Yung amenities need for improvement - Pero functional pa naman Yung room - Luma na pero comfy pdn need lang ng mas strict na pagCheck ng cleaning every after checkout, kasi may naiiwan na need iClean.. like ung glass window and ung Comfort room may smell .. All in all good pdn, ung beach naman ang habol plus ung iba naman for improvement lang plus ito na ung Hotel na mura Pero 💯% ang Beach front. babalik pdn soon!"

"Three friends and I stayed here during a trip to the Philippines. From Manila Airport, we first traveled to the bus terminal in Manila city, then took a two-hour bus ride from Manila to Batangas, and then a one-hour taxi ride from there. If possible, I think it would be easier to charter a car from Manila. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and trying our hand at diving. There's nothing around the hotel, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant, but the food was of very high quality and delicious. They also had a few Japanese dishes, such as tonkatsu, which was nice. Overall, the prices were high for a resort hotel, but it was a great experience worth the price."

"As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the guard, who promptly informed the front desk of our arrival. He clearly directed us to the reception area and kindly reminded us to be careful while going down the long staircase, very efficient and friendly service. The front desk staff were professional and polite. They even offered to extend our check-out time to 2 PM so we could better enjoy our stay, especially since we arrived around 6 PM. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture as we were celebrating my birthday. The food was excellent. The lechon kawali was a standout, perfectly crispy and juicy. The halaan soup tasted comforting and homey, and the fish fillet was crisp on the outside while tender and flavorful inside. The sandwich was also good. The view is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking sunset. Our room was spacious and even had a balcony, which we loved. The only downside was the pool, which is quite small and can get crowded if everyone decides to swim. The Water pressure in the bathroom in our room is weak we had a hard time showering and flushing the toilet. Additionally, the staff at the water activities area were not very accommodating. Although kayak and snorkeling equipment are complimentary, they seemed uninterested in assisting us. We noticed they were more attentive to foreign guests, and we hope the staff can provide equal service to all guests in the future. Overall, it was a lovely stay with just a few areas for improvement."

"Fantastic resort. Very well organised, grounds kept very clean and beautiful. We stayed at 5a and 5b Cassistas and it was perfect location with a beautiful view of the cove. Shuttle service to the main beach 5 mins away was quick and well run. The Long Beach facility was great, the beach was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained and loved by our kids. And most of all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to again."

"It is suitable for all kinds of people, but it is very strange. The first time I encountered it, the room I booked can actually sleep four people, but he stipulated that it can only sleep two people, and then he charged two more people when he came. Maybe it was OK in other aspects. , the feeling of checking in at the front was not very good, and the experience of this strategy was not very good. Other aspects are okay, you can watch the sunset, the environment is okay, but it is not very friendly for bringing children."

"Came here for relaxation, went home feeling recharged and more connected to nature 💫🌿 Had the most calming few days at Nawa. From welcome to send off, we felt taken cared of esp from our wellness butler (yes we have a butler!!), Ms. April :) our days are meticulously organized with intentional activities that made us put our phones down and actually live in the present.  Also, i commend the fast turnaround time when we asked for things from the reception- be it a mango shake, a blowdryer, an extra towel, it’s there in a few mins! 5/5! Only caveat I could think of is the limited food choices… def not a dealbreaker. Thank you, Nawa! 💛"

They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊"
