Phuket Villas

We had an amazing stay at Le Da Villas. It’s a true entire private 5-bedroom villa, so we had the whole property to ourselves with complete privacy and no shared facilities. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the private pool was fantastic. The location was excellent just minutes drives from Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and groups visiting Phuket.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

The villa was really clean and we received a warm welcome when we checked in. The location is great, very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk away, and the sea view is very beautiful. If you don't want to cook, there are many takeaways and restaurants nearby, which are convenient and fast, but the kitchen in the villa is also very well equipped, so you can cook by yourself, and even dine on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view, which is really cozy. There is also a washing machine inside, which can wash clothes. In addition, there are many attractions worth visiting near the villa, which is very convenient for travel, suitable for travelers who like to explore. Special mention to the landlord Tommy🥺❤️, he is very cute and friendly, not only speaks Chinese, but also always cares about our needs, and always helps to solve problems as soon as possible. When leaving, he also personally sent us to the airport, which really made people feel warm. Our family is very satisfied with this place! This stay experience is very good, we will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming again next time! 🩷🩷🩷

Место положение, норм. 5 минут до Банг Тао. Нам надо было где-то неподалеку подождать, когда будут свободны номера в нашем любимом отеле, поэтому забронировали на несколько дней. Если бы весь отпуск протекал в этом месте, я бы очень расстроился. За этим комплексом идёт большая стройка, со всеми вытекающими. Ремонт сделан очень странно. Неплохая, кухня, но сантехника вся копеечная, вода бежит еле-еле.Бассейн маленький, хотя на фото показан большой. Загорать не где. Надо оговориться, что стоимость этого объекта не высокая, может кому-то и норм. Но мне не понравилось.

We took a spontaneous trip with the kids, without high expectations, just looking to escape the cold winter. But this villa turned out to be a huge surprise! The room had absolutely everything we needed, and there's even one of Thailand's top three viral restaurants within the complex. The best part is that since we were traveling with kids and it was a bit inconvenient, they provided all sorts of room services for us. The evenings here were lovely; my kids, who grew up in a big city, had never seen such a clear starry sky. We had a dreamlike villa experience. The owner is Chinese and, knowing we had a late flight back home with the kids, even extended our check-out time for free. Overall, the experience was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Next time, I'm bringing my grandparents to stay in their four-bedroom villa; that layout has a super large pool and enough space for four families.

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. Thank you so much for the opportunity to try a new type of vacation.

We loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place. The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air. The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us. The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean. There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay. The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location. The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive. The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.

When I booked the hotel, I thought the photos looked good, but there was only one review, so I was a little nervous. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!
