"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"Agile community offers a decent guesthouse/hotel that's close to the sea. The front desk provides some complimentary items, but some are only single servings, like coffee and ice cream. While the service is fine, having just one portion of food items seems a bit unbalanced, haha. The commercial street is convenient, but prices at some shops are even noticeably higher than in Haitang Bay. For example, a classic McDonald's trio that usually costs 30 is sold for 54 here. McDonald's and Starbucks are usually good benchmark brands for comparison. In this regard, even though staying in Lingshui might offer better value for money generally, it's worth considering the daily expenses if you opt for a high-value regular hotel. From this perspective, for family travel, choosing a surrounding five-star hotel might actually offer better value in comparison."

My child would sweat after just a bit of activity, and the adults felt irritable. It felt as if the AC wasn't on at all, with very little temperature difference from outside, which significantly impacted comfort. 2. **Terrible Breakfast Experience** The family restaurant for breakfast was not sectioned off, leading to overcrowding. There were no numbers given out, nor were guests seated. It was a free-for-all to grab a table. If you couldn't find a seat, you'd end up holding your plate and waiting by a table for others to finish, creating a scene like a wet market. The cleaning staff walked around haphazardly, blocking guests, and showed no service awareness. They mopped the floor but didn't dry it. I personally witnessed a child slip on the wet floor and fall on the back of their head. At the waffle station, when I wanted to get more during cleanup, I found the tongs were gone. When I asked a staff member, ”Are there any tongs?” they glanced at me and said, ”No,” and offered no further assistance. 3. **Dinner Was Also Bad** Hotpot required booking a full hour in advance, which is impossible to manage flexibly with kids. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also had very poor reviews, so we didn't dare try it. For families who prefer to eat in the hotel, the dining options are very unaccommodating. 4. **Overall Service is Concerning** Aside from the polite housekeeping staff and a few front desk employees, the hotel largely lacked any discernible service. Restaurant staff were indifferent, and other departments showed no proactive service awareness. **In summary:** If you're looking for a cheap option with kids to see fireworks, you *could* consider it, but absolutely do not expect anything from the service or dining. The AC is insufficient, breakfast is chaotic, dinner booking is bizarre, and wet floors pose a safety hazard. I recommend either ordering takeout or eating out."

"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues."

Just a short walk from the hotel is Clear Water Bay, affectionately known as the ”Singing Beach.” The sand is fine and soft underfoot, and the sea breeze is incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for an evening stroll. However, what truly stood out was the service from the hotel's F&B department. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Chinese congee and buns to Western bread and milk – there was something for everyone. The specialty restaurant's dishes were also prepared with great care and tasted so good that we couldn't help but go back for more every time. What was even more heartwarming was the F&B staff; everyone was smiling and incredibly enthusiastic. The restaurant servers patiently explained the features of each dish and proactively asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. They not only provided us with delicious food but also genuine care, making us feel incredibly warm, just like dining at home. Overall, from the clean rooms and comprehensive facilities to the beautiful scenery right outside the door, and especially the flawless and attentive service from the F&B department, Aloha Hotel made our vacation truly unforgettable. We genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!"

"We had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise."
