net. There were so many small animals making noise on the roof next to our cabin at night, and we even saw a huge red bug – quite an adventure! The insect sounds were really loud, so if you like that kind of thing, go for it! The restaurant view was absolutely stunning, and we even saw a red panda during breakfast. A big thank you to Manager Luo Chunfeng for her warm hospitality; we felt right at home. We'd love for you to visit our hometown sometime too!

It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service is too thoughtful and welcoming, which is very touching. Not only did I pick up the luggage and deliver it to the room, but also immediately sent a cup of aromatic chrysanthemum tea... The washed clothes also helped to get it outside to dry, it was really thoughtful!

AAnonymous UserA great experience in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. It is very ok to live in. The front desk staff is very good and patiently explains the fun and delicious things around. There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The sheets are soft and comfortable, which gave me a great sleeping experience during the tiring journey. The service attitude of every staff member in the hotel is also super good. Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they also provided timely help when we needed it. Will come again!

What surprised me the most was the details of the hotel's facilities. The 100-character tips received in advance are particularly intimate. Not only are the opening hours of the gym and the heated swimming pool detailed, but the facilities in the room are full marks.
